I was in their marketing for around 6 months and in that period of time, I hardly get any submissions. In a month they submit my profile for one or two companies and in 6 months they didnt get me a single interview. Also, the recruiter Ravi Sharma is not professional at all. when I ask for a refund he told me he will talk to his management and for 3 months he tells me that I will get my money the next day or by the end of the week. He lies that I will get my money in a week as the refund proceeds and when I didnt receive it and contact him he told me that management is not ready to give me a refund back. If management is not ready then why he lies that they started the process of refund. This consultancy is a nightmare.BE AWARE!!!!! BEFORE JOINING THIS COMPANY THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO, WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME BY JOINING THIS ORGANIZATION OR FIND SOME OTHER VALUABLE CONSULTANCY.

I signed up abt 2 months ago and paid 700 dollars as security deposit for whatever reason. They are in NY and have no connection in Dallas and got me 2 interviews in 2 months period.I cannot just wait for them to find me an interview anymore and don’t want to be associated with this company.They didn’t train me or did any interview preps or anything. They would just send me list of requirements for the job. They won’t even tell me the name of the company I was interviewing for. Complete failure in their part.Now that I have requested my deposit back I haven’t heard from them for 2 weeks now. What kind of company is this?This wasn’t a fee for training or anything, it was a security deposit that I was gonna get back with my first pay check.Really disappointed!!!
