I got one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Pharaoh was just awesome. I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. He made me comfortable and was patient with my bad hair. And the price of the haircut was very reasonable. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

Ive been going to this barbershop for more than a decade now - always a laid back atmosphere and professional in both time and service. I have never had an appointment cancelled on me or a hair out of place. I got a haircut here just over a month ago and had to come back again to get another. These guys are funny and do great work in a welcoming environment. I do recommend scheduling a haircut in advance since the walk in times can be really long. But as long as Im up here for school this is definitely going to be the barber shop for me.

The barber lounge is a great barber right the The University at Buffalo South Campus. Im not originally from the buffalo region but its a great place to get a black haircut for an affordable price. Definitely ask for Raleigh, he gives the best cuts. He was able to finesse a great hair cut right before I had a job interview.

Came for the weekend and needed a cut and the staff there was very laid back and welcoming. The Barber Lounge creates a relaxing environment that you want to go back to over and over which is great because it has a prime location for the college students near by. The staff took time to make sure each part of your hair cut was done properly and the way you wanted. The hair cut it self happened in a speedy time. Great interior i wish them the best of luck.

My hair was uneven in length all around my headAnd thats not what I asked forAll I asked for was to cut it short and gradually make it shorter as you go to the sides except for the front ofcourse.And he kinda did that, but its shorter on one patch and longer on another, its like he doesnt know what hes doing.Its just a bad experience, hope yall have a better day.Ps. Hair people fixed my hair, the old lady that works there is really sweet.

I have been to many shops and i am normally quite skeptical, but this is the best shop around. Your are greeted when you walk in and the barbers are extremely professional. I often worrying about the bad influence barber shops put on kids but not here. It is extremely kid and family friendly. The best part, the appointments are clock work. No walkins jump you in line so you are in and out. The owner Raleigh is a magician with the clippers. This is a must experience!!!

If can give this place negative stars I would. I dont understand how this place has so much positive reviews. I came in and was not acknowledged at all. The staff are rude and the owner was the worst. I asked for a simple cut and the price and he gave me the nastiest attitude. The overall atmosphere was just negative and their work is sub par. I just moved to Buffalo from Boston and Im very selective with my barber and I googled a couple barbershop in the area and came across this shop. As soon as I enter I felt like at home from great music and comfortable couches. Soon as I sat down some asked if I would like a cut not even a minute pass and thats service. Pharaoh the manager asked what style I wanted and throughout the cut he ask little details I wanted. It turn out to be one of the best haircuts I had in years. I got a decent cut here before. On Wednesdays theres a student discount so its pretty cheap($15 if I can remember) But when I came on this day I got the most idgaf rushed haircut ever. Hes just cutting heads and trying to hurry and get the the next one in 15min apts. So if you pull up here, avoid Wednesdays or go to Pharoah

Honestly THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE, i just big chopped my hair after having hair for TWENTY YEARS 😭😭 but everyone was sooooo supportive in the shop, from the time i walked in every barber was so down to earth and encouraging.
