Heard about Joes passing a couple months ago. He was a very kind and lively man; after he cut my hair he would always chat with my mom while I played with the toys in the waiting area. The reviews down below confirm his sweet, outgoing nature. He will be sorely missed.

I havent been there in 35 years but Joe taught me how to do it back when his Daddy and Davey were in the shop ,when he was next to Cleve-Hill pharmacey /I would get Joe his Hot Tea every morning at 8: 00 am than a Tuna sandwich for lunch...
