Been in the community for years , The example of good customer service and a fair price. Every time I come here I always get great service ,I never had to bring my car back but once and they fix it right away no charge ! The manager always makes me feel like family. I recommend to anybody that needs they car fix to go check them out!

Took in my f150 for some quality used tires and they did a perfect job. Plus inspected the truck. Honest and professional, I would return again in the future. The person behind the counter was excellent and talked to me on a human level not robotic. All together; Price, sales, service, 5 stars!

Called about 6 other shops that told me they didn’t have my size (which is normal) some guys told me they did when I show up they said they no longer did after I drove for an hour, drove around the corner and found THIS shop who immediately told me they had not 2 but 4 MATCHING tires got them installed super quick and for a excellent price! Will recommend Tire Empire to ANYONE looking for good affordable tires!!!!

Ive been going here for years and have high trust in their abilities, prices, and overall car care. They have reasonable prices, friendly, professional staff that actually care. Theyve kept my 12 year old, 130K mile car reliable and dependable. They have recently done a major repair for me and it was considerably less than anywhere else I could have gone. They keep their word. What more could you want in an auto repair shop!

Tire Empire helped me out a whole lot. Affordable prices along with fast and friendly service. This company should be around for a while due to its busy Genesee and Bailey location. Got a great deal on a tire and I am glad to say that im a customer there. When i say fast service I mean fast. They get you in and out relatively quickly, especially if youre getting a simple repair such as a tire change. They also offer more than just tires. The mechanics there are there to perform so Go check them out now. Side note: Theres also a side entrance making it less difficult to get in and out of the parking lot of the car shop. Genius

Extremely busy place, and had to wait long time to get my car checked. But reasonable price and they are knowledgeable of their work. I went there cause my car was shaking when it goes over 30miles, they changed one tire but that didnt fix it. Another mechanic told me to change the same tire as well. Then they had me wait another 1 and half hour for another mechanic to check it. And he figure out the isssue. Snow went inside my tire and turned into block of ice and that is why the car was shaking lol. Because i slided off the road and it got buried inside the snow for over 3 hours. Tow truck has to pull me out. Anyway beside the waiting part it was good.

My friend brought my car to this facility for a coolant issue. They charged him $400. Told him it was done. After picking up the car the coolant issue was still present. After going back they said leave it for another day. The following day they said it was a head gasket issue and wanted $1600 for the repair. We paid to get it towed to a different place for a second opinion. All it needed was a radiator. I called to get a refund from the original repair. They lied and said the owner is off every time I called. They then threatened me and told me to come to the store but I will not get a refund for a misdiagnosed and not repaired car. Terrible customer service. Terrible mechanics. Do not give this small business your money or they will take it all with no remorse.

My car broke down and I needed to fix it fast.I called for Tire Empire ,they helped with the towing and the fixing. The service was very fast, professinal and in a fair price.If you in the area in need to fix your car this is definitely the place to go.

Great service, workers are honest and straight forward! You dont spend unnecessary time and money because they will tell you exactly what the car needs. Gave me the option to take a look at it and IF I didnt want to fix they will still tell me what it is for $20 fee for using the mechanical jack, which is totally fair. A place that is worth everyones time/money and I definitely would go there in the future !

Tightened my lug nuts either too tight or cross threaded. No one can get them off without replacing the wheel studs... $50 tires turned into $400

Horrible customer service. The gentleman was very unprofessional, talk to me like I was last in a person. Told me to not come back. I would not recommend anyone coming here. I understood everything that the man was saying, but he told me that I was acting up. Said that I wasted his time, when in fact he wasted mine.

I dropped off at 11:30 you said give you about hour and half call tell me something.4 hrs later i go there ask have you looked at my car cause i havent got a phone call. Your answer No!! Your mad how you know i dont got to get to work or whatever it may be. So if its driveable i can take my car my $$$$. The way you treat potential customers is how you get new customers. Gtfoh with all the slick rude talking.

The valve stem was leaking and they charged me around 44$ .. and in the next week I have the same problem.. Im not coming back again.

Mr Tire tried to upsell me on $800 worth of work to pass the inspection . These guys told me that non of the suggested work was necessary and had me in and out in 30 minutes.
