Best place, its the only repair shop that I trust my cars and my kids cars and the only place I recommend, we been going there for the last five years and never have a complain or any issues with there repairs. I have warranty on my hummer and I dont trust even the car dealer where I bought it. When my son bough his car the dealer want to charge him $2,500 EC Automotive charge him $700. They are honest people. Is the only place my wife feel confident enough that they are not going to over charge us for repair. The owner are always there and Ryan the manager is the nicest guy and knows about cars.

When my belt broke last minute you guys was the only ones to help me and my family in the area. Yall are good hard workers

Fair pricing! I was going all the way to Niagara falls blvd for service at Sweeneysand they were great until they just ripped off my inspection sticker then told me about a huge bill! They were supposed to give me detail of the repairs then send me on my way.They had no business ripping off my inspection sticker!After they played me I was on the hunt for a qualified shop. Glad to find this place in my OWN neighborhood & they dont RIP you off. Great customer service & they keep you updated on the status of the repair.

Careful when dealing with these mechanics, is like walking into a dealership, they treat you nice and try to make it sound like youre getting a deal. But in all reality they are just trying to get their commission. Never go with the first offer

10/1/19 I visited EC auto shop because it was conveniently located off the expressway near the peace bridge. My tire had a slow leak, was getting flat, and the check engine light came. The clerk and mechanics took care of me like I was family. In fact, everyone who came in while I waited was greeted and their car questions answered. My wait time from the time I explained the car problem to the time I paid was 45 minutes. That was fantastic for the number of cars ahead of mine. The prices are fair and reasonable, the mechanics give sound advice, the work is guaranteed, and the customer service is friendly and honest. If I have any other car problems, I definitely will be back and recommend this shop for service to everyone.

I noticed a few things with these guys. Yes they come across as very warm and friendly but dont let that fool you.These are the type of mechanics you take your car in to get fix and shortly after that something else goes wrong. This has happened time and time again with these guys.I finally thought forget them and moved on to real honest mechanics.I too use to think they were great but as time went on and the repairs just kept piling up I knew something wasnt right.Since I stopped going there my car has less problems.Theyve also screwed over a friend of mine that took their car in to get fixed. There was a list of things to be done including rotating the tires as well as balancing them.They didnt rotate or balance the tires. which left the good tires in the rear and the some what worn tires in the front. Its a front wheel drive car.On the highway the front of the car would really vibrate. The steering wheel would shake violently.My friend went to complain they didnt care! Furthermore they wouldnt correct the problem give my friend credit or refund the money!Went to another place on Main street somewhere near Ferry St. those guys hooked my friend up and did it right!So dont be fooled by their friendliness. In the long run youll understand why its best just to go somewhere else!

Had an appointment scheduled and still had to sit in the small cold waiting area for 2 hrs for an inspection. My steering wheel had grease all over it and my car smelled like smoke too. I was so disappointed that I couldnt even focus on what the man said needed to be done to my car. Waste of time.
