I have never dealt with Cindy personally but Cathy is beyond respectful, professional, and patient. She is the only one I will deal with during my interactions with this agency.Heather, on the other hand is the worst. From the second she answers the phone she just has this nasty attitude and tone in her voice. She is impatient and expects that you should know everything about car insurance (is that not what she is for?) but I have had to deal with her a couple times and I had to tell her both times to cut her attitude and stop being rude in which she changed her tune real quick. I prefer Cathy and I am grateful for her; she makes up for Heather’s bad attitude.Overall, I have had 0 problems with State Farm and will continue to use them.

Poor customer service. Cindys assistant was rude several times when we had questions. Cindy was not rude but weve had insurance here for years and recently had a couple accidents and theyre suddenly dropping us with barely two weeks notice! Whats the point of having insurance if you get booted as soon as you need it a couple times? Theyre fine as long as youre giving them money for nothing. But be prepared to get dropped as soon as you need to make a claim or two. We tried to appeal and were given a long runaround and many many hoops to jump through, and still might not be reinstated. Dont get me wrong, I would have understood if our rates went up. But just suddenly dropping us after many years of clean driving? Not ok.

I have been insured with Cindy Lamonts State Farm Agency for over 6 years now. I have had nothing but Remarkable service in that time! From billing issues, to changes on our policies, to claims handling...it has been nothing but smooth for us. State Farm is excellent at handling claims and taking care of things quickly and making sure you are satisfied as a customer. Cindy & her staff are always so helpful and kind and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all their customers are taken care of promptly. I have been a State farm customer since I was 15 and got my first car. Cindys office has assisted me with all my auto insurance needs and has always tried to find me different discounts. Now the reason I give her office a two star review is the experience I had just a few weeks ago. I recently had noticed my monthly premium shot up $30 dollars after my family member was in an accident. After this discovery I contacted my agent and was told that they had found a mistake in my records and corrected it. I asked to see my records including my claim history. Now I have been in one accident 7 years ago so that did not show up in my claim history, however 8 other claims did. Upon further inspection it had turned out my claim history had been incorrect for 3 years and I my rates had been over inflated. I contacted Cindys office and was told there was nothing they could do to correct my records and I would have to dispute them through a third party (Lexis Nexis). I followed through and Lexis nexis was able to clear up my report. I then contacted Cindys office one more time to get my rates corrected and possibly seek compensation for being over charged for multiple years. I was told there was nothing they could do and my rates will remain the same. I quickly got online found a cheaper policy everywhere else and now save $46/month for the same coverage.TL/DR - My claim history was falsified and incorrect so I could be over charged for 4 years. Contacted Cindys office and was informed there was nothing they could do for me. I am now a happy customer somewhere else.

Cindy had an attitude from the second I walked in. She made me feel like I was being a burden. Then she gave me a super high quote... $40 dollars than I am currantly paying. And had a super judgemental attitude. Even if she had given me a lower quote, I dont think I would have worked with her.
