They were not only professional but timely and full of knowledge and patience as my husband and I are less than clueless with this stuff. What I love about this company is they are more than capable of completely hooking up a huge house or commercial building but are not “too good” to take on a smaller job as well. They are fair and will not take advantage. Brent the owner was great and I worked with Adam who was awesome to work with.Would highly recommend and believe me I searched!

Brent was extremely quick to reply to emails and questions I had about the proposed system. His initial visit to my place was done within a couple days of me contacting him too. I am now 3 days after the install and happier every day with my decision to not only have this done, but to have Hooked Up Installs complete the work.

I hired Hooked Up to come out to the house to upgrade some tvs, our Sonos system and boost wifi coverage. Brent provided a quick and thorough estimate, with great suggestions to streamline all of our systems. He is incredibly responsive and willing to answer any questions and adjust to any tweaks. My project was time sensitive and he jumped all over it- meeting me at my home the same day I called- gettign the one day porject scheduled for just a few days later.Second, his teams communication and workmanship was precisely what I needed; the project wasnt easy and I knew there would be hurdles. They identified those, communicated them with proposed solution and executed on them in a very professional manner.Third, for a professional firm, the rates were very reasonable, and in fact, the final invoice was actually less than the estimated amount!All in, Im very pleased i found these guys and look forward to working with them again.
