At MSM, we care about the Communities we serve. We contract with well over 1,000 Radio stations across the US. We produce messages that range from Drug Abuse, Military Tributes, Dont Text and Drive, and so much more. I love working with my sponsors, and Ive had so much great feedback and responses. A lot of my sponsors actually get a chance to tune in, hear their messages, and tell me they loved it. Ive built many relationships with my sponsors, and today I can honestly say they are my friends. Together we work together with their business name, and positive messages. If we could help make a difference in the Community, its well worth it.

I have worked with Multimedia Sales & Marketing (MSM) a few times, and have always enjoyed my experience with them. They are professional, understanding, and really care about their communities. I have had nothing but a great experience with them. I would recommend my closest family and friends to work with them as well.

Scam I had friends listen to the radio for the promotion which was suppose to be regrading gun violence in Chicago it never happened. When I refused to pay the bill they said that I had consented to a support our troops promotion and sent my case of $380.63 to an attorney . They offer no proof of the work. Dont trust them.

Our business phone rang one day, I answered it and talked with a gentleman by the name of Al Edwards from Multimedia Sales & Marketing. He was very personable and would not take no for an answer, very polite, so I agreed to the deal he was making with me. He told me I would receive in the mail a copy of the broadcast, exactly what would be said on the air or radio about our company, it would come out about the middle of December 2014, so I can let my friends and family know, so they would tune in to listen. I didnt receive any such information, so I assumed the deal was off. Low and behold I get this bill in the mail. I called the company to see if they would help resolve this, I told them I would not pay for something that I didnt get. All the person could say was I need to pay the bill.Unbelievable!! They are not people of their word and not a company I would do business with ever again. Shame on you.

If you end up having issues theyre quick to fix it.

Scam and fell for it twice! Ashamed of myself. $900 each time. I called the radio station cause I didnt hear my ad and they have no record of my company or MSM and have not done any commercials with us in it.

Horrible customer service they dont send out anything to proof before running ads if the ad even went out and will not answer any phone calls!
