After searching for local watch services we found Watchland.After having the pleasure of meeting Allen and showing him the watch, he went to work. I intended to walk the mall while I waitedbut before I could go he was finished.It is understandable why Allen has been in business for some 30 years... customer service. Allen engages on a personal, yet professional level. Of course his mastery of his craft is also obvious.After visiting, clearly this humble watch repair is equipped for even the rarest time pieces.We’ll be trusting ours to Watchland.

Needed new watch battery on favorite watch. They were fast and friendly. Fair price and 1 year warranty.

Went here to get a band replaced and batteries on a few watches - hours are limited and the guys but the band replaced wasn’t securely fastened and the face on one of the watches wasn’t positioned back correctly. I went back and they secured the band but stated the issue on the other watch was something else and I opted to not have them tamper with it further as it wasn’t mine. There’s another shop on the other end closer to Walmart and the guy was much more helpful/courteous and empathetic but I ended up just taking the watch to the Fossil store in Brea.

Very quick and professional had 2 batteries replaced in my husbands watches. Now need to get my battery replaced.

I took my watch here for a battery replacement. Read good reviews on Yelp for this place, now my watch is no longer water resistant. 😠 Watchland is a kiosk at the Buena Park Mall.

I feel this place cares about what my personal intentions are rather than merely making a sale. I was hesitant to divulge the purpose behind my purchase since it was personal. But I found that I opened up as I was talking with Alan because he is personable and easy going. He showed me his agenda was my happiness and not making the purchase the priority. As a matter of fact,, He actually recommended another watch which was much less than what I was looking at. Now I ask you,, how rare & sincere is that? He turned out to be a genuine & caring individual that truly cared about My Needs more than the profit !! As He stated to me: customer referrals are his best asset In these days this kind of biz man is not very rare and not as common as we as consumers want.Fyi, Since my 1st purchase, Ive purchased more than 8 watches.His prices are good & fair! I know the people Ive referred are also pleased with Alan & his prices. Ask Alan is definitely to help you in any of your decisions !!
