BE WARE!!! Do not buy Sears protection plan they are horrible!!!!! I have been without my cloth washing machine for over 5weeks SINCE 1st APPOINTMENT made to have it repaired.. Its cost me over $250 to wash my clothes in a public laundry mat not counting the time that has been a hardship being a fulltime emplyee and mother.. I have a family of 5 obviously I need my washer . this is why I bought the protection plan so in case anything happen I will be protected to have my washer repaired. A washer is a big necessity in any home.. they have been rude even hung up on me when I told then this was not acceptable! They dont care for the consumer just want your money when one purchases an appliance. oh! they did tell me the policy only allowed $50 reimbursement for my inconvenience. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Sears is horrible. They rip you off! Do not do any business with them. You will regret it. Warning do not do business with Sears. Terrible Customer Service. Terrible in every aspect.
