Stopped by to get some work done on a tire. The staff were excellent. They treated me good and did a good job walking me through their process. I enjoyed my interactions with them. It was a Saturday, and I’d gotten there at about 10am. Business did pick up while I waited, but the staff seemed to handle it all with ease and professionalism.

HORRIBLE customer service... I came in for a quick oil change after calling in advance to make an appointment. Juan, the service man, informed me there were no appointments today. As i proceeded to ask him questions about leaving my car here for a night like i usually do, all Juan could repeat back to me was that the Firestone didn’t have any appointments. He literally said this to me at least 6 times before i realized there was no point in asking questions to someone who didn’t want to answer them. This is the worst kind of customer service. The funniest part is that this happened AFTER i called in advance and they told me it’d be okay to just drop off my car at 4 and get it picked up Owhen they close. Absolutely horrible service.

This place is awesome! My rv was low on air. It was extremely difficult to put air with many shops given up.Francisco made our safety his personal matter and did mechanical maneuvers to put the air in. Best customer service! Fransisco Thank you!!

Had a 9am appointment for an oil change. It took them 30 minutes to pull the car around. 30 minutes later the car wasnt even on the lift. I waited an hour for them to do nothing. What is the point of having an appointment system if you do not honor it?

I dropped the truck at 11:30 am Sat, Feb 20 without appointment. I was told then it might take about 2-3 hrs to do the oil change, which i.understand. the work was not complete until 5:30 pm. I showed the cashier a $15 coupon for the oil change. He did not deduct. As i drove i noticed the tire pressures were not check. Now i undersrand why it pays to go to the dealer price was not much different

I am writing this review on behalf of my older coworker. He came into work this afternoon very frustrated. He drives a Lexus sports car, and went to this location for tires.For his initial visit, he was quoted for the 95V tires he requested. They didnt have them in stock at the time and had to order them.He made an appointment to come back after the tires arrived, and on 11/18/2020 waited 2 hours for them to perform the service.When he got home, he looked at the tires, and they had applied cheaper 95H tires.When he returned today to get the correct tires he paid for, they tried to convince him to keep the wrong tires. He insisted he wanted the 95V that they had to order for him. So he waited 2 hours again to finally get the correct tires.Long story short: They gave him cheap tires, charged him for expensive ones, and tried to convince him to keep the cheap ones.They claim it was just a mistake, and of course they would say that... how many people have just trusted that the tired that were applied were the ones that they actually paid for?This is unacceptable.Firestone, do better.

Honestly going to try and pursue a lawsuit. Paid for a full tune up, over $1200-- I wanted to drive out of state, so I spared no expense, asking that they please make sure everything was in order- all fluids checked, tires, brakes, etc. My car was overall fine, just needed replacement breaks, which they did (and they still squeak and have a hard time stopping despite them claiming they replaced the old brakes entirely, which they billed me for), as well as an oil leak. I asked them to go ahead and repair it/ top me off as well, which mind you, turns out they charge you to put oil in with their own special oil or whatever, on the bill at the end despite the fact that I had oil in my trunk already, and told them I could do it myself(EDIT: to clarify, they asked me if I wanted to put oil, I said I could do it myself and have oil, they said comes with the tune up/ oil change no charge- they charge for the oil itself and say that adding oil is no charge to make you think them overcharging to put theirs in your car is free. Not to mention I had to add my own again anyway, because they never even fixed the leak that they charged me for, and not even a week later while driving it, I noticed I was low and got home and saw it was still leaking). I never even wound up driving it out of state. I left this place with more problems than I started with. For one thing, my air conditioner/ heat which has always worked great, after the visit, no longer worked- instead when I would try to turn on the heat, I would get blasted with cold air. I eventually had to stop using it entirely unless I wanted to freeze to death. I asked about this, and they told me it was just because it was basically reseting, as they supposedly replaced the fluid for it, and that after a day, max, it would go back to normal. It sounded fishy but at this point i was already preparing for my move. I arranged to have car shipped instead of driving because my move date was closing in, and between having a busy life and the car cropping up with new issues every other day it seemed, I no longer had time to go back and forth with them. I already paid over $1200 for them to do a subpar job anyway, I just figured I would wait until I found an honest mechanic to see why my car had suddenly started acting up so badly. Im now sitting here in a shop because coolant was leaking, and mechanic saying whoever did my tune up didnt flush the old fluids out or clean anything, and looked like they did a dodgy repair on some pipe or other, for one thing. Im going to update when I get exactly what he says, but other reviews saying the people here dont even check the fluids/ do them accurately are right. They also overcharge, which they keep adding more and more to the cost by the end of the bill, upselling you on things that are wrong without specifying why, they basically just spout out nonsense, make you wait for hours, and then when youre so exhausted from wait times, they essentially hold your car hostage unless you pay the bloated charges for things wrong that they didnt even fix or just made worse.

I was not told there was no interior setting, nor, no sitting provided for waiting outside. I had asked 5 tire rotation, the tech was not informed. I felt they had no sense of urgency. They were pleasant, courtious and when I asked later for a additional quote, they were very obliging.Ive been a firestone client since Richard Salazar was at the South St. location, that guy really impressed me. I will remain a client, but I feel they need to step it up.

I have been going to firestone for 20 years. I take all four of my cars there for all my auto service needs. I go today and ask for a transmission flush and the guy straight out tells me that they can service my care for a couple days because they are all booked. He never check his computer to see how much service I give them and try to work with me. I said I guess Ill have to go somewhere else and he said bye. Time to look for a new place to service my 4 cars.

Pretty bad and not going to visit this location again.-dropped my vehicle for a tire repair in the morning at 8 :30 am. FOR 1 tire. The front desk said will be done in the same day. Its a tire change .. how long should it take ? But i thought oh well..- Called them several times in the afternoon . The guy said will be done by evening- then get a call at 5 pm the guy says i need to have 2 tires replaced.. and wanted to charge me twice now- and they way he says is I MUST change both the tires not just the one i take to the store for. He was pretty forceful.Felt Quite cornered and helpless when the car is not returned to me and the guy wants to charge me twice

I made an appointment because I thought they would do my oil change when I got there which would have allowed me to wait there. I was wrong... The oil change took over two hours and since they no longer allow anyone to wait in their waiting room, I had to take a Lyft to my house. Whats the point of taking appointments if its not going to put you to the front of the line? Rarely do I complain about a company, but this place deserves a negative review. The charges were fair is about the only positive thing I can say about my experience here.

Amazing Sunday Team! We came at them late morning with a tire/alignment issue, and even though we have weird tires that are not commonly found, they called around until they found the 3 we needed and managed to get them installed, did an oil change, and checked everything over for our peace of mind. And they had it finished by closing time, even on a Sunday! Juan was fantastic--very honest, helpful, and tenacious (for us!). You can tell hes been doing this a long time, and knew his stuff. We were very appreciative of all of his and Henrys efforts for us today! :-)

I had two work orders one for alignment from my firestone unlimited alignments account, the other an oil change with fleet account caradvise. They informed it would be done by 1030am. They called me that it was completed at 152pm. Got there 2pm and they had me sign both forms of completion. As I started up my car they I notice no sticker for next oil change and my car said 10% oil for next oil change. Went it and employee said pull and mechanic will change car system to complete. Mechanic said oil change not completed. Employee did not apologize, but said I would have to wait another 90 minutes or to leave car. He said he could do nothing..I either wait 90 minutes or bring it in tomorrow . My car should have been placed before all others since I brought it in at 9am. Very disappointed that I was going to be charged for something no done! No customer service friendly staff. Mechanic seemed apologetic, but no sales customer service gentleman. Might have to do with stress of fellow layoffs of coworkers, so I made no verbal arguments to lessen tension. So sad, I was hoping this firestone would be one I could come to. It only took additional 45 minutes instead of 90 minutes.. what a relief.

I made an appointment online and received a call the same day that they would be closing early so they would not take me. Why have appointment times available if youre going to cancel them and then only offer times available on other days? If you know appointments or schedules may change, dont allow booking in the first place.I am a long time customer coming from the closed location in Cerritos. I was looking forward to a positive experience at what would be my new home location. Needless to say, Ill be finding a different location because I have had nothing but a great experience thus far. Poor first impression.

I have tried 3X times to be positive with this location. The only good thing is that they will put air in your tire without hesitation. However, my last experience was the worst! I went in just to find out why my tire had a slow leak. after about 20 mins of my car being raised on the lift (not sure why), they came to tell me they could not find my wheel lock. They ransacked my entire hatch back and didnt put it back as they found it. I had to have my son put the rubber mat back as it is too heavy for me to do. I had my son look for the wheel lock and of course it was right where it should be , in place clicked in near the spare! The time before that I went in with my other car to fix a nail on the tire. Firestone stated it could not be fixed because it was too much on the side and I would need a new tire. I left, went to Pep Boys and they fixed it with no problem! It seems to be the techs there are not certified and not all competent or just pushing to sell tires. I will never go there again and do not recommend them to anyone.

When you go in and ask for a service to be done expect surprises. Ours was $1300 of work and the thought of saying no insulted them. I gave them a chance and should have went to my mechanic. Lesson learned! Just stick to tires and batteries

Visiting from out of town, my car had a radiator leak and this was the closest place that have it fixed. They charged me several hundred dollars for whatever kind of repair. I cant say exactly what they did, but I do know it was so insufficient to the task that I broke down AGAIN a couple hundred miles away. Their stupendous repair lasted a grand total of 3 hours, leaving my car in the exact same position that it was before, AFTER wasting several hundred dollars.I can only presume that for a task that should have had a complete replacement of some part, they just threw a sloppy patch on and hoped for the best. Incompetent.

Would highly reccomend avoiding this location. I love firestone and our family is on the 2nd generation of trusting firestone. Unfortunately the shop nearest me was closed down (they were fantastic).Ive been to this location 3 times. 1st was for an oil change+alignment. We waited for 2 hours and the alignment hadnt even been started, took possession of my vehicle back. Then they tried to sell me on a $250 replacement for my coolant reservoir..... i replaced it in 10 minutes for $20.To top all this off, theyre replacing their WORKING alignment machine and instead of doing it on the weekend while not open, they do it only during working hours.This location is an absolute joke of a Firestone. They shut down the wrong one in my opinion. Wont be returning to this location ever.

Ive been here three times and in the first time I noticed nothing but was feeling someone touch my stuff in the car a second time I waited a very long time and decided to have a look and I watched from the side and I noticed how Mexican worker examines all inside my machine saw me that I noticed it was uncomfortable and he proceeded to work. I once checked all my stuff in the car and everything was OK and I didnt chose not to complain. I already knew that there touching stuff customers. For the third time, I am fully convinced that all things that are in the car workers without a permit review and may steal. I want to give all the Council all your things keep yourself and preferably put spy camera the next time I want to remove the video from the spy camera and put on YouTube

Shes very knowledgeable and goes way and above to get the proper work thats needed for my visit. Shes pleasant, knows all ur products to get th ed best service required to resolve my issue. This location, as perhaps many Firestones, offers great service and I like the fact that I can always rely on free alignment (actually not really, but their lifetime alignment plan is great), tire rotation and air pressure, and topping off of fluids, to go along with my oil change. The reason Im giving it just two stars is because almost EVERY time I go in they tell me my tires have gone bad and I need new ones. It makes my $25 oil change into a $300 one, quite too often. Just today I went in, and I about had it. I told them that every time I come in for an oil change, which is a couple of times a year, I get my tires rotated and aligned -- so why is it that I am getting only 10-20,000 miles on these tires that are supposed to be 65,000 on the warranty? I told them that they must be giving me poor quality tires. He said the ones they gave me are very good, but how can one say that, given their track record (no pun intended)? Unsurprisingly, they are Firestone tires. I just read a lot of very bad reviews of Firestone tires. From now on Im getting Michelins at Costco (they also offer free rotation if you purchase your tires there). Ill stick with this Firestone location for the oil changes and alignment, but no more tires from them. If you must get your tires there, I would advise that you INSIST on getting better than whatever they were planning on putting on your car.

I take an appointment for my car and i come on time but sure thing the made me wait 1 hour after my appointment and still they didn’t get my car on the alignment. Treated very poorly and did not get my job done. Do not recommend this shop!!! Go to pepboys!

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation at 9 am. They said it would be ready at 11:30 to 12. (Long time for those services.) Should only take about a half hour. Left it there and went to eat. Went back @ 11, car hadnt moved, waited 45 min. The whole time we were waiting the lady that sold us the service was chatting it up with some guy about how many people they knew. Not even concerned about us. Then she went to lunch. And it wasnt till then that the guy who covered for her asked us which car we were waiting for. Our car didnt get touched till 11:55 and we got it back at 12:30. You think that for some simple services like that, they would try and get those customers in and out. Next time Im going to make the lil bit longer drive and go to OIL CAN HENRYS or Jiffy lube. Horrible service.

Alignment = $90 BMW E46.Went here becuase heard of lifetime alignment for $199 @ twi alignments per year. Ended up not getting it because they said they couldnt alignment my car.I put on rear camber arms and all rear control arm bushings. So I needed an alignment bad. If this sounds like you keep reading. If not, stop here becuase this review wont help you.My first attempt, right after i installed my camber arms, was at another firestone location. Because Im lowered 1in(h&r sports) and have one inch larger wheels(19in) their machine which grips the tire was not able to move the front wheel right and left without hitting the fenders. So, they told me, only a specialty shop could do my alignment. I already knew this was not true, just the guy didnt know anything outside of his world at firestone. Ive had my alignment done before many times at many different places with no trouble.So, called another Firestone because its still under warrenty, and asked if they have a machine that only attaches to the rim and not the tire, so they could turn my wheels right and left to calibrate the machine, they said Yes, and that they could do my alignment. The lady I spoke with said making a appointment would be faster than if I walked in, or dropped off, so I made an appoint for the next day.When I arrived on time, they said the appointment was for a drop off and that was an extra hour wait, 2 hours total. Shouldve been 1 hour max. The lady may have just made an error and put drop off next to the appointment she made. Still this error cost me an hour.The MAIN POINT IF CONTENTIONthis place said they would only adjust the alignment to what the machine says. Now I want a special setup, thats why I got the camber arms in the first place. This was the first time Ive ever heard this. All my alignments before have been done to my request. And after all is said and done, I tip according to how close they got it.They wouldnt honor my request for either toe or camber. They said, No, we dont do that. We only do what the machine says.This is why I do not recommend Firestone. Both place had faults is there service. Why didnt the first place tell me before they couldnt do it. This place outright wont respect the wishes of the owner. Their is no liability factor, maybe it takes more time, but theyve got me schedule for 2 hours. So, thats no excuse. They probably dont want to bother the tech. IDKWell, I guess $90 doesnt get you what you want at Firestone. Every other place, Yes, they will do it the way you want. And, they may charge less than $90. The same alignment at non-franchised auto shops wouldve cost me $70 and they would have gotten it very close to even, on all sides, regardless of the +/-0.5 grace inter the machine gives.Now my rear toe is 0.16 right, 0.11 left. Rear camber is -2.2 right, - 1.9 left.I wantrear toe 0.18 right 0.18 leftRear camber - 1.8 right - 1.8 rightFront toe 0.10 right 0.10 leftANY ALIGNMENT SHOP VAN DO THIS.Its only Firestone that wont.

2.5 hours just for a vehicle inspection, had appointment at 1 and didnt get out till 2:40. Took 20 minutes to do. Not very good at time management.

I took my car there to change the belts. Pretty fast service . Just needed to leave the car with them for a few hours but at last had to go back again for second time to readjust the belts .So far have no more issue.
