I took my car to this dealership for oil change. I was told that I needed tire rotation also, transmission fluid, alignment, and new rear brake pads need to be replaced because they are already very thin. I forgot the exact measurement the service person mentioned - something about 3 inches I think. I chose the oil change and the tire rotation only because I couldnt afford the other services yet. I was told my bill would be ab9out $128. When my bill was handed to me, it was for $258.45. When I asked why, the service person named Claudia said it was a package. I took my car to PEP BOYS for the brake pads and alignment because their quote was lower. PEP boys inspected my car and they said the brake pads are still very good with 8 and that I didnt need any alignment. Also, that for oil change at $69.00, they also include rotation free of charge. I will never go back to this dealership again! And to think that we had bought all our Honda cars from them ever I got here in the States.

This location has improved in honoring the service appointment time. The wait this time was only 10 minutes. The service was very professional but I did have to issues: 1). The service attendant had a difficult time locating my key which resulted in a ten min. wait; 2) my vehicle was not washed as I had requested. Overall, the service here is improving but the totally satisfied customer experience not there yet.

Called for 30 minutes to try to get through to the Service Department. It kept ringing for 5 minutes then hanging up on me. I kept calling Parts to let them know Im not getting through and they said Im in Parts I cant do anything, Ill try to transfer you again. So he transfers and the same wonderful cycle.This is extremely unprofessional, battery went out days before the warranty and I cant recall which Honda I was serviced at. Having so much trouble getting through just to ask a quick question is something else. I finally got through as I finished typing this, but still will never get that 30 minutes of my life back. Finished the call with Service Department, turns out it wasnt that Honda dealership. Hopefully I dont have so much trouble with the others, if I do, Ill definitely let everyone know. (:

Thank you for the excellent service that I received through my Service Advisor, Chloe. From the time that I arrived for my appointment until the time I drove home, the entire process went seamlessly. I appreciated Chloes timely texts to let me know of my cars status and the electronic checklist that allowed me to review and select recommended services. In addition to facilitating care of needed auto maintenance, Chloe went the extra mile to link my new phone to the Bluetooth system. Thanks so much for doing that! It has been 5 years since purchasing and servicing my car at Buena Park Honda. Each time I have brought in my car for service, I have been impressed with the commitment to customer care and service. Keep up the good work!

This is the first time I’ve been here for service and it wasn’t good. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 am and was told it would take 2.5 hours to complete. Around 3:30 pm when I realized I hadn’t received a call or any communication from the service advisor, I called to check the status. The rep on the phone asked if I remembered who helped and I couldn’t, then placed me on hold that went to voicemail after some rings. I called back to hear laughing when the rep answered again and I asked for the service dept and once again I was sent to voicemail. I came up there to find out the status in person and was told my vehicle had been ready since 12 pm or so and that the advisor had sent a text. I did not get a text. Usually the advisors call and if I don’t answer they’d leave a voicemail to let me know it’s ready. I wasted majority of my day waiting on my car to be ready and all I got was “I apologize if you didn’t get my text but I sent it. That will be $72 please”. It’s obvious I didn’t get any text or else I wouldn’t have called twice and came up there in person to check face to face when I couldn’t talk to anyone the two times I called, which I shouldn’t have to do. So yes, this experience was not good.

I’ve recently traded my 2016 Kia Forte, for a 2018 Honda Civic to be honest I was pretty nervous about coming here since I had a previous bad experience with Hardin Honda,I honestly thought they were all same. Buena Park Honda they go out for you all the way especially if you have fair credit and low equity on your vehicle. I am thankful for Gina ( financial manager who helped me get the lowest car payments and found me a bank who was willing to work with me:) I also recommend Heidi she’s one of the sales person she’s very generous and willing to help you out. Thank you Honda once again for my new car 😊 I love it

Everyone I encountered form the Service center person all the way to the Accounting Dept. assisted me in the most gracious, and timely manner.I want to to especially acknowledge Claudia Ramirez. She went above and beyond to assist me in getting all the work I wanted done completed on my car. . She kept me updated ,via texts ,in timely intervals. Claudia contacted and made an appointment with an Uber driver. I had a very professional Uber ride with Noe. Claudia is the essence of professional. I sincerely appreciated Claudia’s dedicated effort on my behalf.When I came to pick up my car Claudia was with a client. I went to to the accounting desk and was helped, seamlessly by Rhonda. Rhonda went to Claudia’s desk, found all the papers and helped me in a completely professional manner. I went to Buena Park Honda and was told that I needed to have my evaporator fixed. I got a second diagnosis and was told that the condenser had issues. Im disappointed that Buena Park Honda did not fix my condenser as specified under the 10-year Honda warranty.

AC has gone out twice in my vehicle in less than a year and service manager does not want to help in any way. On top of it he dared to give me attitude over the phone. Very unprofessional and classless! Will not shop with them nor service my vehicle with them any longer. This place is a joke along with their bunk management. I am looking into getting an SUV in a couple years so i will make sure not to go back to this dump! Zero stars!!!

I will never go to Honda Buena Park. I actually drove all the way down to Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine to service my car properly. If you have not noticed, Honda Buena Park has many turnovers in managers and workers, that says a lot about the dealership service department and management.

I bought a replacement sun visor for my car from here. They told me I could pick it up on a certain day and theyd install it for me with no appointment since it just snaps in. I get there on said day and nobody knows what Im talking about so I get put in the walk-in line just to wait for over an hour. Poor customer service. Luckily a manager checked on me and took care of things, but the person who checked me in was very rude.

Very displeased with the customer service experience. Car was serviced properly, but the employees they hire all act like teenagers speaking foul language, take their time to attend a customer and forget to do certain things being asked. They really need to improve their management to improve their customer interaction. they forgot to wash my vehicle after they delivered it. I was offered this service so I did go back and complain before getting in my vehicle. It was ready in five minutes, very poorly washed. Why offer the service if they dont want to please a customer.

Sent a coupon in the mail for an oil change. When I go to redeem the coupon, they say it doesnt apply to my vehicle since my car has synthetic oil. I drive a 2012 Accord. If a 9 year old car doesnt qualify for the coupon, who exactly are they advertising to? Just a sneaky ploy to lure you in with a coupon price, only to upcharge you 3x the cost after the service has been completed.
