I had a wonderful experience here, with Connie setting me up. She was so kind and friendly and patient, and made me fee extremely well taken care of/valued as I made some inquiries and checked the place out. She gave me a very thorough tour of the place, and I signed up. It’s a really great price, has enough of what I need for now, and it really is open 24-hours, unlike 24-fitness that still isn’t opening until 5am, despite the “open 24-hours a day” sign on their front door

This planet fitness from since I joined like a month ago has been hands down the most friendliest planet fitness I have ever been to. Not only is it a great spot the people that work there really No alot about you and cater each visit to what they think you should be treated .The guests are even better by the helpful and 🚫 motivating comments they have given me and worlds of encouragement during my weight loss battle.

Great place for a workout and are friendly. But wishing you had another bench in the shower dressing room in men locker room. Hate leaving my clothes on the floor after taking a shower. You have a stool in one of your changing room.

Its okay. Relatively small compared to other gyms. Only thing that ruins my whole workout (Im sure I can speak for others), is those independent personal trainers. They bring in about 6 trainees every time and take over an entire section for at least 45min. Seems like they come almost every day.

Planet fitness Buena Park is definitely my go to gym. As you might have seen in my other reviews, Ive gone to gyms around the country and found that PF is my favorite.Theres less douchebags but still a few, newer machines, clean bathrooms, and a group of helpful employees ready to assist you from quick check in to buying drinks.They also have the black card area where they do tanning and hydro massages. I have never used either of those services so I cant speak to it. But I do use my black card to go to PFs around the country.Its definity a good benefit to have and would highly recommend it. Theres also plenty of parking here which is nice and havent had any issues with my car being there for an hour or so as you do at some other gyms.The areas are also split off nicely. Cardio, weight machines,stretching, abs, and 30 minute circuit. Its a pretty easy layout to navigate.Lately tho they have let some machines wear out and not replace the handles pads for 2 to 3 weeks

Always clean, friendly and helpful

The fitness center is very spacious and has fabulous equipment. It is also one of the cheapest places to workout in. It is open 24 hours a day. Thats on the upside. On the downside, they have the music turned on very loud so your own personal music system becomes ineffective. You are forced to listen to whatever music they are playing with commercials and all, whether you like it or not. They have a few people on staff who are just there to clean the place and check you in. If only they could manage this place better I would give it five stars, but for now my rating is 1 star.

Planet Fitness is not my preferred gym, however I enjoyed the experience at this location. There’s never really that many people, so finding a machine to work at was quick and easy. I prefer LA Fitness, in my opinion, but I come here with my mom to keep her going strong. Stay motivated.

Place is disgusting, piss all over the floor, bad layout, one of the worst PF Ive been to. Trashy staff too.

I cannot speak for any of the others Gyms but the one on Knott & Lincoln in Buena park is si well maintained and clean I would eat in there they clean the machines multiple times daily and use floor scrubber as well when you walk in you can not only see how clean it is you can smell it. THE Manager Keanu takes pride in keeping his gym clean as well as the employees I always look forward to workout days

Its a decent size gym. They just installed new machines. I feel they should encourage people to use their massage beds and other services which are hidden behind the service desk.

Buena Park planet fitness is by far the best I’ve gone to! It gets busy but every time I go (everyday) I catch a good 1-2hr work out. The bathrooms are really clean (all the time). The staff is always really nice and helpful! I got no complaints.

It is a great location when you are a black card member. The layout is very different from your other Planet Fitness Gyms. The bathroom maintain. The front desk are very professional. Im able to use all the equipments without waiting. Usually when it is not busy or the mornings to the afternoon.

I love this planet fitness. The staff is really friendly. Specially, Jennie but Raul is pretty cool, too. The short female manager is kind of a b***h. The people that go there to work out are cool. Everyone gets along there. Cool environment.

Been coming here for quite some time already, and I have to say I’ve been super happy to be a member here! The whole gym is clean, always with a steady flow of people that keeps everyone motivated on achieving our goals, and the staff is incredible! If you’re not coming to this location, you’re missing out. And to top it off it’s open 24 HOURS 7 DAYS A WEEK, no excuses!!!!!!! It’s a great place to workout.

More cleaner and more precautions about the covid19 pandemic good job

Despite the amount of traffic that comes through this gym Ill say they do take good care of their facility. Its always kept clean and it doesnt feel like youre in a hot sweaty gym. It can get pretty busy during rush hour but the machines work and theres always something to use to workout with. Overall they take good care of this gym and I enjoy coming here.

Recently joined and the same day of joining was already telling everyone how nice and clean it was! Staff is super friendly and helpful; no pressure to join or upgrade. Within the week I had already upgraded to enjoy the spa area. I was pleasantly surprised with all you get for such little cost. A clean gym that smells good and had friendly people motivated me to go.

Ive been coming here for a while & i love it!! Its always clean and i love that its not super crowded at the times i come. I would def recommend this facility.

Clean, nice and friendly staff. Plenty of parking, plenty of workout spaces without feeling squeezed. Just be aware of your surrounding at night after 10pm, plenty of homeless people camp nearby.

This is now my home club gym since it is close to Knotts Berry farm and the public library. So the location is great for black card tourists such as myself. As far as the gym goes, most (if not all) of the equipment is operational. The restrooms and lockers are clean. The staff behaves professionally and greets its members well. No complaints. Every cent I get charged from this gym is well worth it.

A great place to start getting fit when you might feel a little reserved about joining a more dedicated gym or contract you work at your own pace everybody there is very courteous and nobody judges and then pending on what gym you choose it can work for any time of day or night any questions ask any of the courteous staff they have always been very helpful

This gym is so gross. They have roaches and refuse to do anything about it. They don’t clean nor replenish the bathrooms. They are super homeless friendly and won’t call the cops. But they will close the. Bathroom at select hours to try to get you to leave. Worst 24/7 location in the area. It’s such a shame.

Let me just say that Melissa Curtin and Patrick are the sweetest and helpful people that Ive encountered in planet fitness they helped me and my mom even though i noticed Melissa was supposed to be in her break .we re so thankful! Such great workers!

Its always nice that the gym is actually open 24 hours 7 days a week not just Monday - Thursday. Staff is a little weird though one one of the female staff members was harassing my girlfriend and falsely accusing her of dying her hair in the ladies locker room. Since my girls hair is always looking great it was hard to get her to understand that she did NOT dye her hair

This planet fitness has kind of a weird layout, I dont love it. The staff Ive interacted with arent always the nicest. Sometimes theyre fine and other times kinda rude. On more than one occasion Ive tried to go workout only to find the gym unexpectedly closed during normal business hours. They let you go to the next closest gym when that happens but it really shouldnt happen. If its out of their control, they should send out an email blast like other gyms to let you know not to drive all the way over.

Honestly one of the best locations Ive been to yet. Staff are awesome, and this place is open 24/7. Definitely coming back to this location.

I returned to this location to sign up but the sales gal was very rude. I asked her to explain the membership (it is a low monthly amount). This young gal refused to tell me anything unless I filled out a form first (name, contact, email). Who trained her. Like answering a few questions is difficult. If she would smile it would crack her face... Really, where does she get an attitude like that. I walked out as I do not need that in my day....I read the other reviews... Good selection of equipment with a friendly staff. Decently clean with some wear on the equipment, which is to be understood as it seems to be pretty steadily busy. Need to get the plumbing situation under control went there (5) days and saw at least pooled water on the floor in the locker room on three of them and a totally closed down locker room on one of them due to flood on another day. Pretty hard to hit the weights good when you have the potential of needing in the locker area but know you cant, besides not being able to lock up things from your pockets. I packed up and headed to the Cerritos location.

Trying this place out for a few months, its right next to home. Have a membership at the nicer gym but those extra 10 minutes to get there really craps me out. Been going here for about 1 month now. I have tried going at 7 am, at 5 pm, at 9pm, at 12am and the place is always busy. Its hard to get a full workout done in an hour for me with machines always being busy and free weights being limited. You definitely get what you pay for. If youre on a tight budget (money or time 😀) its definitely a great alternative.

I love PF in Buena Park. My cousins who live on Euclid have a PF thats closer to them there but they choose to drive to this one because the equipment is plentiful and new. They also say there are equipment at Buena Park PF that they dont have at the PF closer to where they live. I was excited to see that a PF was finally opening up in my area and now that I am officially a member, the experience has exceeded my expectations :)

On a break between jobs today. I literally just walked in, and walked out because I was disgusted. I was taken aback by the stinky, dirty, muggy air when I first walked in the door. I walked into the womens locker room, and the toilet stall was out of tissue, so I used another stall. The place looks like it needs a good, thorough cleaning and to be kept up regularly. The floors were filthy. The front staff was friendly and greeted me, but when I left they were behind the front desk and didnt seem to notice me leaving.

I called numerous times and the phone just rang. This was between 9-9:15pm on a Tuesday..glad to see they are doing so good they dont need additional customers.

Gym is in decent condition but like every PF gyms lacks free weights, no pools, has some silly lunk alarm, and doesnt have any equipment that you could involve balance and strength at the same time. Some of the staff is nice while others are some bratty little kids. Anyways, at least its open 24/7.

I used to love this Gym and Location! But I am now having major issued with Planet Fitness and the way they handle their customers and memberships! I was robbed leaving my last visit to a Planet Fitness in Sacramento! I no longer feel safe going to this gym and planet fitness could care less! They still want me to pay to go a gym I no longer feel safe goin to or pay to cancel my membership! If it were up to me i would like to keep my membership but how is it my fault you put your gym in an unsafe location!

Gym is clean and the staff on duty is always ensuring that it remains clean. Membership is not pricey compared to other chains. This gym is designed to keep you coming back (paying dues) not to help with your fitness goals.

I am new at Planet Fitness and already feel the great atmosphere and know that this is the place to get back into shape without the critics, lol.

This planet fitness is not a no judgement zone. First Male employees were tighter clothes then the females. People posing and taking selfies in the mirror. In fact yesterday a member asked planet fitness trainer to video him as he worked out and he did and of course member was wearing one of those tank tops and Express workout zone seen members sit on a station 10 to 12 minutes so I could not work out at this station..if they have cameras youll see what I mean usually happens between 11 and 1 sorry just tired of paying good money for false advertisement

Ive been a member for a year already and Ive noticed that the monthly subscription has changed in a somewhat questionable way. I have already provided a banking account number twice, told that my payment on February didnt go through, and then asked to provide another voided check. Its a great place tbh, but the memberships kinda feel like a clustertruck.

This location closes on days they should be open. They should not be closed the day before new years. They also closed early on other days around the holidays without warning while other locations were open.Update on may 26th (day before memorial day) I went to work out at 5pm and guess what?. Yes they are once again closed the day before a holiday. The ownerinvited me to come it to speak to management. I can guarentee there is no management on the premises when I Visit. ON MY WAY TO CRUNCH FITNESS. lets see if they close on random days with no prior notice to their members.

My problem isnt with the gym itself. I really liked going there. My problem is with the fact that for the last 2 years I have been trying to cancel my membership. I have sent the letters stating why I would like to cancel. When I lived in the state I went into the location and tried to cancel and was told I couldnt because there was no manager on duty(? ) why cant any staff member cancel it? I am well out of my contract now and still cant seem to end this. Never have I had just an issue before. Planet fitness as a company needs to fix this!

Great place to workout with lots of machines. Friendly staff...can be busy tho during peak hours. WiFi is ok...again when busy lots of drops. Tanning booths, massage chairs and hydro massage beds a great benefit of the black card.Overall a very good place

The gym is pretty brand new so the equipment is fairly good condition. The only qualms I have about this gym is the lack of squat racks and benching areas. Sure they have smith machines, but you just dont feel the same when its an assisted movement versus using your core to stabilize the weight.

This place is good, but my purse got stolen on sunday and nothing was done. They dont have working camaras so they couldnt see who did it.there was very little people that day, so it wouldve been easy to know who it was did they have camaras.that person has membership and has the tools to break the metal, so she will do it again.be carefully.En este gimnacio c robaron mi bolsa este domingo y no tienen camaras asi q no saben quien lo iso y esa persona va a seguir llendo y probablemente lo vuelva a aser.tengan cuidado
