We visited our new puppy a couple weeks ago and fell in love. We did the paperwork and paid the deposit as he needed neutered.We went up as a family and picked him up. Hes a bulldog/pitt mix, fawn and white colored. We since have had him just over a week and our two older dogs welcomed him. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Check them out for your next dog or cat rescue

Very clean and the people are very kind and courteous.

Wonderful experience...excellent, knowledgeable staff. Adopted 2 senior dogs and although it didnt work out with one of them (she apparently hates cats and we have a cat), it was still a great experience. Visited quite a few places and this by far was the best. Quite sad at having to return one but she would make an excellent pet for someone without other dogs, cats or small children....please check her out....her name is Patty.

Disappointed. Went in to inquire about a puppy they had advertised. There was a whole litter. I had called and left a message Friday evening and they were open Saturday and no one called me back. Went there and they were dismissive of me and treated me like second class because I was asking about a puppy and not a shelter dog. Didnt let me fill out an application even though the sign said best home not necessarily forestry come first serve. They flat out told me it was first come first serve regardless of the sign. They basically treated me like I was bothering them. Didnt even offer top shoe me what else they had.

Just adopted a pet from here. Everybody was helpful and so nice & patient with me. The dog is settling in well..like a Diva. But thats ok with us ! She did great driving home! Thanks again !

They really do the best they can with what they have. Caring staff.

It was extremely clean, and odorless. The animals all appeared very well attended to and taken care of.

Cant say that Im impressed with the staff that Ive came across. Very cocky. We had messaged about coming over and playing with cats some time. Person messaged back said we could. When we got there a young teen got very cocky with us rolled her eyes and all that like it was a big bother for one. Two she says i dont know who told you that it was ok but its wrong!! We brought 2 cans of cat food to donate. Instead of oh thank you we got, just put it in the window, ill get it later. It was like she was showing off for the other teens that were standing around the desk. I will never return there to do any kind of business or support them at all.Only cool thing was the 2 rat cages.

Whats not to love? The facility is modern and clean, the staff are wonderful, and they find new homes for pets! A+++

Took my daughter out to look at some dogs. Staff was very helpful. Will be going back in a day or so to see about adopting a dog.

Staff was friendly and you could tell they were passionate about the animals put into their temporary care.

We have adopted several wonderful pets from here. The staff is friendly and the pets are well cared for.

I cant say enough about the staff! We got a kitten from them 6 months ago and it is the best Cat that we have ever had. The staff worked very well with us to make sure we found the right cat for our family and they sure did. He snuggles up with my 4 yr old every night and nap time.When she gets hurt he is quick to respond. Yesterday we went back to get a dog from them and again they worked so hard to make sure we got the right fit for our family. The dog we got is an absolute sweetheart and I can tell already she is going to be a perfect pet for us.

Terrible staff members. Extremely rude. Very unorganized. I have had the displeasure of dealing with these people on many occasions when attempting to adopt an animal from here.Also, of course they would come out after hours for a dog, but never a cat... Thats just terrible. Horrible establishment

I took two cats in that someone had dropped off to me unannounced, that I couldnt keep the last time I went in and the staff treated my like, and acted like I was lying about it. What they didnt know was I was moving out of town that next week and could not keep them. Other than that, very well established. Staff was just kind of rude.

Good place to have your pets cremated.

I had 2 kittens who were taken there by mistake! They helped me get them back home and were very understanding of my situation.

Very compassionate when we took our schnauzer to be cremated.

The office manager was incredibly rude, verbally aggressive and judgmental. She made a terrible impression on a community member just trying to help an animal.
