I have never experienced good customer service with the people at this agency. Every single time I have had to call them they cut me off while Im speaking, talk down to me, and are downright rude. The whole child support system is a joke. I have never, ever, as the mother, felt like they have had my daughters best interest in mind in the 12 years Ive had to deal with this system. Just pure laziness.

They are not very helpful at all. I havent recieved a child support payment since December and they dont seem to care. Ive tried so many times to get my caseworker to do something legally but she just keeps making excuses.
