I have been a regular at this store for at least 5 years now, used to love going here!!! Recently that has changed due to new staff, one of the newest employees Chelsea short blonde girl is rude to me every time I’m in the store and she’s working. Eye-rolls, attitude and not dressed properly.

While this store, which is closest to my home, usually has what Im looking for, I would rather venture to one of the other 2 stores further away. The Marion Road store always looks in a state of disarray, and some of the employees are VERY unfriendly and abrupt, sometimes very rude. I have been told one very rude employee is a manager. Ive been in line with other customers, and we look at each other in astonishment at just how unpleasant a few can be.There are times you have to wait forever for a cashier, because it seems only one person is working, and theyre either working in another part of the store, or most generally, in the back room (which has a straight shot view of the register) doing who knows what.Ive worked in retail before, and been to other Dollar General stores. The Marion Road store, which could be a very good one with so much variety, is the absolute worst of 3 in a small town. It always looks grungy and in disarray, which shows a lack of pride in the appearance in general by the staff.

My favorite place to go. Love the people that work in there. Organized.

Dropped off a pickup for Fed Ex. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Easy stop to get items at a reasonable price when you dont want to go to a bigger store like Walmart for a few items you need on the way home.

The employees are friendly but at times very unhelpful,the store is total chaos with no organization. Overall Ive never had a bad experience just takes a little longer to find the things that you need

The store was cluttered and disorganized with product blocking entire aisles. I hope they were remerchandising, but I couldnt see any rhyme of reason to their system. We were sent by a clerk who was *trying* to be helpful to the place where our item *should* have been. If a district manager were to wander in to this store, things would not go well. The competing dollar stores in town are better organized, and you dont have to find someone to check out. :/

This store is dirty. Most of all going in and out of the store is dirty as well. Store associate goes out to smoke, lays her cigarettes along the store front. Doesnt clean up after herself. I dont like walking thru the smoke to go inside. Will not bother returning. Store owner should visit and see for themselves.

I have never seen a dollar general so dirty and disgusting in my life. All the shelves and product were covered In filth. Floors looked like they havent been mopped in months. I went to pull a box of cereal off the shelf and was covered in dust. I Had it all over me. Store staff was extremely rude and while I was there I watched 3 of their store staff picking there nose and one was eating it. Then to top it all off when I went to check out, i went to use my digital coupons and when the system didnt work they told me it was too bad and didnt even apologize. Will never return to this store
