Went there the other day. Sonny was amazing. He knew what I needed to fix my pool and how to do it. Im new to having a pool. So I really appreciate him taking the time to help me and explain how and why. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this store.

I just wasted 35 minutes of my life finding out that this company does not welcome walk-in business. I was greeted as I walked in the door but was then ignored until I walked out. 2 customers were served as I walked in and 2 others who came in after me without a nod to me. One particularly loud man wanted the clerk to drop everything to read an email, which he did. Unfortunately this store has been my source of pool supplies until now, but now I have to find a new one. Just because customers are not loud and pushy does not mean you shouldnt provide them service too.

If I could have zero stars for this place I would the lack there of customer service given by Kaitlyn was beyond pathetic. No courtesy given for an online order placed didnt even bother to call before cancelling our order and asking if it could be transferred to another store they just cancelled it. And when we checked to see the status before driving over and HR away to pick it up it thats when we found out its was cancelled. So we called to find out what happened and the person Caitlin that answered and spoke to my husband didnt even ask for an order number she just blatantly lied and said they didnt receive any orders for online and then when he confronted her about it she asked for the order number finally then proceeded to say that they didnt have any in stock but online it said that they did and when he said that she went back to go check and then told him oh yeah we do have one but it was damaged and thats why your order was canceled so she just blatantly lied about the whole thing had no customer service skills at all and should be fired and work at McDonalds and hopefully then maybe she could take an order correctly. Please hire better customer service and people that are educated will never do business here ever again.

Having recently to Buckeye and first time pool owners I had lots of questions and needs!Sonny at Leslie’s has been such a help! He’s answered all my question with patience and provided detailed knowledge. Coming into our second summer we have had clean clear healthy water the entire time! I owe full credit to Sonny!

I recently was in need of a reliable pool company. I was currently with another pool company and was not happy at all. Sonny recommended No Bull Pool guys which Ive been with for 6 months and love them. Sonny is also very thourough on chemicals and will be going back.

Went to Leslies for pool acid to clean my tile floor grout and was a little taken aback when they gave me the price for 2 gallons. Needless to say I decided to go elsewhere and paid a little more then half their price. Leslies is great because they have everything you can ever need for your pool or hot tub in one store. Yes they do charge a little more but its called convenience for the customer. I used them for (43) years when I had a backyard pool.

The guys there are awesome! Never steered me wrong!

Dennis is great with his in depth knowledge of pool parts and chemicals. They offer tons of advice and you can count on them to get your pool back on track.

Door says closes at 8pm. Man inside cleaning, all I needed was questions and possible product. Never even came to door, worst service ever.

This is an authorized hayward dealer & they will fix hayward pool vacs less than 2 years old even if purchased online at no charge. The manager is doing a good job.
