Hi. My name is Lee Wilkerson and live in the Active Adult Community in Victory Verrado. I moved from Michigan not to long ago and was in need of some pool service. I came by No Bull Pool Guys from one of their trucks advertisements. Prior to them servicing the pool it was in really bad shape as no one was living in the home for about 6 months. The pool was swamp green. However, within 3 days they had my pool looking like new and have had their service for the past year and am very pleased with the work Chris has been doing with my pool. I was in need of getting my pool resurfaced. I contacted a few companies for quotes and No Bull came to my house the same day I called them. They did all of the work in in 2 days in about a weeks time. Professional, honest, excellent work. They even gave me money back when I accidentally over paid them. Loved this company..Needed a drain whereas my hardness levels were high as well as a few other levels..(first time for me since moving to Arizona) the employees were very punctual..scheduled me right away....invoices were also timely/correct and employees showed excellent professionalism! I was nervous to say the least and the pool was drained during the heat...the employees took precautions which eased my mind...they also explained pool issues and answered all of my questions.. I am grateful that they explained a few things I didnt know....I will definitely use this company to clean my filters twice a year and service the pool when we are traveling! They was ok at the beginning but then they fell off wouldnt really answer any questions I had about my pool they never put the right stuff in the pool only tabletsDidnt really clean the pool atleast not the guy they sent here
