So incredibly nice and worked me in on their schedule as an emergency as I have extreme tooth pain. The receptionists were extremely nice and the technicians and doctor were exceptional. I will be glad to go back here for regular dental work and cannot tell them enough how much I appreciate them getting me in on short notice

I understand the scheduling if a medical office and most keep a block for emergencies but obviously not this office . I am very disappointed I could not get in for an emergency even after telling the receptionist my tooth is abscess. She didnt even offer to take my information in case of a cancelation. I have called everywhere amd cannot get in anywhere Im trying not to go to the emergency room for this but have been left with no choice. I am in so much pain I have been hospitalized for this exact reason before and trying to prevent that again. The dental industry is a joke when it comes to emergencies.

DMD Kahn was awesome during my initial visit today. She explained everything concisely and answered all my questions. She took all my medical issues into account to determine the best dental plan going forward... I left my appointment feeling confident I found the right dentist.

Honestly the best experience that I’ve had at a dentist appointment ever. Hands down. Front desk was super friendly and figured out my insurance for me. The hygienist who saw me I believe his name was Cesar was upbeat, personable great customer service. He made my cleaning fun, and he was definitely the highlight of the visit! Sunwest dental is lucky to have him!! The dentist was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall everyone was amazing and I’m excited to go back. Front desk was friendly and professional. Price was fair for not having insurance. waited about 20 mins after my appointment time to be brought back. Absolutely no apology from the Dr I did look up her experience prior to booking. And notice she has a hand full of years under her belt. Her Years in the field did not match my expectations on my visit with her. her customer service is at a 0, nonexistent..It ultimately did not feel like she was fully there during my appointment nor at my daughters appointment we didnt we feel welcomed we felt like we were a bother! The male assistant seemed to know more than this woman. My pain? IGNORED with a “ oh-ok i don’t see nothing” and a walk away.kudos to her assistant Marion, he carried the whole appointment. very educated young man.Maybe the Dr needs a personal day.

Absolutely no urgencies for emergencies. I was asked if I had a pcp? Yes, she gave me antibiotics a week ago while Ive fought to get in. I will change my review if my emergency visit I have to wait another day for with a severe infection is any better than the scheduling and lack of answering phones!

This was my first visit to the Sunwest Dental office. It was small and quaint with a pleasant atmosphere. I felt very relaxed as soon as I entered. The staff was very friendly. My appointment was for 9 am and upon completion of the necessary forms, I was promptly greeted by Cesar the hygienist. He was very personable, professional, and competent. I felt no pain or discomfort during the cleaning. Dr. Khan then came in and greeted me. She was very nice. She listened to me and then explained the preventive measures that I should take to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Their customer service was impeccable and I look forward to my next visit.

The staff here is so friendly and pleasant. Dr. Kahn is amazing! Sadly I have a lot of experience with fillings and crowns, and she is by far the best. Never pain or that weird uneven feeling. Plus, the prices are so reasonable and I don’t feel like I’m being gouged or getting a treatment plan that isn’t fair. Very nice place.

Hi, I have never liked to go to the dentist, as matter of fact I don’t like going to any type of Doctor. But I do have to say that Ayeshaw Khan, DDS And her staff at the Buckeye location make it a lot easier. Their friendly but very professional, they always great you with a smile and it doesn’t feel fake. They do their best to make you comfortable. Heck I was just there today and to me the office was cold. Dr.Khan offered me a blanket. Who does that? Lol. I declined, but I couldn’t be it. It was so sweet of her. I highly recommend Sunwest Dental in Buckeye. Shoot I have recommended this place to friends and family. And most that have went feel the same as I do. They have also recommended Sunwest. I am more than pleased with SunWest dental in Buckeye. It’s rare to have a dentist appointment and be very satisfied at the end, at least in my experience. My teeth and gums were very sensitive, inflamed and painful. The Hygienist and Dentist were so gentle and caring during my whole examination process with x-rays and such. I did not feel judged at all and felt they were very informative and answered all the questions I had. Even the ladies upfront checking people in and doing paperwork were so very kind and sweet. The Buckeye SunWest location definitely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in times that I usually have high anxiety. Thanks again. I am so happy to have found this wonderful team and feel excited now to get my deep cleaning done and keep up with my checkups!

Terrible with insurance. Got stuck with a $500 bill because they are either stupid or lazy cant decide which. Avoid this place.

The staff are very friendly and Dr. Khan takes her time and explains treatment plans and options. She answered all my questions and made my visit a great experience (rare when going to the dentist). 10/10 would definitely recommend. I remember coming into this dental office completely afraid due to really terrible past experiences but Dr. Khan took excellent care of me, and she was so nice! I’ve been getting my teeth cleanings with Patty and she’s absolutely amazing! Completely professional and takes great care of me every single time I come in. I call her my person tooth fairy. I have to travel two hours to get here but honestly it’s completely worth it. I feel welcomed every time I visit them and I’m so thankful.

I would not recommend this place to any one. I had an appointment for a cleaning and all they wanted to do was a deep root cleaning at over $700.00 and would not do a regular maintenance cleaning, covered by my insurance.
