Our first time visit was six months ago, and I still stand by my original review. The staff at the front desk is kind and helpful! I’m grateful to have found a dentist office that has a positive atmosphere and is laying a great foundation for my child’s dental health for the rest of his life! The doctor we saw today was Dr. Alex and he was Dino-tastic! Sang songs while he cleaned my toddlers teeth, and gave high fives after. He made sure we understood everything he was saying, and was also gentle and kind. We love Palm Valley Pediatric!

Super kid friendly setup and staff- loving our first visit here!

Palm Valley dentistry in Verrado was the best! Everyone is so helpful from the front desk to the doctors and assistants! The whole office is so clean and such a fun atmosphere for the kids, my kiddos loved it and are asking when they can go back!

The facility is beautiful and they have lots of entertainment for the kids while waiting for their appointment. My children have Autism and get very scared during visits. There are no words to describe how wonderful Dr. Alex was during my children’s exam. He was able to get my children’s teeth cleaned and was so patient and kind. He even gave me tips on how to make cleanings easier at home. If I could give 10 stars I would! And the other staff were very kind as well. My kids got a goody bag and balloons when finished. Thank you to everyone at Palm Valley!!

Today was our first day trying out Palm Valley. We had a great experience from start to finish. I can’t even begin to tell you how stressful taking my son to the dentist normally is. He’s very anxious and has a handful of medical conditions and everyone here was so sweet and patient with him. Being as calm as they were really set the tone for my son to be as calm as he was today! This place is great at getting us in for an urgent appointment, the office was very clean, and the staff was great. Dr Olga was awesome at not pushing extra treatments on us and telling us what we can do without to help save money. We will definitely be returning!

This office is nice and friendly. The only thing is that sometimes it gets really busy and the doctor tends to not fully have all attention on one patient; she’ll be bouncing back and fourth to different patients. Other then that it’s a nice child friendly environment!I give five stars to orthodontist experience! Got my daughter Invisalign and our experience was great. Staff is nice and friendly and helpful. I would recommend if your looking for braces to come to this happy place.

We loved our first visit! Upon entering, we were greeted right away. There’s an option to do first patient paperwork online beforehand which can be incredibly useful if you have a little one who doesn’t like to wait long. Each staff member has been polite and extra careful with my sensory-sensitive toddler. I recommend this office to any one in the Buckeye area, especially if your little one gets nervous. My toddler had the BEST first dentist experience! They are like the Disneyland of dentists. She loved it and I was so impressed with how fun they made the experience for her. Not only that, but they were efficient and there was no waiting time. I came on time to our appointment and we were done with everything and out the door within 20 minutes. Fast, friendly, fun, amazing!

This orthopedic is really good nice doctors and nurses! Our granddaughter just got her bottom braces on and her dentist always tells her jokes and makes her laugh! We love this place! So recommend it!!😀

After moving to Arizona I tried to find a good dentist for my 3 littles. I went to another place in a rush because my daughter was getting braces and needed a cleaning, but luckily found this place shortly after! My kids love it! My youngest needed some work (cavities 😩) but they got him taken care of while making sure he was neither afraid nor in pain! Pricing is provided upfront so there has been no surprises. 10/10

We had a very pleasant experience for my childrens yearly exam and cleaning. Cheyenne took the time to explain every step of the cleaning to my very anxious daughter and was incredibly patient with her. We had thorough explanations regarding our concerns and instructions for follow-ups in the future with the dentist. The office staff was friendly and make sure that all of my children can be seen at the same time which is very helpful. The level of care at Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry is consistent every time we go and that is why we continue to come back to them.

The assistant and Doctor Lisa were so great with my daughter. My daughter is not a huge fan of the doctor or dentist but they do a great job of making her comfortable and are so gentle and kind.

This was my daughter’s very first dentist appointment and everyone there was very kind and patient with her. The dental assistant was sweet and brought her a balloon to help her calm down, and the dentist was very sweet and understanding with her even when she was crying and nervous. It was a quick and painless first visit. I would definitely recommend this dental office!

This childrens dentist office is wonderful. I was referred to them by Garden Lakes and they took care of my son right away. The set up is wonderful and the care with my son was just above and beyond, thank you so much ladies. We look forward to future visits.

Love bringing my kids here. Its super clean and the staff is amazing. My toddlers are busy bodies, but the staff makes sure to make them as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend to all especially if you have toddlers who are reluctant to go to the dentist.

Very hospitable. My son (2 yr old) 1st visit and he was hysterical, threw up during the cleaning and exam but everyone was very helpful and tried their best calm him. They even got him a new shirt to change into. The place is also really cute and very kid friendly.

We all really enjoyed the our visit here. The staff were all very friendly and they all made us feel very well cared for. They all took very good care of us. I really liked how Dr. Alex was very transparent and answer all my concerns. The staff gave me advise on my concerns to help make the experience enjoyable for the kids. My little one absolutely loves coming here! The dinosaur chairs are so adorable and kid friendly. The whole experience at palm valley is just amazing. The front office girls are so friendly and always get us in right away. The dental assistants are so good with him making him feel comfortable and happy to be there. One of the best things about this place is that they offer orthodontic care for kids and adults! It is truly a one stop shop. I get my braces done here, it is just so convenient. Being that this was our first dental check, we were nervous about our littles response. The receptionists all had amazing attitudes, friendly, and hyped my girl up to begin with. Dr. Lisa was great at building rapport with her, efficient and we were on our way in no time. Not to mention, the “baby’s first dental visit” certificate, balloon and toothbrush. These first time parents cherish these details so much. We love this place!

Horrible! I just moved to buckeye and made my daughter an appt for today at 1pm two weeks ago!! On Tuesday I received a text message confirming my appointment for 2:30 PM I called the office and told then that my appointment was actually at 1pm why did it get changed and nobody called me and the receptionist was nice and apologized and said that the Dentist had a surgery if I could come at 2:30 instead which worked great with my schedule so I said yes I can come in at 2:30. Then last night a day before the appointment at 7o’clock at night I get a text message saying we will see you tomorrow at 8:30 AM for your appointment! Started off at 1pm then 2:30pm and now 8:30am! so I called the office when they opened and they told me that they didn’t have any openings for today even though I scheduled my appointment two weeks ago and I’ve already talk to somebody about changing it once and that they couldn’t get me in till next week!! The receptionist was so rude and try to tell me that I actually confirmed the 830 appointment which I never did because that doesn’t work with my schedule so I would’ve never done that and she was really rude so I just told her to completely take me off that I will not be going there!!!

Staff is friendly and facilities are clean. They are kid-friendly and make it fun for the kids with dinosaur chairs and cool shades. Dr. Alex is really patient and explains his process to the kids in a way thats fun for them. He even sings lullabies! Hes great.

Found this Gem of a Dentist office super close to home. Its my daughters first visit and the staff were very nice and friendly. I could tell my daughter was nervous but they took the time to explain what they were doing. I would highly recommend coming here, i wish my first dentist appointment was like this when i was a kid myself.

I got an upper retainer made. Staff is always so kind and courteous. I don’t recall my dental assistant’s name in Verrado that Friday, but she was awesome! I had a blast and got to see all the latest technology that wasn’t around many moons ago when I got my first retainer….clearly I’m not pediatric :)

Fantastic experience! This was our first visit with PVPD. They were awesome from the very beginning. New patient forms were easy to access and fill out. The front desk personnel welcoming. Where to begin. Our little needed extensive oral repairs. At 5 years old that could have been traumatic, but all she remembers is me singing to her before going to sleep. Fast forward to months later for her check up. She was so excited to go. She loves the dino chairs and the staff. Cavity free and thinks her next apt is to far off.I will also add that the staff all had their masks on and there was plenty of sanitizing stations and precautions where taken to keep everyone healthy. Wont be going to anyone else.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. We transfered my 4 young children from another office we were unhappy with. Its been night and day being treated so well! We always take the kids all at the same time. I have a 6 year old, 4 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old. Its not stressful at all because they are ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. They are pros at working with little people and making them comfortable. Dr. Olga is amazing and such a sweetheart.

As a first time mom, I had many concerns with my daughters teeth, but they answered all my questions with reassurance. My daughter also isn’t one to do anything she doesn’t want to, but they were able to not only brush, but floss her teeth as well. For her only being 22 months old, I was very impressed with how well they handled her! Look forward to coming back here for many years!

I bring my three children here and they love it! The staff is very friendly and the kids are entertained in the waiting room by games that are available to them. They are very quick and efficient and always have open appointments to accommodate any schedule. My kids look forward to their dentist appointments now!

We are so grateful to have found this dentist. My 11 year old is currently in treatment here for her braces and they are so patient & understanding with her (she has major anxiety & has mini panic attacks at times at the dentist) and they always take their time & go at her pace & are very reassuring with her, you can tell they care about her feelings & they do not want her to be scared of the dentist office. We absolutely love the dentist, nurses & the orthodontist at this office, the front desk is always very friendly, organized & helpful as well, you cannot go wrong! (we go to the Verrado location) But we have also been to the surprise location & they were wonderful as well.

The office is very clean and they have the cutest decor. Im still so happy we found this office! My kids love Dr. Olga and have zero fear about going to their appointments. Just had my daughters first dental cleaning with Dr Lisa Chinn and the whole experience was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Starting out the process was efficient and easy with being able to schedule online (even for a brand new patient) and fill out all the paperwork online (great for parents who don’t want to sit in the lobby and sign a bunch of stuff while managing a toddler). Then the lobby is very welcoming and colorful for kids. They took us back quickly and the rooms are colorful with dinosaur dental chairs and IPADs with movies already playing for your child. They were quick with the cleaning and exam as my child was not a fan, and were very gentle and explained everything as they went. I highly recommend to anyone with children.
