I was staying around the area for work and decided to get my haircut at this sports clips. There wasn’t any wait so I walked in. I was greeted and sat in a chair immediately. The stylist was very polite and asked how I wanted my haircut. It wasn’t till I got to my hotel room and showered when I discovered some of the hairs near my neck line hadn’t been cut. Also , at the front it could have been blended better. I’m not the type to complain but I feel it shouldn’t have been missed. Because of this, I don’t think I will return to this sports clips.

I have been going here for 20 years and showed up 8 minutes before 9 this morning. Because it was hot I went in thinking I would just wait for them to officially open, but was told I had to go wait in my car like I was a child. Good bye.

I have always had a great experience at this location except today. There was only two girls working and the wait time was maxed out and the stylist just asked guard size on sides and that was it. I usually have a hard part and combed to the side this time it’s way short all over and combed straight forward with no part at all

If you go here request Jordan Joseph she is the best at this location. Thats my opinion!!!!

ALL of the stylist are AMAZING! Ive never had a better wash AMYWHERE! Its an overall great experience and the longest Ive ever had to wait is 30 min, and that was when the app told me it would be 2 hr 4 min. If youre in Bryant, AR and need a haircut there is no better place to go.

Tiffany gave me and my son awesome haircuts. Everyone has been complementing our haircuts all week! She was very patient and quick working with my kid that didnt want to hold still for his cut to get done.

My usual hairstylist has been out from surgery. Needed haircut and Erica who had very little experience with cutting hacked my hair. I am a bit upset being a business owner and always communicating with customers i need to look sharp not like I have a sprout growing outta of my head. 😂👌

First off, THANK YOU Gwen!!! I am very particular about my haircut. I only get a simple high and tight but it has to be done perfectly. Gwen gave me the perfect cut. She was super nice and we carried a conversation the entire time I was in her chair. I can’t remember last time I talked that much with someone in the amount of time that I was there. I have found my new cutter

Ive had my husband and two sons go here for haircuts for about the last year or so. 8/10 times, they come out uneven and just look terrible. It seems like this whole chain just hires fresh-out-of-school stylists that have no idea how to even do a basic mens cut/trim. After the last 3 cuts having to go back in and have them fixed (or at least cut a little closer to evenly), Ive given up. We wont be back.

Since I been wearing a buzz cut I have found this place, its usually just men but they dont mind cutting very short hair for ladies. They will give ya a hot face towel and mini massages but I pass on those! Been here twice and they are fast and good hair cutters! Beats waiting at the salon and the price is so good.

Fairly good place to get your hair cut, about 20 bucks or less. They shampoo your hair and massage your neck so good service definitely. Only thing I did not like is they try to only reccomend their products so they can get commission off of it. I understand that they have to and they need to upsell their own products but they can be a little pushy

The best place for a haircut. Attractive wait area with sports television. Reasonable prices. Shampoos, hot towel treatment and more. Chrissy is the best, but all are good.

The service Is always friendly and the haircuts are always done right.

Our 7 year old goes quite frequently to this location. Though its not the closest one to our house, we prefer to go to the one in Bryant because of Cassandra who is always friendly and patient with our son. She makes sure we are completely satisfied before we leave.

Great staff & cut... Me and my son were in and out with exactly what we asked for.

Checked in online, We left before because was only one person cutting hair came back 30 min later, walked in BEFORE the time it said to be there, go on board said I was up next, then guy comes in BEHIND us I watched him check in at the store, they call him back and my name gets bumped down to a 20 min wait. Nobody even said anything to me while I was there waiting.

Worst hair cut of my life! I have been there several times before and when I was asked if a number 2 is what is used on my hair I said yes. I closed my eyes as usual to not get the hair in my eyes. When I opened them she had shave my whole head! Then she proceeded to ask me why I didnt stop her, I told her my eyes were closed and this has never happened before!

Chris was very good. The only reason not 5 stars was trying to sell products.

The first couple times I went here the girl was kind of obnoxious about the hair product that I used saying you must want to go bald or something, not the best up sell I have to say. The last time was/is the last time though... The stylist cut the sides ok, the front too short (under 1/2 inch) and didnt even touch the top at all which was about 3-4 inches long. Not worth the time/money/frustration.
