This establishment has friendly, knowledgeable staff. Everyone Ive ever encountered there has been excellent at what they do. Ive always been satisfied with haircuts, shampoo, and eyebrow waxing. A big shout out to Lea and her staff...keep up the great work!

Allison is amazing! I went into the salon looking to refresh my hair. I needed a cut and wanted some highlight. She was is very professional and personable . She asked me multiple questions to understand my wants and needs. Allison exceeded my expectations. She was great to talk to. It’s so nice to go to a salon and feel comfortable talking to a complete stranger. This was my first visit with Allison and will not be my last.

Lea cut my hair exactly like i wanted it - its perfect. She cut off almost 1 foot of hair. I love it!

Just quality people. I had a terrible hair cut from another place and they fixed it for me. I was hysterical because this woman had accidentally chopped all my hair off. I went to smart style just livid and they were so kind. They tried everything the could to fix the other persons mistake and it was just amazing. The ladies there were just incredible and they earned themselves a forever customer.

I have struggled with finding a hair salon that provides such an overall amazing experience (we have tried them all), but every time I come to the Bryant Smart Style I am left with a huge smile on my face! My middle son has mild autism and haircuts have always been a nightmare. He just recently started to tolerate a little of the clippers but even without that and just using scissors they always do such an awesome job at making him look good and comfortable. He only wants his haircut here and Ms. Carol has been his go to person. She has such amazing gifts, but the one I am most appreciative about is how happy she makes my son. 😊

Always use Smart Style in Bryant. Love the people there never had an issue. I use Carol there she is the bomb!!! She is the one I go to but I have used the other girls before and they were good too.

Carol needs to learn to listen, six inches does not mean cut sixteen. People with long hair are serious about how much they want cut. I cried all the way home. Remember you can always cut more but you can never uncut it, like I said before you decided for yourself how long my hair should be. You will never see me in there again.

Mrs. Carol is absolutely amazing! She gave me and my daughter the best time! We absolutely love our hair and will definitely be back for future appointments!

I have had more than one bad experience here. Both with my children. I feel like when you go and pay to have your childs haircut they should cut it the way u ask. The tattooed woman actually started to argue with me and tell me I didnt want my daughters hair cut the way it was in the picture I had. I did not let her touch my childs hair, we left and went to great clips on Reynolds Road they were awesome! Didnt argue with me and did a perfect job giving my little girl the haircut she wanted for the first day of school. If there was a option for 0 stars thats what I would have rated it. The lady was just rude, and thought her opinion actually mattered on what haircut my little girl wanted. Also great clips is cheaper! We will not go back here

They arent all this way ( havent experienced it from every one ) but this one employee (covered in tattoos) is ALWAYS rude. I simply wanted to buy products from the salon and she had an attitude the entire time and this is the second time this has happened. But that will be the last time too !

I never get my hair cut but I needed it done bad. They did a great job and I was a walk-in client and they were ready when I got there.

I had to go the next day to a different place to have my hair fixed after getting a haircut here. It was uneven and chopped up and my hair was soaking wet with conditioner in it when i left.

Horrible stylists bad haircut from two different stylist on two different occasions... (made terrible mistake of using them twice) will be trying other places in the area for my next haircut!!!
