I am in the market to sell my house and came across Nobles Realty Group online. Upon creating an account on their website, Justin Nobles promptly reached out to me. Justin was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. He took the time to understand my situation before selecting an agent, Peggy Rogers, to work with me. However, this is where my experience with them took a turn for the worse. Peggy Rogers was abrasive and inattentive. Overall, I was thoroughly shocked by her presentation seeing as she is in sales. Every conversation we had felt painful and forced. She made it clear she was not willing to do anything overly helpful for me.To make matters worse, Peggy even misspelled my name on the contract she drafted up for me. She also had some other details wrong on my contract and did not welcome my questions about the document. Peggy concluded our conversations with me with a lecture about all the time and effort it took to make a property listing. I found this ironic because of the level of time and attention she had not displayed to me. At this point, I reached out to Justin Nobles again to detail my experiences with Peggy and let him know I would not be moving forward with his real estate group. Justin was sympathetic to my story and seemed just as shocked as I was. I find it unfortunate I could not do business with Justin since he was nothing but perfectly helpful.
