Was my first time getting an oil change by myself. Jesse was super helpful and really nice. Took care of other needs my car needed for a great price !

Went for a simple oil change and not sure if the technician Jacob was just having a bad day or what but he was extremely unprofessional with his sarcasm, very condescending and rude. I will definitely not be a returning customer and will not be recommending this location. He also offered to do a state inspection and I never received the paperwork, I didn’t feel like dealing with him again since he got me pretty freaking upset with his atrocious attitude.

Take 5 Oil Change is the best of the best in auto oil change businesses. You don’t even get out of your car to have the change service performed. Jesse was an excellent tech with awesome customer care skills and manners.

Take 5 did a state inspection on my car. Ive been taking my vehicles there for the last 3-4 years, and Ive always found them to be courteous, professional, thorough and QUICK. I highly recommend them!

These guys always seem to be on point. Theyre friendly, but not invasive. They do their job like theyre glad to do it and dont constantly try to push extra upgrades at you that you dont need. The experience is pretty quick as long as you avoid peak times with lines and staying in your car the whole time is a nice touch. Also, if you get on their email list they always have a good discount available that makes it seem like a fair price - without bombarding you with emails every week. I dont go anywhere else for an oil change!

Great service from friendly and knowledgeable service techs. They get you in and out quickly and you dont have to exit your vehicle. On this visit there was a wait and 9ne of the texhs brought us bottled water and personally apologized for the delay. Love these guys!

Fast service! They will use your own oil and filter if you bring them. Checked all fluid levels, tire pressure, and air filter, too.

This place is a God-send for everyone since it’s so quick, but especially moms with littles that don’t want to drag their babies out for an oil change! All of the employees were so sweet to my 1 year old son as he “talked” (screamed/squealed) out the window at them. They offered me a Capri Sun & fruit snacks for him and me a water. Very kind people and quick. My air filter needed changing and the technician showed me my old one vs the new one and made sure my oil light was reset before leaving. Best, cheapest & quickest oil change experience I’ve ever had.

Went last week and got my oil changed. Chris was excellent very knowledgeable and efficient. At no fault to Chris the prices are a little on the expensive side but I dont mind paying a little more money for good service. Keep it up guys thats how you get repeat customers and word of mouth!

Well it was going well until untethered emissions equipment struck my truck and damaged the back left door in multiple areas. The crew at the station was very attentive so we will see if they step up and repair the damage. I will also say when I came home and parked my truck in the garage and later backed out there was a small pool of fresh oil. I took it back to the shop and they checked it out and said it wasn’t basically properly cleaned. Not a great experience.

Didnt reinstall my skid plate properly, went back they took the skid plate off and promised to order the parts to fix it. It has now been over a month and they dont answer the phone when I call.

It was a good experience. The guys were super busy but thats what happens when you are good at what you do. They were all polite and answered any questions I had I would highly recommend them

After I left my car started rocking back and fourth and it said “check stability” on my dashboard and then my check engine light came on and now if those things were issues before I got my oil change there. Not going back

Normally, this place is great. I don’t know what happened this time around. I got my oil changed in preparation for a family road trip to Estes Park, CO. Half way through the trip, there was a horrible smell and we were in the middle of nowhere. We stopped at this little gas station to check it out and turns out the dipstick to the oil was not pushed down all the way because it was out and oil exploded all over my engine. We had to add a quart of oil to get it back up to level. Not something you want to deal with on a family road trip in the mountains of nowhere. I was really disappointed. :(

They were fast and very professional. Also they werent too pushy to get another service. They informed me my air filter was dirty and showed it to me, it was on the dirty side and was needing replacement. I told them thanks but would deal with it myself and that was the end of the conversation. I like that and will use them in the future. Also checked by air, top off my fluids and was out in less then 10 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience here. I needed an oil change before making a 18 hr drive in my ‘98 Honda Accord. I let them know, and Dallas took extra care to fill up my tires, change my filter, and all around make me confident I’d make it to my final destination. Dillion was kind, personable, and helpful when guiding me through oil selections, pricing, and payment. If I was local, I’d definitely come here again. :)

Take 5 did just that. We were in and out in 4:55 seconds. There were friendly and courteous. They even gave my grandson a Capri sun and a fruit snack.

Loved the service I received and in a timely manner! Awesome staff! After posting this I had heard there was a management change. I was pleasantly surprised I received even better service! Dallas was very helpful and Freeman is the man! I wish I could leave a review every time I go there so I will just keep editing. The lack of follow through and credibility from management after damaging our vehicle is the reason i will no longer be using this company. They make it impossible to speak to anyone from store to corporate level. I really hope they turn this location around.

Hands down the best place to get a oil change. Ive brought 3 cars to them and have always had exceptional service. I know I have a slight oil leak somewhere and the C.S location refused to change it even though they are the ones who did it before. So I came to the Bryan one to see what they would be able to do. They were able to do it no problem. This is a all female ran location and truly thats probably what I love the most about it. Brittany and Jordan are the sweetest people. I even got advice to how to fix my issue. 100% coming back and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys and gals do a great job! And they give a discount to active military and Veterans!!! Kudos to them.

There was 1 guy working there when I got there. He worked very hard to get me out. Give that man a raise or some help. Another guy showed up after he started but he was about done. The employee gets 5 stars but can’t do everything hisself.

Good teamwork gets me in and out. No hassles. No overselling. The service and parts I need, no more. And a sweet Veterans Discount. Hard to beat.

Every time I have gone to get my oil change WES has been so professional and kind. Checks everything with my car and explains everything thoroughly. If you want an in and out type of service I recommend TAKE 5.

So I’ve been here before and they have been pushy with selling extra things and this time I went they asked about it but I didn’t have the money for it right now and they understood and left it at that. They had a 50% off coupon which was awesome.

Went there for the first time today. As far as I can tell, they did a good job (my car is driving much smoother than it was). I was out of there within 10 minutes, never even had to get out of the car. Only complaint would be that the checklist says they changed my oil filter, and I dont remember them doing that. Then again, they might have and I just didnt notice. I also wasnt given this magical water bottle that everyone keeps talking about haha but I dont really care about that. Anyway, 9/10 would go again.

Went to get an oil change and received excellent customer service. They offered me a bottle of water, we’re friendly and explained to me what was going on through out the whole process, which was nice as I don’t know much about cars. Every employee came by at some point and either asked us how we were doing or explained what the others were working on. They all looked like they work very well as a team. The store manager came afterwards and asked us how the team’s service had been and was also very friendly with us. During the oil change they also checked the car fluids and tire pressure and things like that which was nice. Not sure if every place those that but I wasn’t expecting it. Over all it was a great experience and I will now be a loyal customer.

Came in today for an oil change on my Titan after the not so nice lady at the service department of the nice guys dealer provided me with the WORST experience ever. Freeman came out and gave me a bottle of water and got me right in for my oil change. He took time to educate me about my vehicle and provided awesome service.

The gentlemen were really nice, professional and fast. I will go back.
