Had a flashing engine light emergency today and had to take my car into the shop close to their closing time. Clint, Austin, and Alec gladly accommodated us and were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Alec even took the extra step and ran to the nearest auto shop to pick up the part thats needed to get my car fixed. Will without a doubt recommend this location to anyone thats experiencing a car problem!

Everything went really well. 4 new tires for the car, service was fast, and they didnt try to upsell me on stuff I didnt need. He did point out that my battery was getting weak which I went ahead and replaced it. Great service.

From out of town and found leak that had to be fixed at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. They scheduled me in and sent me on my way. Yeah! Big Mahalo to these guys.

I had a good experience with my car specifically, though I noticed something. What I noticed troubled me because of the pandemic our world is going through. There is an employee here that hasnt worn a face mask the entire time Ive been here which is around 5 hours after this. The employee wore a maroon shirt and pants and is older in age with grayer hair, also he’s tall his name is Clinton. This review would be better if I wasnt someone who cares about the well being of others. Workers in the garage arent wearing masks so I hope if they worked on my car I dont get sick, it they dont interact much with customers.

Auto repair businesses are a mark up industry. Mechanics will try to up bill you on the simplest repair, which is why I rank having a good mechanic right next to having a good doctor and lawyer. The honesty at this facility is refreshing. After my first experience I decided to give them another chance. Of the 3 times Ive been there I was only billed once. Admittedly minor issues, but there was no gimmicky attempts to convince me that I needed something I didnt.My brakes had a slight squeaking had them Check it out...1 hr later, I was told my pads were fine, best to replace pads and rotors when pads reach end of life.Will definitely be going back!

Quick and efficient shop. Got myself a set of new tires and had the car realigned. Paid $600 for 4 tires with 70k miles warranty and Ill be getting a $60 rebate. Waiting area was clean and seats were spaced apart. Thanks guys!

Customer service sucked. They completed the work on my car but didnt reset my check engine light. I ask for this to be done and I sat in my car and waited at least 25 minutes before I go back in and ask if someone was going to come to reset my engine light. After about another 10 minutes someone finally came to help me.

The techs do a great job with my vehicle and keep me apprised of maintenance concerns to consider. They are especially good at setting accurate expectations for the timing of my vehicles service. Over all great service! I was taken care of in a very timely manner. I appreciated the attention and suggestions given to me concerning my vehicle. I felt very satisfied with the work completed by Tyrone and his awesome Crew! They were all very courteous and helpful.

I was told 2 hours wait, but was finished in an hour. As a girl with no mechanical background I appreciate that they were being honest with their diagnosis and were not trying to make me replace random stuff to get money out of me. I came thinking my tires needed a fix. They told me they were fine and only had to change the valve cap which was like $7.00. They inspected my breaks for free, as per my request, and told me everything looked fine. Thank you for your honesty and quick service. Thank Bryan for your friendliness! Awesome store and staff!!

Needed a tire patched, dropped it off, two hours later they called and it was done. They even put it on for me which saved a ton of time. 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely amazing! Not only did they give me a good price on my tires but I had a sway bar that had broke. The service guy named Polo let me borrow his car to go get the parts and he put it on for me. Just when you think that everything and everyone is out to get you you find a place that takes care of you. Thanks guys! Unbelievable experience!!!

Thank you for the great service and replacing my battery. On Saturday morning my wife and I were going to Houston but my battery died. So then I went to Autozone to get a new battery, they would not replace the battery because its under my seat in the back row. So then I had to take it to Firestone and they did an excellent job! Thank you!

Have given Firestone many chances, wont be returning. Did a break job on my vehicle, girlfriend went to pick it up and didnt make it to the light before having to turn back around. They KNOWINGLY put on a new bad rotor after trying to turn the bad rotor. Which they said my orginal rotor couldnt be that had no grooves, wasnt warped and wasnt under specs.

I take my 2015 Corvette in here. Its the only big place in town I trust with my tires. They are fast and treat you right.

This service center sucks . They made me to wait for more than 2hrs for AC check. The guy who was working on my car he was taking 5 minutes break every time he goes and touches my car. After waiting for 2 hrs the report came and the guy who was sitting inside he took another 15 minutes to call me and let me know what is the issue. I understand if it was a busy day and if people are waiting but here I was the only one who was waiting. The hospitality is zero. I would not recommend this center to anyone.

I got an oil change and brakes replaced. Service was great. They answered all my questions, inspected my car thoroughly, and did a great job. I plan to take my car there for all its needs.

I got my car inspection here today and they were fast and nice to me and my 2 year old son. They even had toys for him to play with for the small time we did have to wait.

I was at firestone tire in Bryan yesterday and I received the best service I have ever gotten at any auto place Ive been too! My technician Blake P. Was very helpful and explained what was being done to my car in full! I drove an hour .. but it was well worth it and I will definitely be back!!!

08/29/19- got a flat tire and Firestone was the only shop that was close. Told the employee that I just needed a patch or new tire. He went out to inspect the tire and told me that all 4 tires needed to be replaced due to normal wear and tear. I had told him that there was no need to replace them because I had a care plan with a dealership down the road that would take care of it. Apparently I wasnt clear enough because I got charged for 4 new tires and an oil change that wasnt needed. When I told the manager about the charge he simply said I forgot to tell them not to do that. If you go to this place for anything, make sure you are very clear with what you want. They will charge you for everything they can get away with!

Whats the use of making a appointment if they dont even touch the vehicle for a couple hours. Came in to get a simple balance and rotation on tires I bought there and made a appointment for 11 in the morning and its noon and still hasnt even touched the truck yet. I wouldnt recommend anyone having any work or buying any tires from them at all!

We have used Firestone for years for all our cars. I really have never had a problem with them. Still using them. Thumbs up for Firestone.

I was told they could test starters and batteries at this location. I went in knowing I had an issue with my starter because I had AAA test the battery when my car would not start and the battery was fine. It started the next day and I took it in to get the starter replaced. I was told the problem was with the battery after they ran a test on both the battery and the starter. When my car died three days later and I missed class I had to get my car towed to Car Doc- who I highly recommend. They were professional and explained everything to me and replaced my starter. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to get your car fixed.

I was stranded at this location for half a day. They were not able to help me with my problem due to warranty issues. They were very helpful and continued to treat me well even when we figured out they werent able to help me.

Searched high and low and they were the best price for tires. Have purchased 2 sets of tires from them and its been a good experience each time, and the tires have performed as advertised. Im very happy with Firestone.

I have always gone to Firestone for servicing my vehicle. I purchased a life time warranty tire rotation and front end alignment. I drive approximately 70 miles per day, so I schedule tons of oil changes. And approx every 6k miles I drive, I schedule for a tire rotation and alignment. These last times I have scheduled my appts.. I have not been helped after 1-2 hours of waiting with two small children in the lobby area. Both times I have left. THE POINT OF THE APPT IS TO HAVE ME IN AND OUT ASAP. Not to sit there and watch you pull a non appt vehicle back before mine.

Taking zero responsibility for all the hail damage left on my Moms vehicle after a recent storm.They couldnt park it in the shop?

If you like paying somebody to further damage your vehicle for a seemingly simple repair, by all means use this Firestone. Mechanics have a perfect mix of incompetence and lack of drive. My vehicle went in for a simple repair, was there for a week, and ended up at the dealership to have everything Firestone messed up repaired.I would rather have a vasectomy operation performed by a blind surgeon than take my vehicle back here.

Theyve really worked with my limitations and helped me a lot more than I feel was necessary.

Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 a.m. to get my car aligned. Have the lifetime alignment package they offer. As of 2:30 they hadnt even pulled it in the bay yet. What is the point of an appointment if I have to wait all day to get an alignment! Take your business somewhere else. They dont care about customer service or satisfaction. I was duped so you should not have to be.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Got four tires and was wanting to get an alignment on my wifes car. Waited for 3 hours for themm to start the tires on her car after it was on the lift. Customer service was terrible. Ended up canceling the alignment and going to another place. Will not go back

Just don’t ever tell someone it’s gonna be an easy fix and then call again to say that it’s gonna drain my bank account completely and that it’s actually gonna be multiple days

I took my car in and after telling them I only needed the brakes fixed they proceeded to charge me $20th too spend over an hour to inspect the car but then also tried to charge me again for a service that I had not authorized them to do or charge me for. I will never be coming back again.

After several weeks after service here, I discovered the holding bracket for my vehicles battery was not re-installed. This is a major safety issue caused by a careless tech. The poor oversight by this site management is troublesome.
