Took my Pre-K class here at the end of the year. Such a fun place. The kids loved it and got plenty of exercise in a temperature controlled environment and not having to worry about rainy weather. The facility was clean and they were very friendly. Appreciated the party room where all 18 could sit and eat lunch. Would love to go back!

This was the perfect place to take my grandson on his visit during spring break. The facility was clean, open and inviting as was the staff. It was not over crowded so he was able to enjoy all the areas without competing or waiting too long for his turn. I would have given a 5 star as he had so much fun, but there were a couple of the ball elevator type activities that did not function correctly and the balls would get stuck. A very nice tall dad was very helpful in getting them unstuck but that should not have been necessary. We will be back.

We just celebrated my daughters 7th birthday today and they enjoyed it so much!! It’s was super clean and it was less stressful for me. We got the package where it was already decorated and with pizza & drinks. I just literally showed up and it was beautiful. Everything was so convenient!! We will definitely be back again and book in the future for my other daughter😁

Perfect place for elementary aged kids and toddlers to play! Its big enough that theyre well entertained, but small enough that I can sit in one spot and see everyone. I also love that they have WiFi and a bar counter top so I can get some work done while the kids play!

This place is very cool! My kids loved it and so did I. There is no other play place like it in BCS which makes it refreshing and unique for all.I would love to give it 5 stars for quality and cleanliness but I was disappointed by a couple of things.I wish there were a membership option for larger families. I have 4 kids. So we won’t be able to go very often. Maybe once every 3 months. So disappointing! My kids loved it and I wish we could come once a month. But the membership rates reflect that owners only consider families with 1-2 kids. Not realistic for many families in this town.Lastly, I was so frustrated that the staff member working the day we went decided to bring her son with her who had very obviously had a cold. He was coughing, sneezing and sniffling. All great symptoms for spreading it to every kid who walked in the door. And as he was not just sitting with his mom but playing on the equipment and with my girls and other kids, my girls DID all pick up his cold. I wanted to walk right back out but we had reservations which are non refundable and my kids had been looking forward to going all week. I understand sometimes you can’t find childcare and maybe this parent was in that situation. Super awesome her employer is willing to work with her. But as a parent who knows her employer values a clean, sterile play environment, she should have made other arrangements for her child that day. Practically negated that they close to clean midday. His germs would be right back on it all when they reopened for the afternoon.

The place is a great place to play but most of all the ball play stations were broken. That’s where my grandson wanted to play the most and he couldn’t. Besides that it’s a good place to use up energy. I wish it was open play all the time. Parties shouldn’t be cause others to exempt others from playing.

My kids absolutely love this place. We purchased a membership over the summer and it is well worth it!

My daughter had a great time and stayed engaged the entire time, unlike our experiences at other indoor playgrounds. The only downside was there was no music playing when we went, and I would have liked to have something to listen to while supervising play (even if it was the dreaded Baby Shark, it would have been better than silence!) We will be back for sure!

My granddaughter LOVES Smarty Sprouts. She always asks to go. She makes friends with the other kids and usually complains when we have to leave. The place is always clean and never feels like it is too crowded.

Beautiful place, Friendly staff, very clean. We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it was great. We were there before it was closed for cleaning and reopened in the afternoon. It gave us the opportunity to go eat and enjoy some time together and they brought them back to play. It was fun and many rooms for babies and some areas for toddlers and the big zone for the risk takers.

We had the BEST birthday party at Smarty Sprouts!!! Fun, clean, friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely have another birthday party there again!!!!

We had an absolute blast. The decorations for my sons party Pokémon were so cute!!!! It was the easiest party I have ever done and all the kids had so much fun!!!!! Thank you so much for having Great party options in B/CS

Will never come back here! Waited 5 mins while my children got super excited to play for them to try and picked out some snacks. When I finally got help from someone she rang all my snacks up and told me it would be $10, I asked if that included play time and thats when she told me they were at full capacity. But there was only 2 people in front of me and one group left. so I had to walk out of there with crying children still confused as how she was going to charge me for snacks but not allow my kids to play

Very clean and accessible for my toddlers. There was plenty of space to spread out and let the kids play and explore. My little ones had so much fun.

This is an exceptionally nice place for all ages. We have truly enjoyed coming and even had a birthday here!

My husband and I felt so happy to see the kids playing safely with a nice number of kids and all the cleanliness of the place.

Went there to go to a childs b-day party! The kids LOVED it !! Okay, even I loved it !!! I played in the ball pit and went down the slides. I highly recommend it for any child party, or even if youre looking for something to take the kids to do. ☺

After a year of quarantine, we chose Smarty Sprouts to host our daughters 7th birthday. Although it was very expensive, I felt we owed her a special experience. Also as advertised, all was done for us, we just had to select our room and show up with our cake. First off, I booked online and was pleased with the online communication at first. When we showed up to the party, my first observation was the venue was awesome. Looked like fun and my daughter was very excited. I will say the two ladies there were very unhelpful and unwelcoming from the first second we walked in. I literally had to ask for a tour for starters. I was also put in the wrong room (the space room as opposed to the whale (girls) room). When I asked they told me the other room was being used for storage and not an option and someone should have called me and told me. Noone did. The bathrooms were very dirty, smelled like urine and the mirrors were so dirty you could not see clearly in them. The girls were extremely rude, sat on their phones behind the front desk and in the storage are behind the front desk for the entire two hours. They also did not greet any of my guests, nor offered them socks. I had to ask each time for socks and greet my own guests upon arrival They even watched some guests walk past the door looking in the window to see where to come in and they just sat and watched; very unhelpful and disappointing. I actually stayed up front until all my guests were there after observing the subpar service, taking away about 30 minutes of my daughters party to do what in my opinion was part of their job. The only thing they were good at was reminding me when I had one hour left, 30 mins left and 15 mins left. They began cleaning up during my part in the play area WHILE MY GUESTS were playing and making my guests uncomfortable over20 mins before our party was officially over. Although I loved the venue, the staff was awful and I asked for the owners name and contact info and they refused to give it to me. I will most likely never come back. I spent close to $400 for two hours and it was not a good experience.
