What great customer service! Coming from another location to this one couldnt have been easier. Hannah was polite, courteous, and informative about the transition and made it quick and painless. I couldnt be happier with the transition. Thank you so much!

Signing a one year membership may have been one of the biggest mistakes that I have ever made. I joined Aerofit less than 2 months ago. There were always issues (example: trainers no showing up for a class, equipment being broken, overall looking run down). But I was able to tolerate the issues because the Carter Creek location was pretty convenient and they offered a good variety of classes.With less than a week notice, Aerofit sold out to Trufit and I (along wit hundreds of other members) are SOL stuck with a contract that doesnt do any good. According to Trufits website, memberships are between $9.99 to $19.99 a month, depending on your services. They are telling me that I am stuck with my $70 contract to a club that no longer operates.I feel like I was lied to when I originally signed up. I feel like there was zero transparency of communication throughout the transition process. And now Im stuck paying $70 a month for services I cant use.Such as scam! Take your business elsewhere before you get stuck in the same trap that I am in!

Im a member and have been paying $44 per month. My year agreement is up. Despite me calling and explaining that I have moved and havent set foot in the gym for several months they have continued to bill me instead of cancelling my membership. Horrible customer service. The manager returned my call a week later and left a voicemail. Basically, because I havent been able to speak to the manager directly, they wont cancel my membership!! Even though they know Im not using it, dont live in town, and my contract is up. Ridiculous!!! They are basically stealing from me every month!!!

Decent facility, theres a 30 day cancellation notice requirement or they bill you another month. Make sure you ask questions like this. I also encountered several billing errors over my time there.

My issue is with the staff and billing. I was quoted one price and am being overbilled. They told me theyd refund one month to make up for their error. Have yet to receive the check, since they billed me for the month I was suppose to get free. Horrible communication skills. No follow through. their word means NOTHING!Go somewhere else seriously.Gym & Equipment are decent, but lack of honestly and integrity by staff is appalling.

SCAM ALERT: First I’m NOT under contract for my membership. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for two months now with numerous phone calls and emails, Debbie Averitt with billing continues to debit my checking account, I followed their 30 day cancelation request and easily met that requirement. I have proof of my email cancellation that is dated, I supplied her that email cancelation per request to Debbie Averitt, “she conveniently couldn’t find it” then after receiving the email proof of my cancelation that was dated “she ignored it”, then I asked for a simple refund and was laughed at. I read other complaints in these reviews; obviously I’m not the first person to be swindled. What a nightmare, so dishonest. I paid loyally for years and now I was taken advantage of by TruFit.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Aerofit was sold to Trufit in October. When this was done those under contract were told with three days notice. I was told when entering the Wildflower location, that those with Aerofit could cancel their contract and open a contract with Trufit, since its $20 cheaper. I sent multiple emails and called multiple times trying to cancel my Aerofit contract. I finally receive a response and am told my Aerofit contract does not expire until June 2018 and I am locked in. I cannot cancel my contract unless I am medical unable to excersise (with a doctors note), relocate 25 miles or more from Aerofit (with utilities bill proof & paying an early termination fee of $100+ tax.), Military service orders (proof of documents), or I die. This is outrageous and sad for a company to treat their customers this way. I would not recommend Trufit to anyone. Stay far away and take your money elsewhere.

The staff is great. The gym is in a great location -- off of 6. Its very accessible. I have two complaints though: they should have a DVD player, for those who want to use P90X or something like it; and they should have a heavy bag for boxers. These are simple additions that would make a real difference.Other than that, though, its a great gym. Very friendly staff. And the tvs on each of the treadmills is awesome. I love that I can watch UFC while I run. Haha.
