We have been coming here for years for myriad operations on our clunker cars (we like to keep them running forever). Johnny and the team always stand by their work and are willing to take a second look if something doesnt feel right to us. Johnny has always been respectful and lets us know if a repair doesnt make sense for our cars - hell talk through our options, even if it means we do it ourselves rather than go through a repair at the shop. We trust his advice, and he will go above and beyond to help his customers. When my car was in the shop for an extended repair, the team moved mountains to help me get back and forth to the garage. The customer service is unparalleled, and we know were in good hands here.

I took my car to get the alignment fixed, and they could tell something else was wrong too. They said that they could save me money by doing a different diagnostic which worked out really well. They got my car back to me in just over 24 hours and had a shuttle car take me home while they fixed my car. I would absolutely recommend them for any repairs you might need done.

Superior Auto service is definitely the place to go for state vehicle inspections. This is the second year I have gone there for my annual inspection. Both times the manager and personnel behind the counter were top shelf. AND, both times. My vehicle was inspected and I was driving to get my sticker at registration office within 20 minutes. Inspections are the only service I have had done. But it appears to be a full service garage and if my interaction with the staff is any indicator. They know there stuff. Shop itself is surprisingly clean which also leads one to believe there are quality mechanics working out there on that shop floor.REMEMBER: State Vehicle Inspection is $7.00 and it must be paid in cash.

Awesomely Honest!! My sons car had a rattle coming from his catalytic converter. We thought it needed to be replaced, but John at Superior Auto Service said bring it in first and let us take a look. After some testing, they determined it was the heat shield and saved us the expense of replacing the catalytic converter. Most shops would have just did the work and charged us. AWESOME JOB GUYS!! If want an honest shop, take your car to Superior Auto Service. I would have given them 6 stars if I could have here.

My Chevy truck suddenly wouldnt start. Towed it to superior expecting the worst. Left it there. Gotta call later to say my battery cable and starter cable were loose. They tightened em up and got me going. $55 labor. Thank you for your great service and especially your honesty. These guys rock. Will go back again!

I went here to get my cars A/C system worked on. I made it clear to them that I wanted to do as much of the work on my own as possible, and only have them do the things I couldnt do on my own. They respected this and cheerfully gave me step-by-step instructions on how to remove and replace the broken parts. When I finished, I brought it in and they recharged my coolant system and leak tested it for me. They helped me save lots of cash and still gave me great service. Im glad I went here.

These guys are great. While I have had issues ith other places trying to convince me to fix things that werent broken, Superior Auto Service suggested only repairs which I knew were due prior to dropping off my car. Their prices are great, their service is great, and most importantly, I feel like these guys are honest. I highly recommend them and I will surely use their garage again when the need arises.

My engine was hydrocked, and this was so stressful for me. Even though they had to replace the radiator and a couple other things they got to after they quoted me, they didn’t charge me for it! They charged me a more than reasonable price, stored my car without charge until I had the money to pay, and stayed after hours until my bank authorized the transaction because my bank sucks! So sweet and so helpful!! Forever grateful!!

To whom it may concern. I am a little late with the review.Who do you trust when you’re in Colorado and your son’s truck is broke in College Station, TX? Auto repair shops for me, do not generate confidence when remotely taking care of the needs of a young adult. Contracting a repair across state lines is mentally draining. Especially when you’re trying to engage a young adult on major repairs.So was the case when my son called and relayed that his truck was making a noise. “What kind of noise?” I asked. “Like the noise my bike made when I attached a piece of cardboard so it would hit the spokes.” “Oh”, I said, and thinking of something I have to pick up after the dog.The truck was towed to his home and shortly after that he had a referral to Superior Auto Service... He found the place and have learned that I have to take some things on faith. The diagnoses came in. The news was what I had kinda of, sort of expected. It is internal to the engine.Now, it is trust or do not trust. We decided to trust. Johnny presented three options, Rebuild, used or re-manufactured we went with re-manufactured. The re manufactured engine has a three year warranty with Superior providing a two year labor warranty.Johnny, quoted the repair and stuck to the quote. My daughter was just at Happy Cars to have them check her car for overheating. They wanted to charge her $110. just to look at it. MAYBE because she is a young lady. This is is place that Eastep recommended.This is HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!! Went up the street they only charged $47. to check the car.... ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!

After trying different auto shops through town the past two years, I have decided to stick with this place. Have been coming here for regular maintenance, oil change, and inspections. Dan and his team are great and are good to their customers. I sometimes get rip off by other auto shops but Dan is honest and nice. Would recommend this place.

Fair price. Always works with me as I work out of town 14 days at a time only home 5 days. They’ve always gotten my vehicle done on time and very professionally. Also one of the cleanest shop I’ve seen around.

Customer service was welcoming, scheduling for service was second to none, overall experience of the walk-in was wonderful.

I searched for ASE-certified mechanics in the area, and this was one of few that came up. It was a bonus that they offer a discount to AAA members. I felt like Dan listened carefully to my description of the issues with my coolant system, and when all was said and done, I have peace of mind that my upcoming 2,000 mile drive should not be hindered by an overheating engine. I really wish Id found this place for auto service sooner - Im about to move out of state and its not easy for me to find auto service that I feel like I can trust. I highly recommend them!

I took my beetle in for an oil change and a state inspection and was pleasantly surprised! They offered great service and they have a very friendly staff! While I was waiting, a young lady came in and needed a ride home because they had to keep her car overnight; immediately they offered to take her and had a nice woman drive her. I highly suggest this place!

I brought my vehicle here as a result of my roommates father recommending it and am very pleased he did. Dan (the owner) was friendly and informative; he told me what was wrong with the vehicle and even showed me an example of the problem with a display they have in their lobby. They only charged me for the parts they used and had great detail in their descriptions on the receipt. I feel like I got quality work with them since, as a result of their engine work, my vehicle is now running quieter than it has in years. I will be sure to recommend Superior to anyone that is telling me they have car trouble in the BCS area!

I stopped in for a state inspection. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

They tried to take me out to the cleaners. Wanted to charge me $800 to replace the break pads and rotors of all four wheels. Did it myself for less than $150. Two of the rotors did not need replacing and my break fluid did not need flushing, like they told me. Seem great, but be careful. They will try and get you to do things you do not need to get done and will overcharge you for it.

My husband & I were very impressed with Superior when they inspected our cars. They definitely go the extra mile to make their customers feel appreciated! We will be bringing our cars back for maintenance in the future.

Dan and Superior Auto Service have always done good work for me. I have taken my truck to them several times and the repairs are always done correctly and in a timely manner. I have not ever had to bring back my truck because something was not done right. The prices are very fair and affordable. The thing that makes me the most satisfied with this shop is they do what I ask them to do and they do not try to up-sell me!!! Wow, that is so refreshing. I just dread taking my truck in for repairs because I just know the service writer is going to come back with a list of things I need to get done and a massive quote to do them all. Thats NOT what they do at S.A.S.. Ill be using Dan and S.A.S. for a long time.

Had a problem with my AC. They said they suspect that the fan is the problem. They replaced it (costed me $350). The AC still didnt work. They next suspected the compressor is the problem, and they wanted to replace the compressor (which costs $1,000 at least). But I told them not to replace it.Went to another repair shop, they said that the problem is that the fan is not connected well. They fixed it for ~$50. Thats all!I dont think I will go to Superior Auto Service again. They are not superior at all.

I rarely write reviews, but I couldnt believe the people who responded with bad reviews. Superior has had my truck three times and all three times they were quick, cost effective and friendly.

I called and spoke with Dan on the new law of 1 sticker and what I needed to do. So helpful and so very polite!

The WORST!! Constantly trying to charge ridiculous prices for routine repairs. They wanted to charge me $800 to change an oil gasket!!! Every time I went to this place, they would try to find ways to rip me off. They also (1) ruined my dashboard on one occasion, while making a repair (2) stripped the threads on my oil pan plug while changing my oil, and (3) overfilled my oil during an oil change, despite my having told them specifically how much oil my engine required. Every time you go in there, its just a constant process of them trying to find ways to get you to do services that you dont really need, so they can rip you off. They will be very nice and courteous at your first visit, but they will soon follow that up with pressure to bring your car in for service via mailings, etc. Plus one of the service personnel was EXTREMELY rude to me on one occasion. I live only a few blocks away from these creeps, but I will drive all the way across town to another service center to avoid their rip off prices. I cant ever remember a worse experience when having my vehicle repaired.

22 year old daughter took her car there. Water pump, hoses, headlight and 2 front tires. Quoted $1600. Wanted to charge labor for water pump AND hoses (even though you have to remove and put on the hoses to do the waterpump). Wanted 50 dollars labor to change the lightbulb. Took the car to CarDocs just down the road. Didnt need hoses, or the headlight. Did the work in one day for $919! Really? Trying to take advantage of a young girl! Shame on you.
