I went with my sister to get manicures - after her gel mani from the week before from the same salon was peeling - and BOTH our manicures were chipped the next day. To make it worse, they charge WAY more than any other nail salon Ive visited (outside of Island Day Spa & similar spas) for the same services - nothing special, unique, or different to their approach. The pictures are from Saturday morning, this mani was done Thursday. Simply put, I wouldnt be back or recommend this spot.

Amazing!! My absolute favorite place to get my nails done!! The herbal pedicures are to die for. They really take their time and make sure you are happy every step of the way. They are meticulous in terms of cleanliness, professionalism, and in any service I have paid for. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing...exactly what a tired mom needs on nail day! The girl at the front desk may seem rude to some, but that is just because she has a no nonsense personality. She has always been helpful and gone above and beyond to make sure that I receive the services that I want and need. FYI: they are serious about mask wearing and hand sanitizer. You have to sign in outside on and they call you to make sure they are reserving the right technician for the services asked for. Then they call back when they are ready for you.I can honestly say that I would recommend The Nail Place to anyone wanting the services they provide. I have been to a lot of nail salons over the years and this is by far one of my favorites.

It was a AMAZING experience. It was very professional, they took Covid-19 precautions very serious. The nail salon is gorgeous. It was very serene and relaxing. The worker was nice. She took her time on my feet and I am so satisfied. Unfortunately, I was just visiting so I cant return but if lived nearby it would be my new nail spot!

There is always long wait times if you are walk in and I tried to schedule an appointment and it was two weeks out , my experience has not been great with this place but I have heard they do fantastic work. I hope they can improve the sign in process make it online technology changes things

Today was my first visit and it was wonderful. The salon is spacious and they practice strict covid social distancing guidelines. The staff is friendly and they provide excellent service. Highly recommended for a relaxing day at the spa.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is wonderful. The atmosphere is amazing. This is the only nail salon I go to and will continue to go to. The prices are reasonable as well.

Long story short I wont be returning. I initially tried coming here in early June to get my nails done post proposal. I wanted outside for an hour and tried calling to get an estimated wait time. The receptionist could not offer a wait time. I suggested that I would possibly come back another time and she removed my name off the list without confirming. Move forward to today - I came here looking to get a pedicure and full set for an upcoming vacation. The lady doing my full set did a horrible job filing, shaping, and painting my nails. The polish was painted on thick and was very streaky. She didnt allow enough time for the polish to dry between each coat. I typically do dip powder or gel but its hard for me to trust a new salon. The lighting inside is very poor so you cant really see how terrible it is until you walk outside. I did point out one of the mistakes but she managed to make it worse. Upon checking out, the receptionist asked about my satisfaction with the services. I explained that I was unhappy with the paint job. She offered to have the manicurist fix my nails. Whats the point of having the same person fix them if the original work was poor?! I understand precautions and new measures have to be taken for everyone’s safety. The process for entering and picking out a color will give you anxiety. They need a better system for picking out colors without having customers touching the bottles. Expect to be watched like a hawk, asked to sanitize your hands every one you mistakenly touch “your mask or personal item.”

I was still in a walking boot, after surgery. A gel pedicure was suggested, and Grace was so gentle and did a Great job!

The front desk attendent is rude. For the amount of money I pay for a pedicures, she could be ALOT nicer to customers.

Waited about 45 minutes in my car to get a pedicure. I had a simple design picked out on my phone. I finally get to go inside, and they tell me the person who does designs is not available. I waited this long for them to either do a plain color or just leave. I chose to leave because I’d rather not give them my money for a basic nail color when I wanted a design. Won’t be back. Annoying. Not to mention they couldn’t even give me an estimate on how long I’d be waiting for.

This place is the best. Signing in is very quick and the lady up front is very patient and try’s her best to help you if you have any concerns. That’s not the best part though. Not only is LT (the lady up front) the absolute sweetest but the lady’s who have done my nails (merry and Doogie) are SO sweet. They are just so nice to talk to and know how to carry a convo. They take their time on your nails and I have NEVER left unhappy. The place is so beautiful and the music is nice as well. They offer you a beverage AND lotions. Although they are usually pretty busy, they definitely are very hardworking and try their best to get to you. Signing in is easy as well. I 100% recommend. Every other nail salon I have been to has never satisfied me as well as this salon does.

Usually i love this place and they do a fantastic job with acrylic nails, but I recently went in to get a set removed and she decided she was going to pry them off and not soak them off. I was left with short flimsy nails and had to cut off almost 2 months worth of growth. Im torn between coming back or finding a new place to get my nails done.

Would NOT recommend. I signed up on their iPad and then sat in my car as requested. I waited over an hour and no one called me or texted. I went inside to ask how much longer and they said they called me which did not happen. I did not get an apology and they said it was going to be another 40 minutes before they could see me. I will never go back to this business. Awful customer service.

I asked why was it $5 to shape the nail. I was told I could do it myself. Little did she know I’ve been a nail tech from Atlanta for 13 years. I only came there because I didn’t have the color I wanted in my stock and there isn’t a real nail supply here. I will not be back she is right I can do it myself

Although this is our first visit we must say we had the best experience ever. The Technicians my husband and myself had Kim B & Grace are absolutely amazing and the receptionist up front was so helpful and her customer service was OUTSTANDING. We found this place looking for a new Nail shop to go to and a patron standing outside said they are the best and she drives all the way from exit 29 to get to them. Heck we drive 45 minutes to get to them and I tell you its worth the ride. We really love how CLEAN there place is. Someone Id always cleaning. Their foot tubs jets do not transport bacteria from one customer to the next I asked about this and was told they do not Pipe their System which would hold bacteria. The atmosphere is stress free and the customer service is to die for. The workers are so professional.Thank you The Nail Place in Brunswick GA. We are some happy customers & see you in two weeks.

The Nail Place was amazing! Came in at the end of my pregnancy to get my nails done before labor and Matt was great!! He was so patient and took his time and made sure that I was comfortable at every point during my mani/pedi. So so so impressed and can’t wait to be able to come back!

In my experience; this place is AMAZING. LT runs the front like a fast and efficient machine - she knows exactly how to schedule everyone in even though its always slammed and does her best to make sure everyone is taken care of while theyre waiting. Ive always waited outside in line for walk-in Saturday appointments and its busy for a reason. They do the best job, and its GORGEOUS inside. So many options for lotions and colors and gel you could spend hours picking! Theyll go above and beyond to make sure youre pleased.Im not sure the people giving this place 1 star understand that they run this business the way they do for a reason. If they dont do appointments/walk in only on certain days - theyre not going to make an exception FOR YOU. Thats policy. If its packed when you get there - its because they do a great job. If you dont like your nails - say something and theyll fix it. No one can read your mind. If you dont want to wait because its busy - make an appointment for the days they do take appointments or get there early and wait like the current clients do. Yall have some unrealistic expectations thinking theyll know magically how thin or thick they like your nails - or that theyd rearrange their day or policies just to accommodate you... If they pulled someone that was there before you - maybe theyre getting a different service that someone was available for that doesnt do yours. This place is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and most upscale nail bar in this little town - Dont rate it less because it doesnt meet your unrealistic expectations.And LT isnt rude - AT ALL. Shes LOVELY. L-O-V-E-L-Y. She deserves all the praise in the world for dealing with that hectic atmosphere everyday.

We Love The Nail Place.Due to my schedule I cant make appointments during the week so we go on Saturdays. They are really busy so we get there early. If there is a wait the young lady at the desk will let you know the time frame and you can go shopping or eat while the wait is going by. She runs a tight ship and maintains the customer flow like a champ, so set a timer on your phone so you can be back in time.The staff is friendly and engaging. Of course I have my favorite technicians but havent had bad service from anyone there.** Nobody is perfect everyday so if they are doing something to your nails that you dont like, you are dissatisfied or you have questions, speak up and they will work to rectify it and answer your questions.

This place is ridiculous. You can’t make an appointment and when you walk in it’s packed! You can’t leave and go to shops and come back. It’s packed and there isn’t any place to sit. So I waited thinking this place must be worth it. Well...it isn’t. My nails were a mess. I got them dipped and they were so thick they looked ridiculous. They looked like I had some sort of disease. Very disappointed because I wanted to like this place.

My visit did not happen. We called to make an appointment. Well they said we dont make same day appointments. Then we walk in like she said on the phone. Came in signed in on tablet. She then tells me that we can NOT get pedicures and manicures the same day. So we was gonna get just pedicures. THEN she told us that my daughters 2 month old baby could be in there. This place is a joke. Would never recommend to anyone.

Its just a very nice and elegant place to go and get your nails and toes done. Very roomy and nice workers and they also offer the eyebrow threading.....

I love The Nail Place! It is the only place I go when I want to have my nails done! Merry, Doogie, Kim B... the list goes on, they are all very amazing and so professional. LT is so sweet and very helpful, idk how she manages the chaos so gracefully! My Kim B only had to look at the picture on my phone and created just the look I wanted! I didnt mind the wait times. It is my me time in a nice relaxing environment without having to hear a bunch of craziness or worry over children running amok and ruining the mood. I thoroughly enjoy every visit and will continue to come. Plus they are very careful to maintain a clean and safe environment! I cannot rave enough about this place!!!

Very rude and disrespectful the girl from the front desk. No customer service at all. I called twice today to make an appointment and she told me that they don’t do same day appointment and I could go as walk in. When I went there she put other customers that had arrived after me, before me. After more than hour waiting I approached her and asked her to make an appointment for the next day and then again she told me that don’t do appointments on Friday and Saturdays, in conclusion a different explanation. She wasn’t interested at all on. Wing nice or losing a customer. It is really a shame.

Just got a Brazilian wax done here yesterday and I must say my ingrown hairs are still there. I decided to go there to try it out my first time and I’m not pleased with this wax my skin became irritated in just in a few hours. Please anybody who wants a wax find somewhere else to go!

They are very professional here! Never do a shotty job and they always ask before they work on you how you want things done. For the most part of them in this business, they speak very well the English language. I have been going here 14 yrs. I couldnt go anywhere else.
