Love the remodel and my favorite and talented nail artist Jessica! She’s the best easy to talk to I have anxiety about nail places and this one hands down is the best.... but I may say it’s because of Jess her brother and the owner Tracy they makes you feel comfortable and relaxed without feeling judged. I’ve been seeing her for a year and hasn’t upset me once. Idk about you but I would want my pedicure to last a little while it’s relaxing She has amazing nail art experience! I’ve seen some bad posts about this place but honestly for someone who has anxiety issues and is uncomfortable in public Jess makes me feel right at home! I will never stop going to her!! Sometimes it’s not about the “time” or “perfectness” it’s about truly relaxing in a place that makes you comfortable

Storm and True are wonderful technicians...However making an appointment in advance with the lady who runs the place then she doesnt service you nor have anyone else to do you for over 30 minutes is not acceptable. I felt disrespected by her.

Im very picky about my nails and Tony did a perfect job, he is very personable and easy to talk to I brought my sister and a very close friend and they felt the same way we will be back to get our nails done 👍💅

I drive 45 minutes every 2 weeks just to get my nails done because it’s worth it. Showed up today for my 3:30 appointment, the lobby was full when I arrived and every guest was taken before me even the ones who walked in after me stating that they were early for their appointments. Will never go back. Unless you have a whole day to waste even with an appointment, stay far far far away from this unpunctual salon.

I made an appointment for service in which I arrived 15 minutes early for. There were at least 5 people who signed in after me with later appointment times. Whom were ALL serviced before me. I’m not sure if it was because they were of a different ethnicity than I but it sure felt like it. I have been going here for my nails every 2 weeks for about 2 years today I waited an hour and still no acknowledgement until I left. No apologies at all. Needless to say I will no longer support this establishment.

Got full set took forever didnt like them nor were they put on correctly They separated me and my daughter for pedi I want to sit with my daughter when I take her for spa daySo I didnt even get a pedi becuz I was mad abt them separating usNot very good at communicating!!!!

I went there today to get a full set and they would not do the length i wanted she cut me multiple times. My mother paid over the phone with her card and she later got a charge for 140$ and there sets are 45$ and up and that would be right if i had gotten my nails long but they denied me and totally disregarded what i wanted and charge way more than how much it was because my mother was not there to pay in person..Horrible taking advantage of people! Would not recommend to anyone if you want to decide how you want your nails do not go here!

Did manicure nothing like I wanted the edges are sharp And didn’t put the shiny coat on all of my nails never going back againI had to pay extra with credit card but if I pay cash no taxes he saidI was charged $35.00 for a regular pedicure and $35.00 for manicureUnprofessional and very poor service

Havent been here in about a year, so I almost thought I went in a wrong door. The place is completely remodeled and looks beautiful! Plus it was great to see my nail guy Tom again, hes the best. We had a few good laughs, and he made my nails look great, thanks Tom! See you soon 😊

They did great on my acrylics! The pain quality and strength is amazing.They took a very nice long time on perfecting my nails.Most of the staff speaks great English and are very nice and social!

My usual salon couldn’t get me in yesterday, so I went to royal nails as a walk in. Didn’t even have to wait. The place is clean, the staff is nice and the prices are fair. My nails look super cute! Will definitely be back :)

Love Royal Nails Salon!!! Tony did a fantastic job! I had been going to another salon for 10+ years. Couldn’t get into my salon due to appointment mix up and owner going out of town. So happy I got them done at Royal nails...they now have a new client!! Tons of colors to choose from too!

I went today to get my wedding nails done. I showed up early to my appointment and the man with the tattoos and glasses took me right away (I wish I would have asked his name!). He made the process so easy, he seemed invested in helping me choose the right colors and style, he was friendly and talkative. The nails turned out very beautiful and I was surprised by how affordable it was. I felt like this was a nice experience especially so close to my wedding day, to be pampered. Thank you!

When I went to get my nails filled , my nails were rushed to be done it was NOT about to close it had just opened & I had an appointment so there was ABSOLUTELY NO reason to be rushed , the nail tech globed the gel polish on my nails leaving them feeling/looking lumpy ! , a few days I realized my thumb started to hurt I didn’t think nothing of it , I took the nails off today and there was FUNGUS looking stuff under 2 of my acrylic nails !! I do not recommend this place at all !

They took me without an appointment which was awesome the lady was nice . I did not like how my nails were done they didnt put enough nail polish on you can see through my nail polish I got acrylic nails french tip . You can also so where my real nail ends which youre not supposed to. I paid 60 but was quoted 45 I was not happy but didnt have the time nor the extra cash to get it fixed

I used to love coming here because it was affordable and they always did such a nice job. But now the customer service is terrible this is the third time i made an appointment with them and had to wait 30 minutes until i walked out.

Always get speedy service. I may just get there at the right time though! There ar3 some true artists here. I love to get pedicures with designs and a few of the staff do some amazing artwork on my toes! I will keep coming back!

The owner waits until several of us have been waiting at least 45 minutes, (one lady was waiting an hour and a half!) to tell us they would not be able to get to us tonight! WHY on earth wouldn’t you tell people that when they got there? Don’t say hello, let them sign in and wait that long before telling them. Appointments seem pretty useless too, those people were waiting forever too.

Never again! Horrible customer service. Walked in at 12:30p, was taken to a station about 10 minutes later. Then another woman walked in said she was late for her appt, I was asked to go sit back in waiting area so she could take her instead. I then waited another 10 minutes before someone else walked in and I was told that seeing me would be a problem and they had no time necause of appointments. I het it, I walked in and was prepared to wait. But to be treated like I was nothing and inconviencing them was my issue. This wasy second time trying this salon and i will never try again. I will continue to drive 30min to my regular salon R and T nails. They are excellent!

I’m new to the area and needed a new place to get my nails done and I stumbled across Royal Nail Spa. I got a full set and it’s absolutely horrible...shape isn’t what I wanted, polish doesn’t completely cover nail, nails are crooked, nail art looks like a 5 year old did it, and you can totally tell where my natural nail is. I’ve gone to many nail places throughout my life and have never been as disappointed as I am with the service I received. The one star is for the “hello” and cleanliness of the place. A solid $82 wasted, that’s for sure. Contemplated asking for a complete refund, because I do not trust them to redo my nails. It’s been a week and I’m still upset! Everytime I look at my hand, all I see is disappointment.

I went for a manicure & pedicure & they took me without an appt. & they said it was no problem. After my pedicure the attendant said she had to take another client with an appt & asked if I could wait for my manicure. I said ok, but the wait turned out to be over 45 minutes, which was too long. I picked a purple polish with glitter for my toes & she said she could match it with a gel for my fingers. When I finally got my manicure after over a 45 minute wait she started putting red polish on my fingers & I did not question it right away because I assumed the coat with the glitter would be purple. It turned out to be red. She realized her mistake when she looked at my toes & she said Oh you had purple. She never apogized for the long wait or the wrong color polish. Now my nails did not match. Also, the attendant was so rough when she was cutting skin away on both hands & feet that I almost yelled out a couple of times. I had ragged skin around my nails for weeks after. It was the worst salon experience of my life. This was my 1st & last time at Royal Nail. It turned out to be a Royal Pain.

HORRIBLE! They want to argue with customers and cant keep their word and dont have time to do what you asked for. NEVER AGAIN. Although Tom was very nice and helpful as well as the owners son.

All these nail salons need to learn up to date nail art. Nail art isnt a line or flower on your nail lol theres much more to it. None of these salons including glamour do, overpriced, do what they want,...actually pathetic !(All these salons) if their wanting to pay me they can screw em up all they want !

I was very unpleased and felt unwelcome because they dont close until seven but I came around 5:55 and they seen me pulling up and I watched them all get up and leave and turn the lights out I went inside and the lady at the counter was hiding behind it and when she heard the bell she got up and said they all just left because it was slow but no matter how slow you are if a customer comes in and you all are still ther and you say you close at seven then you should still give them service if I get off work at 5 and want to get my nails done then I should be able to walk in and get my nails done with out having to worry about them closing and Im proud to say I will not be going back there ever again.

My two daughters had planned a birthday outing for me the day we went in for pedicures. When my one daughter had called to make the appointment, she specifically asked that the 3 of us all sit together and get our pedis done at the same time. When we got there, it wasnt crowded at all but we had to wait about 15-20 to get seated. Two of us were taken care of right away but my other daughter sat there patiently and waited for someone to come and start hers. After about 15 minutes she asked what the holdup was and the one doing my pedi (which turned out to be the owner) said he was going to start on hers in a minute. One daughter had her pedi completed and she proceeded to polish my nails while the one who started mine started on my daughters. My daughter had openly commented that she hoped they werent going to hurry up and do hers but thats exactly what had happened. They took much longer for our pedis and massages and hers went bing-bang-boom. When she paid, she left a tip for my other daughter and me but only left 1/2 the tip for the owner who did hers. In the end she was disappointed in her pedi and massage but my other daughter and I were pleased with ours. Additionally, when my daughter had mentioned that when she made the appointment that she specifically requested the 3 of us be done at the same time but one of the technicians said they were busy with it being prom season, although there were only 2-3 other customers in the whole shop. If they didnt have the capabilities to do what wed requested, they should have specified it when my daughter called to make the appointments, NOT after we were there and were a captive audience. Personally, I wouldnt go back to the shop just due to the mixup that could have been avoided when the appointments were made.
