Why does everyone who answers the phone automatically have an attitude? I am having issues with package delivery and when explaining my issue, I was cut off speaking TWO times by TWO different people. My issue has not been resolved to go along with that. It’s a simple fix because I haven’t had this issue before and out of no where I find my packages not being delivered to my mailbox. Not happy or satisfied.

Went to get a new passport. Spent the money, had my picture taken. Just received notification from US department of state that the picture wasnt good enough. So now, during a pandemic, imbetween working and fostering puppies, I get to find time to go back out, pay to have a new photo taken and mail it in before they cancel my passport entirely. Thanks for nothing

A package was delivered but it was either never delivered or it was stolen in a apartment complex and calling is impossible to speak to a real human. And I cant even get a code sent to me in a text for texts about deliveries. I want better service for my deliveries where I can speak to someone who cant even deliver a package the right way without stealing from people or not caring if its stolen.

Called to trace a package and after asking some questions about the delivery process, was RUDELY told that it must have been stolen and we arent going to do anything about it and then was HUNG UP ON. The United States Postal Service worker was rude, told me they were NOT being rude and then hung up on me. And, I still dont have my package. How do I know someone at the post office didnt steal my package? Just because they say it was delivered how would I know? I wouldnt care except they said they are going to do nothing about it, were rude, and hung up on me.

I rate 5 stars because the mailman that brings our mail and any large packages always rings us in or brings it up and knocks. He is a very kind mailman and the woman who comes is too. Godbless em for not being lazy and unprofessional as the other reviews i have seen here. Stay safe out there! You are appreciated over here :)

I called to ask for a one time favor of bringing my mail to my door. explained that i had hip surgery and am expecting medication today. I was told that if it fits in the box they are not allowed out of the truck. The manager could not understand the concept of a one time favor. I am a letter carrier for 37 years and was dumbfounded at the bad attitude and total disregard for customer service . She argued for several minutes and finally agreed to allow my request but qualified that she will not do this everyday(I repeated that it was a one time favor) and hung up on me. Having worked for several(many) low quality managers in my 37 years I pity all the hard working employees at this station if this is an example of how they are treated. Hours later...the carrier did not come to my door.

Very Petty mail person waited for mail truck to finish loading mail into neighborhood mail box at creek side homes, he finished, closed it and wasn’t doing anything wasn’t sorting his mail or busy and sat in his mail truck stared!! at me waiting on him to move His mail truck for 20 mins! After I give up and walk back home as I walk five feet back home he pulls off real fast! Like crazy angry fast for what I have no idea it was very weird and scary, karma I believe in karma bud pretty petty and childish maybe trump should!! Take away your job hmm

This post office is terrible with scanning packages. In the last month lost 4 packages sent and didn’t scan 2 they delivered. You give this place money to do a job and they fail. Who ever picks up from the marcs plaza drop box and bulk pickup drivers need to be held accountable.

I dont go to the post office very often so I do not want to rate them although I never had a problem there.I just want to speak about receiving and sending mail. I am sometimes amazed at how quickly my letters get to their destination. And how fast I get things that people send to me. Some people refer to the USPS as snail mail but I dont see it that way. I am happy with the service and our mail person Mary is one of the nicest people ever. So in spite of the many complaints here my own feeling is that when I send or receive mail it will be done in a quick, efficient way and I am satisfied with the service.

I moved to Brunswick a little over a year ago. Ive been to this post office at least 6 times. Each visit has been a pleasant experience even during the holidays when its super busy. The clerks are very nice, fast , and efficient. With these ladies, I never dread a trip to the post office😀

Brunswick post office was a great help in retrieving a tracking number with out a receipt but the USPS as a whole is terrible. I paid extra for faster shipping and the package was delivered slower than if I would have just gone with 1st class mail. MY bills always end up in my mail box on time but if i send something seems like its never on time.

I called about a missing package 3 days before Christmas. Roberta answered, tracked the delivery to an address down the street. She then dropped what she was doing and drove to the house, retrieved the mis-delivery and brought it to me. The responsiveness, especially at this busy time of year, left me as shocked as I was appreciative. Wow! Thank you!

The blonde woman who’s been there forever is so rude. Amazing she’s still there, but I suppose that is how it goes with a government job. Always has that facial expression that looks like she just sniffed a fart and seems annoyed at your presence. Overcharged me for postage on a large number of individual envelopes - both strongsville and Medina gave me the same, lesser postage and the same items. Interesting how that works...

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Our postal carrier is rude and inefficient, the postal service comes whenever they please (rarely near the same time of day), they expect us to be mind readers and know that were supposed to package things a certain way, and they are just plain out miserable human beings. I request postage coolers frequently to put our mailings together in a way to make things easier and more efficient for them, and they dont deliver until youve called to request 3 times. For example, I requested these on Monday, the employee said Well you wont get them today, and hung up abruptly, and its now Thursday and we have yet to receive them. You work with the PUBLIC. Whether you like it or not, act like it.

And again another foul up! I was tracking a package and it came up as being delivered to the parcel locker. So I went down to the boxes, opened mine, and no package and no key to the locker. The key is not in the lock for one of the 2 lockers. So the carrier must have put the key in the wrong box. Now I have to hope whichever of my neighbors who finds the key in their box will realize the package is for me and bring it to me.

Lost my package, crumples up our mail. Our ads and envelopes were all crumpled to the point that they were ripped. It should be illegal to be receiving mail that exposes the inside of a sealed envelope.

As a business in the Brunswick Industrial Park we never receive mail on Fridays until after business hours, this is ongoing issue and extremely inconvenient. The rest of the week there is no problem.

I have to agree with Sam M. We used to have a wonderful mail carrier, I have no clue what happen to her but we need her back! This guy we have now is a complete joke! We live on Old Eagle Dr and for about a month now we have got everyones mail but are our own basically. We had a court document sent, (We where suppose to sign for it) Never got it. The court document we did receive stated we did NOT show up for court and we lost!?!! This defiantly has taken it to far! Now we have legal issues due to Brunswick postal service!! Another issue, We signed up with cable service, the one where you have to send them your old cable service to get reiburessed. Did everything I was suppose to, said I would get a check with in ten (10) bussiness days. It has been over a month! I called, check was sent over 20 days ago!!?? WHERE IS IT mr POSTMAN?? If he can not deliver the mail correctly then he needs to get the hell out and find another job. I have even seen him deliver the mail, come back an hour later to put more mail in our box! Its crazy. Looks like there is going to be legal action taken this time~ Im sick of it.

Customer service is a joke. I had went in there to pick up a package that was needed today in order to keep my car running and to prevent me from getting a ticket, i needed the part to get an ECheck and now unable to get.. They say well my supervisor isnt here to approve the pick up and I had asked well isnt there another supervisor, they said no. WHY THE HELL ISNT THERE MORE THAN ONE SUPERVISOR. Phone calls take literally ages to get through to someone and the lines are horrible

The worst postal experiences Ive ever had have occurred here! Many of the workers are rude, unhelpful and act like everything they do for you is a bother. The Post Master threatened to have me arrested and my car towed for talking to someone for less than 3 minutes in the parking lot! The worst post office Ive ever went to and Ill never return! Strongsville isnt that far away!

My neighbors and I are constantly giving each other our mail on Hadcock rd. Why do they NEVER shut the front of our mailbox either and let mail fly out? Expecting items in mail that usually dont arrive. Why do I get mail from Kent street (the street behind me) all the time? Shameful.
