Amazing gym. Always nice/friendly accommodating staff and trainers. For a mid-sized gym, they have some of the best high end tanning equipment around. I started my gym membership around June and was 383 lbs and am already down to 195 thanks to their trainers! You changed my life ANYTIME!!!

I just joined Anytime Fitness today and James gave me a personal training session. Im impressed at what he knows in how to craft different body shapes based on what youre starting with. I chose a more modelesque physique, and he gave me the list of macros and routine structure to get there.He used an impedance machine to get the facts and figures about my body, and watched my stretches and lifts to figure out where I stand so he could make those assessments. Plus, he explained everything to me.James stated hes been training for 20 years, and he certainly knows his stuff. Ive been engineering software for 17 years, and he reminds me of myself in terms of how much effort we put into our trade.

The management is great along with staff, They always answers any questions with great attitudes. Facility is always well cleaned, and sanitized!! If you’re looking for a amazing gym this is it, they do a great job at making everyone feel comfortable!

Very clean. All new cardio equipment. Plenty of room and free weights. Everyone’s friendly and it’s never too crowded to move through your workout quickly. No meatheads!!My daughters joined for the summer while on break from college. They love the semi private room in the back. There is a good mix of ages, genders and levels. Tanning too!!A great all round fitness center and I use others when I travel on business.

Good, clean, quiet gym. Can go anytime of the day and wont be busy like other gyms in the area. Has everything you need for the size.

I was a loyal personal training client for years until the gym charged me for sessions right before the COVID pandemic shut the gym down making the sessions unusable. I contacted the gym multiple times asking to be refunded for the time the gym was closed but to no avail. I also asked if the owner could please contact me to discuss and he refused. Unfortunately the pandemic brings out the best and worst in humanity. In the case of Anytime Fitness Brunswick and Avon (same owner) it certainly brought out the worst. Highly disappointed and highly suggest you find a gym owned by people with better customer service and ethical practices. Do NOT support this establishment!

Very small not the greatest equipment trainers will have clients deadlifting less than 135 pounds in the only squat rack/ bench in the gym

A mix of good and bad aspects. Sometimes its clean, sometimes not-so-much. Sometimes its crowded, sometimes its not. In general its not bad at all, bigger than other Anytimes and plenty of equipment.

Larger than most Anytimes, great selection of equipment, always clean, they have towel service and free coffee for all members. Fantastic club.

Recently I relocated from the Brunswick, OH location to the location in Charlotte, NC. During the transition back in July 2017 I was assured that between the Brunswick location, and the Charlotte location they would get my membership swapped so I could use the new club. Lets fast forward to now, where the employee I spoke to that was going to make the swap for me hasnt done so. Now Im receiving calls from both ABC financial, and the Brunswick location stating I owe them money dating back to July (When I moved to Charlotte). You guess it someone dropped the ball.Six weeks ago I began going to the Charlotte location, but somehow I had to pay $$$ to the Brunswick location from back to July so they wouldnt send me to collections per the TEXT I received from Mike @ Anytime in Brunswick. Apparently it wasnt even worth picking up the phone, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Very disappointed in the Brunswick location and how they dropped the ball on my transfer to Charlotte. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this club.

Luv this gym, a ton of equipment, and variety of workout options

General uncleanliness, weights everywhere they shouldnt be. Staff lazy with their feet up on desks looking at their phone for hours neglecting basic tasks. Over all Below average for anytime fitness.

Cramped. Big, clunky machines. Same as at the Amherst facility. Wi-Fi didnt connect at all. Wanted to try a new location as Ive been to all of them here in northeast Ohio. It was leg day (my favorite day) and I ended up leaving after 15 minutes.
