Great experience when I was in a bad spot. Alternator died on the way from NC to FL. I made it to an autozone, who tested to see what the problem was and had a new alternator on hand. Cheetah Hawkins was out there within 30 minutes to install it and worked the fastest of any mechanic I think I have ever been to. Fantastic customer service. Very much appreciated!!

One of the workers just rode my fiances and myselfs tail. We figured it was an emergency vehicle since it was going so fast and the lights were lighting up the entire roadwah, so we pulled off the side of the road so it could pass. Not only was he going about 65+ MPH in a 55 but he was towing a Tahoe. I wont ever be calling them for help.Hopefully management gets on this ASAP.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS & ALSO “MEDLOCK’s MOBILE TRUCK REPAIRS”Both business work together & they are very unprofessional. Tynsley’s was disrespectful the entire 3 days of us trying too get our semi truck fixed. He cursed us out for calling him repeatedly but we were only concerned about our truck and just wanting an honest opinion if he could fix the truck or was it something out his league. He lied over and over about everything...I remind you we had too drive back too Florida & find our own part. Once we arrived to the Volvo dealership the associate said the parts we were picking up had nothing too do with what Tynsley’s had told us what the problem was. He estimated the parts at $1,500 the actual price was around $80.00. They are clearly scamming customers, they steal parts off vehicles & lie to customers about prices to get the vehicles fixed....he set the prices so high so that you can’t afford too get your car off his lot & then he waits awhile & will soon be driving that vehicle around town like it’s his vehicle. While waiting we spoke with other customers who were looking for their vehicles and saying they couldn’t get ahold of the owner and pieces of the puzzle started coming together. Once again take your money elsewhere.

Bad work , he broke the axle on my car an didnt tell me ,end up having to take my car to another person to fix called an txt him for a week he just ignored me ,bad he got me for 250 dollars an he cost me 450 to fix what he broke ,when they look the parts he say he put on he didnt he took my parts

Should be 0 stars. We were driving through in our motorhome late one Saturday night, headed from Florida to North Carolina for a family funeral, when the power steering went out. It was close to midnight, and Tynsleys was recommended to me. I called and was surprised to actually get an answer. The guy I spoke to said hed be out the next morning at 9:30 to help me. He never showed. I tried multiple times to call him, and every time, the call went to voicemail. By 11:00 Sunday morning, I gave up and called someone else who took care of us. This guy never did return my voicemails or call back to apologize for not showing.

Brought me a spare for my vehicle and the tire was brand new and undercharged me very modest and a god send thanks man your awesome

If I could rate at 0 stars I defiantly would. Called to speak with someone about helping one of our customers that was broken down in your service area. Gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and argumentative. Customer service is not this companies area of expertise. I would avoid doing business with these folks. Was disappointed I even gave my customer your number to call!

The owner is a horrible mechanic and business man. I had a dot inspection near the Brunswick GA scale house. My driver needed a set of brakes shoes. Tynsley Mobile showed up. This guy put a set of oversized brake shoes on that extended about 1 1/4 past the brake drum. I have pictures and receipt to prove it. It was a 2am job. He also signed his named gauranteeing his work on the inspection slip. I noticed the oversized brake shoes when my truck returned to the yard the next morning. I called Tynsley Mobile up. He basically told me to go to hell, after I asked him politely to refund or replace. I live in Savannah, I started to pay him a visit. And im still pissed off the bill was $438
