The gentleman that came to my house was very efficient and helpful. He explained the problem and repaired it. I would use them again if need be.

I called the emergency number this (Sunday) morning. I talked with a gentleman who provided me with the Sunday service call price and listened to my AC problems. He told me he would not be able to repair it today because it was under warranty. I appreciated that he saved me money and the aggravation of it then not being repaired. It was a very smart business move. It prevented one customer from a bad experience and he will probably be able to help someone else today, two satisfied customers.

We recently had a new Carrier system installed by Joe, Jesus and Teddy. What a great job they did - cleaned everything up and were very informative and friendly. Good guys to talk with and trustworthy. Definitely calling them again when my other one goes and would recommend them to all.

Terrible company. They said I needed a whole new HVAC unit so I had it installed. Eight months later and it wasn’t cooling properly. Even though the unit was still under warranty they said it was a different issue and it would be an additional $800-$1000 to repair. They said they could recharge the unit in the meantime to get it cooling while I considered the options.The owner assured me that he would work with me on costs and would handle it personally. That was the last I heard from him. He stopped returning phone calls. I then received a bill for almost $500 from the service call to recharge the unit. It included labor cost for three of their techs to figure out and temporarily correct the problem. Again this was after paying almost $5000 for a new unit eight months earlier.Obviously I will never use this company again. Neither should you. They don’t care about their customers. They only care about making as much money off of them as possible.

I agree with the customer above. DO NOT use this company. We purchased a brand new unit from them in 2011 and have had to call them out 5 times to repair something to it, racking up a hefty bill of about $400.00 in three visits; so I had to set up a payment plan which I have been faithful in paying. Every time a Technician would come, they would present a different diagnosis. Well low and behold, I called them this morning because my thermostat said 79 degrees, but the temperature in the house was 71 degrees. The owners wife told me that the equipment we purchased may be faulty and that has nothing to do with their service and before they could come check out the system, I would have to pay my entire balance I have with them. Too me, you should stand by the equipment you sale. I am still making monthly payments on a $4,000 unit and have to pay these knuckles head to come and repair it every season. I will call somebody else before I use them again.

They installed 3 new units in our house and we have had nothing but problems with all 3. They fixed then under warranty multiple times and only charged me $300 - $600 per fix for the pleasure of doing business with them. I will never let them in my house again and will not buy a home they have installed units in.

Very upset. Called them because they are listed as a warranty repair shop for the brand of air conditioning unit that we own. Our unit is under warranty until 2021 and wasnt cooling properly. They came out, found leaks and low freon. Recharged the freon ($130) and ordered our coil to replace. Called my husband 3 times the next day, each time with a HIGHER price that it was going to cost us!! $75 shipping, etc, etc, etc. Ok whatever. We need it fixed. They did the work and called to let my husband know that it was going to cost $60 more than quoted (which was already about $600) for the freon they had to add. Wth??? Didnt they know that they would need to add freon after replacing the coil??? THEN APPARENTLY THEY DIDNT TAKE DOWN THE CARD NUMBER RIGHT AND CALLED BACK TO LET HIM KNOW THERE WOULD BE A 3% EXTRA CHARGE FOR USING THE CARD AND SHE NEEDED THE NUMBER AGAIN!!! Will never make this mistake again!!

Air Adjusters has serviced (and installed) two HVAC units at our condo on St. Simons Island. They were very professional and did a great job trying to save our old units, and they told us when it was time to replace them. The new units were installed in a timely manner and Air Adjusters also installed new WiFi thermostats.We have recently purchased another condo on St. Simons Island which needs a new HVAC unit and we will certainly be calling Air Adjusters for that install.We have also used Air Adjusters to provide dryer duct clean-out services and have had a very positive outcome.

Installed a new HVAC in my home 2013. The unit made it through one summer, but never cooled like it should, then the evaporator coil started leaking, which is under warranty. Took two years for them to find the leak. Only solution seemed to be a new HVAC, until I called the owner, who finally made an offer to coat the next evaporator coil. When I called and spoke to the owner and asked for a lower price for the install of the new evaporator coil, treated and coated, he just didnt seem to care the HVAC had never worked correctly. He didnt care about all the leave I had taken from work, all the cost to me, for the two summers having his company hunt for the problem. I paid dearly for every visit except one. He didnt care about my time, discomfort, dissatisfaction, and never even said I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Would not even take $200 dollars off a $1000 evaporator coil install on a unit that never worked right since install. I am moving on. Dont use this company.

They installed brand new system last summer. Now that unit isnt working like it is suppose to, they have no records of the job from last years install. So they dont honor the warranty. Horrible company!!!!
