Had a reservation, flight was delayed, and they said they didnt have my contact info so they couldnt call me so now Im stuck here without a car. Very poor service, didnt even try to fix it

Great staff, very helpful and kind. Our plane was 6 hours late and lost our luggage. The only problem was the airport construction made it a long walk for the car. But everyone who rented from other vendors had to walk.

Dont rent from here! FYI flights into Brownsville many times get delayed & this is the only car rental company at BRO that DOES NOT wait for the last flight in! We had our flight delayed from Dallas to Brownsville, arrived approximately 7:30pm, & this car company had closed at their stated time of 6pm on a Saturday. We had to Uber to the island and then Uber back to the airport the next morning to get our car! The manager on duty Sunday morning tried to say that we didnt leave our flight number listed with them until she grabbed the list to show me & she realized we did......Again, dont rent from Budget at this airport as they are the only ones that dont wait for your delayed flight!

Due to the fact that the budget at the airport was closed due to CV-19 and they took the time to still service me speaks volumes

Get a receipt before you leave. They charged us extra for various items which have been a total nightmare to try and get them to fix. Managers dont show up or answer calls, they are unable and unwilling to help resolve. Terrible customer service and deceptive tactics to steal your money above the rental agreement amount...
