Came in to get started on a plan and Vivian was very attentive towards us and she showed great customer service. She assisted us with the plan we wanted to go with and she got an automatic sale.

They over charged me for things I didn’t authorized. Went to the store and the manger was not there to help.

We came to get a quote for switching our family plan and ended up getting professional and personalized service. Star and Dalia were very attentive to our needs. They are amazing! We switched from t-mobile and our bill will be almost half of what we were paying and with better service. When we switched we got great deals on the phones. They listened to what our needs were and they are our go to for service from now on! Go see them, it was the best experience I have had with cellular service in a long time.

Came in to switch over from tmobile because my bill was too high and was getting hard to keep up with payments. i came in here and spoke to Karina and she was able to help me and gave me a great price for better cell service. very happy

I just recently bought my phone there and I have never had such a great customer experience before at any of the other AT&T store locations. The associate that helped me (her name is Gabby) was so patient, kind and understanding with me as well as very informative and cheerful. I’ll tell you this it took me over an hour to decide and ended up going back again at a later time because I was so torn between two phones but she really helped me out. Not once did she show any sign of discontent and I know she was tired because I stayed well over the closing hours. I even got some accessories to go with my new phone. I left very happy and as a very satisfied customer. that will definitely be the main store that I go to from now on. If you go to this location go with gabby she will give you an amazing experience.

Dont go and waste your money and TIME in this petty thief company, a lot of waiting for not solving your problems, a lot of extra charges in your bill, hidden fees and even when you cancel your cell phone account you may even get more charges no counting the prorated fees. Go to T-mobile instead you wont regret it. Coverage is the same or better here in Brownsville TX.

Unkowledgeable attendant was unable to transfer files from old phone to new phone and didnt activate my new purchased phone.I had it activated later that day and files were also transferred by another store.I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Too bad that they only use the customer just to sellI went to the store I bought 1 phone I asked them to help me and they said yes and they would help me and all the decision makers were there to help customers and they all told me we helped them on June 12 I understand that they were busy but they must be responsible if they tell a client we will help them do it and if they can not be fine but they inform the client do not commit themselves but they can or do not have the time frame to the store On Monday and they tell me the manager is not there, dial the next day and the manager named Karla already sent your information to the person, I do not say the name out of respect but if I know who he is and I will mark him, I never mark me again, mark and tell me that he is already working on his account but not on my account no change appearsToday I mark again and medice is that I do not know why you do not answer meToo bad they are not responsible if the supervisors are like that they do not pay attention to what they commit to, that is why employees are the same, that is the example of leadership they teachToo bad because at the end of the day they represent a company and make the company look bad and that is why clients change companies and create losses and a bad image.But thanks for your not attention and service
