This was the quickest pedicure Ive ever had. Approximately 15-18 minutes. The lady here stated it would be a minimum 30 (Im assuming because of the massage) . The. Massage was very quick too. Then when I questioned the time the lady argued with me and said she could pull the camera video and prove me wrong. I asked her to do so but she didnt . Service is poor.

They were very polite, quick and precise on what I want done. People just kept coming in, which is a great sign for how well they do!

Decided to give them a second chance but was very disappointed. They rush when doing the pedicures, it looks like I just paid for nail polish…cuticles look like they were not cleaned up. Also, they are not very nice or polite.

Giving them 2 stars because in the beginning they were one of the most decent places in Brownsville. However my last visits were horrible experiences, tried different techs because I figured maybe they were having a bad day. Not at all, pedicures are rushed just so they can get the next person coming in. You don’t get what you pay for and they don’t focus on you, all they look at is the door for the next person coming in. Nails I did them for some time with the First Lady to your left coming in until I had a very uncomfortable session with her. She looked and sounded upset at who knows what and kept treating my hands roughly and throwing them every time it was time to dry. For that specific time I has to go back because due to her rushing me my nail messed up the day after. Then I moved on to the male tech and same thing. He was decent in the beginning then begin to slack off in customer service, all because literally ladies line up for his service so he rushes or has someone else finish off his work. I 0% appreciate it and that was and is the last time I will ever set foot at royal nails. There’s plenty of other new places that opened up in the city and would much rather take my service where I’m treated with respect and where I’m given the proper service and attention.

I have gotten multiple sets and pedicures done here and they continue to impress me. Normally I am seated and they started working on me pretty quickly. I’ve gone with several techs and each one has done a good job, even satisfying my need for a perfect coffin shape. This last time I went, they were super busy and I couldn’t wait so I left and got my nails done elsewhere and immediately regretted it because they started breaking within hours. My sets from Royal Nails have always lasted weeks, even months, without breaking. No other salon’s quality has held up to Royal Nails standards so far.

I’m so happy with the nails the girl was so gentle with my hands (hers were soft too) first time going there i recommend it very much! even though she cut me a little cleaned me up and continued with the service

Scheduled a gel mani for me and mani/pedi for my daughter. Lots of color choices. They are quick and get down to the business of getting your nails done. My gel manicures chip pretty quickly, this one has lasted longer than most.

I love my nails the guy that did my acrylic nail is very talented and the other guy that did my pedicure was amazing he took his time to give me great service

I came in specifically asking for pedicure with shellac and all they gave me was the shellac. The man did not soak my feet or get rid of dead skin which is what a pedicure means. I’m disappointed and won’t be coming back again.

Every time Ive gone here, I get seated and started right away. Very friendly staff. Im in the Beauty Industry and can be very difficult to please. I havent had a nail break in between visits. They listen to what I want, shape, length and color wise.** Bonus here is the price, Great Prices!! ** Im so used to paying more and getting poor quality or leaving dissatisfied.

Bad experience i just got my nails done from the pedicure super rushed done in 15 minutes maybe less and my nails are disgusting bumpy lady did not care or even understood what i was telling her about my nails dont recommend this nail salon they Wana get you out of there the fastest possible

Super rushed service. They did a terrible job. My nails are unevenly filed, they didnt even use the UV light on my nails. My nails are not even completely dry and she told me I was finished. I felt rushed in choosing a color because she started on my nails. This place is NOT worth it.

We are on vacation and treating ourselves! Everyone there was awesome. Super clean and even gave us a recommendation on lunch. Thanks for the great experience!

I have been to this place before the first time was a great experience. I got a classic pedicure and French nails and it was amazing. I went back for the second time and they half fast it. They didnt cut my nails straight plus they had a bad attitude. Some of the employees are great always kind but others others are rude. Would only recommend this place for one of there employees. She is a young woman that wears glasses and really good at her job.

They were very fast and not in a good way. The entire basic pedicure including the scrub, lotion and polish were completed in less than 15 minutes. Had to ask to have a clear top coat added. I’m not sure they did anything with the cuticles at all. Wanted a basic mani with clear polish. Had to ask to have my nails re-filled since they shape wasn’t even.

Wouldn’t pay to much attention to the local guides with poor ratings. I have come 3 times here and the customer service is great. I remember my first time never had someone massage my feet and treated my feet like these guys do. If you have to wait well that tells you something about this business. 👍 to the staff at ROYAL NAILS SPA.

No top coat on my pedicure. Took a while before I was taken care of; my friend and I went in at the same time, and her pedicure was done way before they even started mine (different nail techs). Otherwise its an average place for a pedicure.

It’s a quaint place nearby DPS office. When you walk in it’s this beautiful, colorful zen place. The pedicure sinks are lined with plastic to prevent contamination and are changed after every use to ensure a clean and healthy pedi/spa experience. They have these amazing herbal pedicures for $45 which are completely blissful. Definitely worth the splurge on those stressful days. The nail technicians are great at their craft and have an array of shellac, regular polish, powders, and colors to select from. The quality of acrylic nails are superb. A wonderful and clean nail salon. Love coming here!

Fast, friendly, professional, but I take my own polish that I purchase at CVS. Best day is Monday. Prices are good. Relaxing soothing atmosphere.

I had Lisa do my nails and she was amazing!

I felt unnecessarily rushed to pick a color as they started working on my nail before I even had time to see the color selection. This place most definitely over charges for an acrylic set and shellac. I was not told of the extra charge for this. Cashier was very rude when I told her that I was not aware of the extra charge and said “no body does that for free.”Horrendous experience.

It has a beautiful decor but its supposed to be a place of relaxation and unfortunately I didnt have that experience. Their were some kids running around pushing my chair so when the guy was doing my nails he would hurt me sometimes cause they would move my chair. I know its not the places fault but thats my experience their. Now my nails is a whole different thing I told him square he cut them coffin before asking so since he had already glued them on he cut them all like that. (Coffin not my style) The acrilic was super thick my nail felt heavy and not even a week passed by and they started falling off. Except for the coffin part they were beautiful but thats the only thing positive that I can say.

I had been going there for a year and a half. The owners are sooooo RUDE. The techs are nice. The owners act like they are doing us all a favor. Last time I went there I made an appointment with the man owner It was pouring down rain which made me 7 minutes late. I called and told him I was coming but the rain slowed me down . He said the tech I asked for would wait. When I arrived 7 minutes late all techs were busy. When I said something to him he gave me a veryyyyy dirty look and told me in front of all the other customers I was late and pointed to the clock and said to sit down and wait. He was scolding me in front of everyone giving me nasty looks. Unbelievable how RUDE these people are. My elderly mom used to go there but, because of the owners rudeness she wont go there and nether will I.

The wait is ridiculous...there are other emoloyees there, not attending people. But depending who does the job, the results varies...Good luck, and choose wisely.

I’ve been going to this place for a little over a year. They were great in the beginning, but lately my experiences haven’t been as good. I went early today and the woman doing my pedicure was extremely aggressive and rude. Not only that, but she made my toes hurt and sting, which means she cut way too much off. To add on, my mother gets married tomorrow, she went in to get her manicure with me. She was not satisfied with the color as she requested something light pink, they put on white. When she got it changed, they did a terrible job and gave ugly service filled with attitude. They cut her short, only putting on ONE coat of polish and no clear protective layer. When my mom complained and said it wasn’t finished, the employee laughed and said “no, it’s okay!” Will not be going back.

So sad to post this because I really wanted to like place.Save your time and money. My nails were long and better looking before I got here. I asked for square and came out with crooked. Super messy job. As I’m typing this I honestly don’t know what is under my nail. The atmosphere is a business transaction-no SPA time if that what you’re looking for. Nobody said “welcome” or “how’s your day going?” …etc all customer care lines a business is appreciated for.Definitely not coming back.
