They open at 9am, give you an appointment at 9am, but no one shows up until 930. Then the person who shows up is not even the person you scheduled an appointment with. Very bad service

You make an appointment only to be waiting for 30 minutes before anyone starts the service. My mom waited with her feet in the water for a pedi for one hour. Got here at 10:25, and still here almost 1:30pm. Super slow. They make appointments too close to each other then they keep turning people away because they cant fufill. I was sat at a chair that had some sort of residue and the massage chair didnt work.

When the young lady did my pedicure I specifically total her I wanted a regular 25.00 pedicure, she did a 35.00 pedicure. Fir my self and my husband, want too happy with the outcome.

Best place to have ur nails 💅done for a great price if u want them done right the first time go to Red Nails they are AWESOME and nice environment

All ima say is my nails came out so bad, and I felt bad to even say it but they were so bad I came back the next day and asked for part of my money back, or something. Called twice and said their owner wasn’t there, so I gave up. (I live out of town) Paid $60 for a set of ugly nails. On top of that I had asked for medium length and they gave me like extra long! Asked to trim them like twice. And they were still long. I’m obviously someone who has patience so if you don’t, don’t go here. I recommend royal nails though. (:

Worst service ever!! My daughter and I were told the wait was about an hour, if that long. After waiting almost two hours with no explanation or update from the employees, we walked out. While waiting another customer came in and waiting 45mins without even being acknowledged. Seems like this rude behavior is normal for them.Thankfully, Sky Nails took care of us ASAP!! They were very nice, clean, and professional!! They will definitely get our business from now on!!

Set up an appointment for myself and 2 other friends. Im glad I did not get acrylic done because my friends did and they came out so ugly. Nothing alike to the picture we had shown them. The techs even usually take pictures of their work and they just so happened to not take a picture of the horrible nails they gave my friend. They were so long and poorly drawn, and all that for $62. We went back the next day and they would not give us a refund, only credit for a new set (why would we want that) or to redo the nails. And the whole time I was explaining the situation, the lady just kept doing her clients nails and avoiding eye contact. So unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. Overcharging and for a horrible job.

**UPDATE** Josie left and my recent pedicures have been disappointing. My toenails just end up not looking as neatly done as when Josie did them. Also, their polishes need to be replaced. Last couple of times Ive gone the polish ends up with a bubbly finish and I was told that it is due to polishes being old. Unfair because these services are not cheap. Today I went to have my dip removed and was left with unremoved product on certain nails and residue and acetone all over my hands. I was offered to have it removed, but only after I commented on it and was getting ready to leave. NOT GOING BACK.Every time I have an appointment, they see me right away. Josies pedicures are always quick and she does a great job. The prices are very reasonable too. I love this place!

Its an awesome place to do nails. Its just the wait to long but its worth it

Waited for over an hour with my feet in cold water getting all pruny with no explanation or time expectancy. I complained and they gave me attitude and did not care stating they were taking appointments when they just told my mom and I they were only taking walk ins the previous time. Horrible service. I wasn’t even acknowledged the whole time I was sitting there.

I waited the whole hour just to be told that the only girl in the Solon do acrylic left. First time and last time.

I loved the service here ever since the first time i went& i keep going even if i have to wait for an appointmentisabel does a great job and is so nice!!

Place was hot, of it 4 employees present so we had to wait awhile. No appointments were being scheduled.
