I just switched to AT&T, and I worked with Zach E. in the Brownsburg store. I was so impressed with him. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, helpful, attentive, efficient - everything one would hope for in a sales technician!

Did not stand beside phone I purchased. Lied to three out of four visits. Would call corpate but phone will not complete call. Is more important to play with their phone than help customers

Stopped in on July 3rd around 11:30am. There was one employee in the store and he couldnt have been less helpful. Wanted to ask why Ive gotten text msgs and an email from AT&T. He couldnt have been less interested in my questions or the follow up questions I asked. Pretty sure I was cutting into his movie time since there was a movie playing on the large tv at the back of the store when I got there.

Went here twice in the past couple of weeks, once for a SIM card issue and once to talk about a cellular plan change. Both times someone was available right away and solved my issue quickly.

Worker was the most unprofessional, rude worker I have ever encountered. During the course of my attempt to upgrade my iPhone he was angry, confrontational, called me a name and threatened me with physical harm. Clearly an unstable person. Do not go to the Brownsburg store.

Came into AT&T to try and set up internet with my apartment and there ended up being technical difficulties with creating my account. And, instead of telling me to just come in another day and sort it out then, the sales associate ended up staying almost an hour after close to help me get the account starting that day so I wouldnt have to come in another day. He was even willing to help me get the installation fee removed to make up for the technical difficulties. His name was Travis and its employees like him and the reliable service that AT&T provides that makes this company and this branch one of the best internet providers to look for if youre looking for quality and great customer support.

“Tall Zac” provided role model customer service. My mother is 82 and technically savvy enough to use an iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. I live across the country and while trouble-shooting on FaceTime works for some things, it clearly isn’t an option for helping her through an upgrade. I was in town visiting so we decided to drive to the Brownsburg AT&T store to purchase a new phone and complete the upgrade process. Zac was super-helpful, patient, and interacted with her as if she was his mom - including installing the protective screen cover we purchased there for her. The entire process took only 45 minutes and when we left the store, all three devices were synched and worked beautifully. Mom was super-excited and felt safer knowing she was in good hands with her devices and Zac. He offered to help her out any time she ran into a problem with the phone. It’s not common to find this quality of customer service - thank you AT&T for hiring Zac!

Came here on black Friday. Great service. Bought 2 Samsung S9+s and bought the only screen protectors they have there put on that day. 2 weeks later, mine popped off. Came in and got a new one put on. Got my phone out of my purse last night and screen protector had popped off again. No dropping or anything. Even so, how is this protecting my phone if it just pops off. The sticky part that is supposed to hold it on is not even sticky anymore so I went into AT&T in Brownsburg just now hoping to just get a refund since this is the second time already and was told they dont do refunds on these. Theres a lifetime warranty. I asked what good is it if it keeps popping off. The guy said nobody else has that problem i said well i have had it twice. Well im sorry, nobody else has he says. So im lying? I asked. He said did i say that? I said nobody else has that problem. I guess since it doesnt happen to anybody else im just out of luck. Thank you AT&T. Only been a customer with multiple lines for 19 years but just out of luck on this. Hmmm....I know this is only one measly review so I dont expect anything. Just saddening.

Horrible .. might as well close the store .. what are they good for ? .. Never helpful, always rude and they charge 2 dollars for you to pay your bill. (When the manager told me they can bypass the fee, but the store clerks love to charge you anyway.)

Consider doing business elsewhere. Matt Trevey, the manger, is unwilling to help and unprofessional. He refused to help me cancel an account and when I asked about the equipment return he said he didnt care what I did with it. Of course when I challenged him asking him to put that in writing he wouldnt do it. Matt is a very poor representative of ATT.*After speaking with customer support they confirmed that Matt Trevey was incorrect and should have taken care of the issue.

Bottom line up front: This is a third party affiliate store who states false information, does not follow up on promises made, and only helps until the sale is made.Went into the store to start a new cellular plan. This was me coming over with my own phone from a competitor and combining a phone plan already with AT&T. At the time decided to sign up for internet service as well. Trevor was the associate who assisted.False claims:1. Military discounts werent allowed on Unlimited Data plans. In fact they are and since I was a new customer, I also received the new promotion AT&T streaming. I had to call customer service to be told the truth on this item.2. Trevor told us that there would be a 100 dollar installation fee for the internet activation but once we received the bill, go into the store and he would remove the fee. Another false statement. Went into the store and he adamantly stated he never stated such and had no authority to remove the fee. Ended up calling the customer service line again and getting the fee removed after being on the line for 40 minutes.3. We were told the only way we could bundle and save money on multiple services through AT&T was to add a TV package. False statement number 3. While speaking with customer service about the installation fee, they informed us we should be saving ten dollars a month on our internet plan because we have cellular service with them.At the end of the day, this store is about the commission. Their employees and management staff are more interested in dollars in their pocket versus maintaining customers. You are better off going to a corporate owned store and not some third party affiliate.

No one greeted us as we came in the store. Another customer waiting told us to “sign in” on a clip board. Then after patiently waiting an hour and 5 minutes (it was a Saturday) it was finally our turn. I was just upgrading my son’s phone. The manager Matt was helping me. He scanned my drivers license, pulled up the account and then I paid the remaining balance on my son’s phone. At that point we just needed a new phone. Matt tried to sell to me three times- once for Uverse, and then twice he tried to sell me the “package deal” of a screen protector and a phone case in the store. He first quoted me $70 and then when I said no he dropped the price to $50. I said no again and THEN he asked for the last four digits of my social security number. I gave it to him and suddenly he tells me the computer doesn’t recognize it and he can’t help me. He said I will need to drive to Avon store. So after spending 1 hour and 20 minutes in his store he sent me away. Something was not adding up.I asked for a post it note and immediately wrote down what just happened. I have been an ATT customer for 7 years and have 5 devices associated with my wireless service. I have been to the ATT store many times in Brownsburg and have always had good service and have never had anyone tell me my ssn doesn’t match my account. I knew immediately he was sending me away because he couldn’t get my sale.I drove to Avon and was helped by Emily who was AMAZING. She also let me know that for the record my SSN was a match.I am so disappointed that the store manager Matt would lie and waste my time because he would lose the upcharge sale. Don’t waste your time going to this store. Avon is a quick drive and you will get excellent service with honest people.
