I was highly disappointed in my experience here, as well as my experience with Verizon in general. My husband and I went to this convenient location to switch our phone service from a different provider after moving in from out of state. They had a great promotional deal going on, from what I was told, and was promised all these promotional items and credits as long as we traded in our current Iphones. We agreed to do so, but received no assistance whatsoever from our agent on the trade in process, which was a hassle. On top of that, once we eventually got our trade in phones figured out, we were not given the promotional credit we were promised. I have reached out multiple times to multiple different customer service reps that have given me a there is nothing we can do type attitude and have told me that I was misinformed by our agent on what promotions we would apply for. Ive spent months trying to figure this out and have come to the conclusion that no one is interested in fixing my issue or explaining why I was given wrong information from the start. Will not be continuing with Verizon in the future.

Wes was able to get my phone traded in for a fantastic deal I got a phone and home internet and saved money in the process! I highly recommend you go and talk to Wes!

I have always had great experiences at this Verizon store. I bought my Samsung Galaxy S10 here. Today I went to buy a car charger. Their card machines were down so they only could take cash. I had only $30 cash on me and my charger was $40. He went ahead and only made me pay the $30 I had. It made my whole week. ❤ . I am sorry I didnt bother to get the mans name but hes the best. I highly recommend this store. 👌

I’ve been to this location a few times and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and the store is always comfortable and clean.

We have been with Sprint since 2007. We went to Verizon in Brownsburg and had Jamie who provided the most informative and best service. She did great job. We made the switch. We finally have 4G coverage that we were supposed to have for years. Thank you Jamie.

TCC Staff knows their business, I have been to other verizon stores. The kids at most verizon stores are great at selling you a phone, that is typically where the skill ends. TCC just has the expertise that I seek out when dealing with mobile devices hands down. No guessing they just know what they are doing.

I accompanied an elderly lady that needed a new phone to the Brownsburg store. Wes was phenomenal!!! He was patient, kind, understanding and very helpful. My friend has the beginnings of dementia and Wes had to patiently repeat himself many times. He didn’t get riled when she got frustrated or didn’t understand. She wasn’t able to give him much information as far as passwords went but he diligently tried variations until he found the correct one. He went out of his way to get her precious pictures into her new phone. He took as much time as needed to help her understand everything that he was doing. You would do well to do everything it takes to keep him and people like him in your employ. Thank you!

Waited an hour and 15 minutes to be taken care of. There were two employees and two customers when I got there so I was next from the beginning. Was never acknowledged while I waited. Best Verizon Store around......we have been in a few, and unfortunately left unsatisfied as a customer. However I must say......after our visit to the Brownsburg store and working with Wes, I know why I have remained a customer since 2006. Wes is great to work with, he is very professional, helpful and patient. Thank you Wes ......his customer also provide verizon with a new customer (my husband). We are both very happy :)

Great place for get your phone fixed or get a phone

Found the employee very rude. Myself and my grandmother went out there cause she was having problems with the phone she had just purchased so when we went to a closer location in Avon we were told the phone she purchased had to go back to the Brownsburg location. So we went back there the day after she got the phone and they charged her again for the transfer and restock fee. So back to back days she was charged this in a phone she returned do to a speaker issue that they said needed to be returned. He made sure to let us know he works on commission and he did nothing for free.

West did a wonderful job in helping me.

The level of service from Wesley R. was amazing and would like to thank him. I came in a hour before close and was wanting to get a new account and then add this new line and a work line on one iPhone. This is not a normal request to have completed. Wes was happy and positive to help even though it was the end of the day. If Verizons tech support would not have had him on hold for 20 mins he would have had me out the door in 40 mins. I left with both lines working (this is a amazing if you had a work line and private line) and if this is something you considered talk to Wes he will take good care of you. Kuddos to the store for having the new iPhone 11 pro! I work on the north side and everyone said they didnt have any, called Brownsburg TCC Verizon and same day got me set up. Along time ago I stopped buying from Verizon to check out the competition, big mistake. So I went to their competition and found their competition customer service very poor and the most disappointing part was the signal strength was very poor in comparison to Verizon, example: not being able to send emails or play basic YouTube videos. Going forward I will probably never leave Verizon agian. They have quality products and service second to none. If you doubt what Im saying just stop in a nearby competitors location, youll notice they have a untrained staff, and just waiting to purchase a phone cover took more than a half hour, imagine the wait if you needed real help. Then this is the kicker, most of the time you leave without being helped and told to visit the online site or told to call their help desk to me thats not help, its passing the buck or responsibility to someone esle who may or may not be able to help you.

I experienced a terribly rude employee on 1/4/18. I agree with previous reviews of horrible customer service. The individual acted as if i was interrupting them (no one else was in the store) and they had a condescending attitude.

They told me to call support myself. I couldve done that without wasting a trip to the store. Not helpful at all.

I was lied to straight in my face. I went there to do a simple upgrade, I ended up getting a package deal (for a decent price). However, when I decided on the upgrade I was told my bill would only go up the next month ( about $30) for an activation fee on the phone. Thats understandable, but my next bill after that was also up $30. When I looked into the charges my new phone, that was only supposed to have a $30 activation fee, was $800. They tacked on the $800 over the course of 24 months. to anyone looking for anything from Verizon, do NOT walk into this store. I should of just paid the extra $10 in gas money and gone to Avon.

Mitch went above and beyond to get my old phone transferred and into a new IPhone! Will be back in for another phone soon.

Got my new phone in and out in about 20 minutes and the service agent spotted I was paying for each line instead of family plan. Changed it over and saved some $$.

Stay away from this location, I have been a customer a long time but during a recent visit I was victim of several deceptive practices. I was told the total cost of a new phone was $75 but when i got my bill it was $624 spread over 24 months. I also asked what my total monthly cost would be and was told it would go up $10 a month, it went up $62. When I called to complain the manager said the salesman that assisted me was poorly trained and he would speak with him about these issues. When I asked how they would fix my issues because of this poorly trained salesman I was told there was nothing they could do and I should have read what I signed. Deceptive practice, bait and switch, outright lying, beware!

TCC is an authorized Verizon distributor. We like the quality of service they have provided for us over the years.
