Wonderful experience. Ryan was incredibly helpful and friendly. I’ve had lackluster experiences with other U-Haul pickup locations before but this was hands down the most positive rental experience to date.

Middle-aged male employee was the rudest human Ive ever encountered, this place is pathetic and they charged us an overage payment from last time again before they would rent us the truck, which they did not tell us until we were literally paying out, wouldnt want to allow the customer time to go to another company so they dont get robbed, nothing but rude thieves

I had a reservation for a van. When I arrived I was greeted by two folks who were genuine and knowledgeable about their services. They let me know that a king size bed would not fit and I was able to rent a truck that would. They couldve just said sign here and pay. The facility was clean and the truck was clean. I would recommend this place not just to friends and family but to a complete strangers as well.

Great and easy service! People there are nice and makes things easy!I wish I had two separate ratings, one for the people who run that U-haul dealer and one for the U-haul company itself.People there did a great job! And definitely they offered a five star service!I returned the u-haul truck after office hours and the process of returning the truck is long and instructions both on the receipt and the dealer door aren’t too clear.You need to register on the u-haul website and then write and post several statements and you also have to take pictures of different parts of the truck and post them on the website.Annoying and long. 4 stars are for the U-haul in general.

Returned an auto transport here. Service was fast and easy. I would assume that translates to other services offered here.

Great u-haul rental experience. The man who helped me was very friendly and understanding. He had no problem with me bringing the truck the next morning since no one had reserved it for later that day, although I didnt take advantage of it.

It was raining, so they didnt do a walk around, and then charged me a cleaning fee for 1.5 hours use of an old truck that is beat up. I do not recommend this company or the supervisor, Rose.
