DO NOT GO HERE. My tech, while very friendly and polite, burned my gums so bad that I can no longer use an electric toothbrush. I have permanent damage and gum recession because of this. I now have to deal with getting a gum graft.DO NOT DO THIS.

I love my results! I recommend getting the desensitizing treatment and maintenance kit. Both were a good investment as I have sensitive teeth and love coffee. The staff was awesome and I love my white smile. The process was easy and keeping them white is easy as well. I would highly recommend this service.

Kari was very kind and professional. She answered all my questions patiently and made me feel comfortable.If you have sensitive teeth I highly recommend the desensitizer.I am giving 3 stars because I cant really say I see a significant change, but I realize my teeth are probably not very white genetically and Id probably see a bigger difference if I was a smoker, had bad dental hygiene or drank sodas all the time. Then again, I havent ever tried any other whitening so I cant really compare.

Gabriel was fantastic. I told him that I was a frequent flier with DaVinci, so he didnt over do it with the details, but he made sure to confirm with me along the way what he was doing and that I knew what to expect. He was very warm and welcoming, and he made me feel very comfortable. Ive had nothing but good experiences at DaVinci; however, I think hes the best tech I have worked with. We had a little disagreement on the price of the desensitizing/remineralizing treatment after the process, but he honored the price that whomever set the appointment up with me had quoted, so I appreciate that as well. Repeat business is very important to them, and he made sure I knew that. Thank you, Gabriel! My teeth look great!

Amazing experience! My teeth look naturally whiter! I was so comfortable and the technician REALLY knew her stuff. I would recommend this to anyone who has been considering teeth whitening!

If you have sensitive teeth run it hurts so bad!!! You will regret it. Dont buy. The supposed gel that relives sensitiveness it does not work. It does make your teeth lighter but no worth the pain youll feel afterward.

Nearly 2 weeks later, I am still in pain. Went to the Flatirons location and, based on Rebekah Vs review, asked about potential for pain. Tech assured me that if I spent $20 on the desensitizing gel I should have no problems. Spent the $, but during the second 20-min exposure, felt tingling in teeth so decided against doing the 3rd exposure, even tho Id paid for it. Tech then tried to sell me the $80 kit for maintenance. I declined, since I already have custom trays, and he suggested the $25 gel only product. I raised my concern that if I did have sensitivity to the process, that wouldnt be a good idea for me. He got on the phone and then assured me that the gel was at a much lower concentration than that used during the procedure and that I could call the Parker office if I had any problems, so I bought it.By the time I got home, I was in AGONY, and no painkillers would touch it. Missed a day of work and was barely functional two days later. I called the Parker office and left a message, but didnt hear back, so stopped by the Flatirons booth and a different tech called Kimberly, ostensibly her supervisor, who grilled me and tried to find fault with my follow up care (I did everything per the instructions) and told me they wouldnt refund my $25, even tho I obviously cant use the gel. I was very upset, so she said she would escalate the issue and get back to me before days end. Two days later, she called and said they cant refund my $25.Now its nearly two weeks later and the pain is ever present, sometimes getting so intense that I salivate and my eyes water.Clearly DaVincis marketing tactics are misleading at best. Although many people may not experience pain with this procedure, it is apparent that enough do that theyve developed a special $20 desensitizing gel - now why would you need that if indeed the process were always painless, as their marketing clearly states?So, just a warning to those who may have sensitive teeth that you should run, not walk, away from this place. I have never experienced such agony and such little recompense from the perpetrators.

IMPRESSED!!!! My teeth have never been whiter, and all of the annoying stains are GONE in one 60-min session!!!!! I have some pretty impressive before and after photos... The difference is night and day.Donna was absolutely amazing, was funny, and made the process a lot more smooth. The fact that its in a kiosk in a mall doesnt take away from the customer service, believe me. THANK YOU DONNA & DAVINCI!!!!!PS-- I have super sensitive teeth, and this process did not bother them at all. Ive only been out for an hour and am already drinking ice water.
