Dr. Sefcik is GREAT. Ive been going here for a few years. He recently handled my first root canal, and the process was virtually painless. He also has a great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in the door, I had a good feeling about the staff and Dentist as well as the cleanliness of the facility. Not an overwhelming feeling of prospecting future sales which was nice. I was asked to check out the website where I was able to find monthly specials. I had feeling they would work with us and our financial situation after realizing that the police were not going to pay after they knocked my husbands front teeth out..

Absolute crooks. Do not use. They charge $200 more per crown than others, then the crown breaks off in a year.

The dentist and staff are fantastic. I felt comfortable (unusual) during the procedures and everyone at the office is very friendly and helpful. The minute I walked in I was treated very kindly and the focus was on myself and not simply insurance and paying for services. I left feeling I had a very positive experience and that I had chosen a great dental service.

My first time at this office and my experience was honestly really good. From walking in to the office and it smelled really good it looked very cleaned, the front desk is so nice and the assistant is so nice very professional and you can tell they care about their patients, oh I believe the assistant her name was Cheri. They got the right people working here!

They were very nice to accommodate me for a late day appointment when I needed one, and they didnt mind when my appointment took longer. I was also pleased to get an appointment fairly soon after I called, and didnt have to wait forever. I just went in for a cleaning...im taking care of cavities on my next appointment. I was also pleased to get a free teeth whitening with a coupon that came in the mail, and they even take medicaid. Score!!

This dentist office is not professional at all! The dentist is nice and does a good job. But the front desk lady will schedule you wrong and wont call you back after leaving voicemails upon voicemails. Just dont come here if you want to be taken care of properly.

The dentists here are extremely rough. I honestly felt abused after most of my appointments and I do not recommend that anybody come here. I should have never come back. The first dentist I saw was nice but he bruised my mouth in my second or third appointment and most of the work he did had to be redone. I went back again because I was seeing a different dentist. The second was impersonal and stressed out. My appointment was running really late and he did way too much work in a short amount of time. He rushed, was so rough with me that I cried, the work he did was sloppy, and it looks bad. I have never cried at the dentist before before that, not even as a child. Also, several times that Ive gone they were not ready for me during my appointment time and Ive had to wait up to an hour and a half.

I recently had two cavities re-filled at this office. As I was very nervous about this procedure, the entire staff made me feel extremely comfortable which made for a very pleasant visit. I would recommend anyone who is looking to get dental work done here. Also the receptionist Katia is awesome she is willing to figure something out for you rather it be scheduling an appointment or payment plans.

I have always had dental issues and extreme anxiety over having work done. Finally have dental insurance and got an appointment immediately. Dr. Sefcik and his assistant made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything. I had to have multiple teeth pulled and he did it all within 30 mins. This was yesterday and today i woke up with no pain or swelling. I absolutely love this dentist and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I have had a fantastic experience at Mountain Dental in Broomfield. I was new to the area and thought I would shop around for a new dentist. I have a mouth full of problems and VERY sensitive teeth so finding a dentist can take a while. Mountain Dental has been amazing. They have a very welcoming environment, heard my concerns about my teeth sensitivity, and have taken excellent care of me (and I have needed quite a bit of work done). In my experience, finding a dentist who also has a staff that is provides the same quality service is rare. At Mountain Dental everyone I have worked with has been above and beyond amazing.

The whole staff has been nice, informative & understanding. My whole family now goes here, with my kids looking forward to their dentist appointments for the first time ever. Highly recommend this office!

The woman who did my x rays was very very kind to me. John at the front desk was also very friendly. He greeted my mom and I when we came in and made conversation with us. Although they both seem like nice people, the part that mattered was the dentist I got and I was not satisfied. Dr. Wayne Elton showed up late and did not introduce himself to me or my mother coming in when we both smiled at him, nor did he introduce himself to me when he came inside to look at my teeth. He explained to me what was wrong with my teeth and nothing more. It was unprofessional, and I honestly felt uncomfortable. When I told him to have a nice day, he just nodded his head at the end. He was supposed to be my new dentist but he was not treating me like he was happy to have me as a new patient, therefore, I will not be going back because of that.

Excellent! The doctors and support staff are extremely helpful and are genuinely concerned about making your experience the best it can be. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is, like me, apprehensive about going to the dentist. AND THEY ACCEPT MEDICAID TO BOOT!

I had a very negative experience at Broomfield Dental Co. Two crowns were put on my two upper front teeth. The dental office told me one price,but was charged another. During my treatment the dental staff were arguing, they did not seem to know what was going on,equipment was not functioning properly. I wrote Dr. Selfick an email regarding my concerns. He did not have the courtesy to respond to my email. I did not receive quality dental care.I will not be going back.

I really really didn’t want to write this review only because Hedi and the dentist are very nice. But too many things have happened now. I had no pain in my teeth before coming here, I was scheduled for a 7:30 appointment on August 23rd and:* The dentist got to the office after 8* He was double booked, so he will go check on a patient and then come back to me. He did this multiple times, I was in the office for almost 3 hours to get 3 cavities fixed.* Because he was so busy he asked his male assistant to finish and this guy was texting the whole time and when he was using the “drill” (not sure how it’s called) he got my cheek, it was hurting for the next couple of days.As I said, I didn’t really want to write this review. My teeth are hurting, but not like sensitivity, but when I chew on something, or even when I touch them, they actually hurt a lot, so I can’t use them. I decided to call back, I wanted to give them another try. The receptionist scheduled yet another appointment she shouldn’t have (2nd time that it’s happened), my new appointment was supposed to be on Monday September 16th at 8am, when I got to the dentist office only Hedi was there, and she informed me they were not open, when I checked they open on mondays at 10 am!!! Is this even posible? The receptionist has no respect. By doing this twice I’ve wasted around 6 hours that I could have been working instead of sitting around.Hedi was able to check and she put something on my tooth that might help. THANK YOU HEDI!!!I hope this review helps to improve this office’s service.

I had the greatest experience with Dr. Sefcik and assistant Hedy! The entire staff was just great. Dr.Sefcik and his assistant took the time to listen to my case and find a solution in such a caring manner. I had the worst experience of my life earlier that day at a different office, where they completely ruined two front teeth and refused to correct the damage! Dr. Sefcik and his assistant Hedy were able to repair my teeth and do an amazing job. I was able to return home with my teeth looking like nothing happened. I will never go anywhere else! Both the Doctor and assistant Hedy made sure I was satisfied with the look of my teeth.they were amazing, great customer service and great dental work!

I had an excellent experience with Katia, the Assistant Hedy and the Doctor Greg Sefcik. My son had to have a front tooth replaced. They did a great job in replacing the tooth and making it look perfect so when he smiles everything looks natural. The staff made everbody feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office for great denistry work at fair prices.

Broomfield Dental is to not customer friendly. I had an appointment today to have my teeth cleaned. I had tried all week to get a hold of them to cancel my appointment. Well their phones werent working I didnt know who I was calling because it didnt say who I was calling just leave a message. I went to office today to be told that I didnt have an appointment & that they were not open until 7/10/18, I asked what do you mean your not open I was standing in the office. I showed her my appointment card & she said that was last Friday. i said today is my appointment she said oh yeah will we dont have you down. She asked if I wanted to make an other appointment. I said I will call back. She was not helpful. I will never go back to Broomfield Dental Co again. Too Bad.

This is no perfect places, that i thought it was a great place , but with five star and no negative bout this place??????. For real, Honesty, there gotta be negative bout thisplace??? . THEY gotta be a fool.As an American citizen wasnt being treated fair..........but he keep having all these international/people who dont speak English well. Over the course of a year I had three experiences with Mt Dental. The first one was the highest quality with a very good teeth cleaning and time with the doctor. The 2nd was of concern because the specialist cleaned my teeth faster then any person that I have ever gone too. It was if the hygienist and doctor wanted to get out of the building.The last experience was very concerning. The dentist spent 30 minutes with me checking my mouth and talking about procedures. The procedure he wanted to perform would have cost me $1,000 bucks. I called 3 other dentist and saw them and each one said it would have been $500. Then the dentist wanted me to buy a mouth guard, but after spending time with a specialist they said the mouth guard that Mt. Dental wanted to sell me would have made my issues worst. What makes matters worst, since I did not buy the worthless mouth guard from him he charged me $50 for the visit. I left and going to Fleishman Dentist Broomfield Co. I hate spending times writing reviews but for charging me for the visit when he was wrong is just...wrong.Cheers-Dr. Fleishman spent 40 minutes with me just talking before I was patient and did not charge a thing
