We rented a Budget car in Broomfield and received a bogus damage charge 7 weeks after the rental. We had returned the car very clean, full of gas and without any damages caused by us. The car was inspected upon return by the agent who said it looked good and closed the contract. Obviously, Budget was trying to stick us with glass damage that happened after we returned the car. I have never had such a dishonest experience with a car rental. I have advised my family and friends of this scam and I will never rent a Budget Rent-A-Car again. Renter beware!

All they had was 12 passenger vans. Be sure to clean it before you return or they’ll give you a hard time.Did to the lady ahead of me and then to me as well.Otherwise a standard budget experience. Van was new with no issues.

Tim Sawaged did an excellent job helping us have a great vacation. He runs this place like a top. We had prepaid for a standard size SUV. However, when we arrived at 9am, he was very short of cars and only had a small Mitsubishi SUV, which would not accommodate our family on our long trip to Canada. Tim worked a great deal for a nominal upgrade charge to a Yukon XL, making the trip comfortable for all. When we returned the car in the evening two weeks later, there was Tims smiling face again, helping several customers. Tim is efficient, nice, and friendly. No high pressure sales tactics here. You dont generally get this type of service at the airport, and I would highly recommend renting at this neighborhood location for better pricing and service. Youll be glad you did. We will return to this location to rent again. Thanks Tim!

Tim and his team are courteous, friendly, and efficient. Weve rented from Budget at least four times this year and this location is my go-to. The cars are clean inside and out and the gas tank is always full. Consistency is key and Tim has mastered it. I know my family will receive top notch service when we rent from Budget on Highway 287.

When my car broke down, I had a terrible experience trying to rent a car thru one of those peer to peer car-sharing apps. After that, I reserved a car last minute at Budget. They were able to accommodate my last minute reservation and even gave me a great deal on an upgrade for a 4X4 since it was during some really bad Colorado weather. Since then, I have been renting week to week and every time I come in, I have no issues getting in and out fast and with friendly service. I always work with Tim, who is extremely professional and helpful and I can really tell he cares about his customers. I have rented from the other guys plenty of times and they were OK, but the people at Budget/Avis go above and beyond. I recommend them to anyone looking to rent a vehicle. Whatever you need, they will take care of you. 👍👍👍

I wanted to rent a car from here but I couldnt reach anyone by phone and wasnt going to make a reservation on line unless I KNEW that they were going to be open when I got there. From the beginning the service wasnt great.

I enjoy renting from this place, every time I have rented the workers go above and beyond in getting me a car. I also love the great rates they have.

I had made a reservation on-line for a car, but when I got there, there were no cars available in the class I had selected; in fact they were short on cars in general. I was thinking I would have to find a way to get to a different location, but the franchise owner was there and was determined to ensure that no customer of his was going to walk away unhappy. He located a different vehicle - a significant upgrade from what I had reserved - and gave it to me for the same price. He was so kind and joyful - just the kind of person I want to do business with. Budget is lucky to have him, and I will be returning customer to that franchise, just because of him.

My three interactions with this locations have been amazing. Rented various vehicles each time. Professional, courteous & helpful. Good attitudes and seem that they care! Cars are clean and in good shape too.First time I here 2 years ago, I needed a jeep to transport 50+ tents to a place that works with Veterians. Portion of proceeds of sales go to Veterians.Second time, my friends vehicle had issues so we rented a vehicle instead of taking hers up the mountains. There was a nationwide issue with Sabre (apparently it is the software that many companies in the hospitality industry use).With that software issue there was a line out the door and a few grumpy people. I watched how they worked with the customers, including myself. I was (still am) impressed.3rd time: most recent time. I made a mistake in the prepaid rental and they helped me figure it out. Were patient with me. I highly appreciate thier help and making it work.I will rent from this location first and foremost. I have rented a number of cars and moving vans from Budget in the last 25 years.Nearly locations have been good but this one is the best yet and want people to know. Though I should keep this gem a secret!

Friendly staff, who helped us get a car even though wed booked for a nearby pickup. With prior arrangement, you can drop off anytime and use the key box to return the car. Recommended.

This was a horrible experience...I was charged twice for my rental when I prepaid (and I have a confirmation, not to mention the money was withdrawn from my account). Almost two weeks later and their horrible customer service number has yet to refund my almost $400 they double-charged me--even after sending in screenshots of my bank account, AND my confirmation of pre-paying. I legitimately think they are trying to get out of it even after multiple forms of proof.

First time ever trying to rent a car, I thought it was fishy that it cost 44 dollars and no deposit with a prepaid card so I called 3 different times and got the same answer. When I got there they told me I needed a 250 dollar deposit and that prepaid cards are not accepted
