Worked with Mike. I know some automotive so always hesitant to work with mechanics. He was great to work with. Went there for an alignment after getting new tires. 2008 F150 so it was badly needed. I knew the back shocks had some wear so asked him to take a look. We unfortunately found more damage than hoped. We went through a review of what needed to happen and Mike gave me a few options. He had already researched the proper suspension replacements and we were able to talk them through ultimately moving to a heavier duty suspension. Truck rides better than when new. Drove from Denver to Boston in comfort. Great work and pricing was respectful. Will go back whenever I have issues in the future.

What I love best about this company is that they stand behind their work. They keep up with you regularly and ask for progress reports on the work they did. If anything goes wrong related to that work, and if its still under warranty, theyll go out of their way to fix it again without any additional charge. My experience with Fine Tuned Auto was hands down the best I have ever had with a mechanic shop. Kenny and his team were kind, professional, and timely. They did a complimentary digital inspection which was awesome to see the entire condition of my vehicle with photos included sent directly to my phone. They had several suggestions on things that needed repair but there was no pressure or up-selling of services I did not need. Fine Tuned Auto was recommended to me by a good friend who told me they were honest mechanics. Honest mechanics are really hard to come by. I brought my 2013 Pathfinder to their shop and they quickly diagnosed my problem but their pricing was much less than I expected. I was told by a dealer that I needed to replace my transmission even though the drivability of my SUV seemed fine. I got a second opinion from Fine Tuned and they saved me a viewable thousand dollars. I stand behind their quality, value, professionalism, and punctuality.

Oil change and ac recharge, plus inspection. Happy with the work. Inspector took pictures of each recommended service, and texted me with the detailed report.Power went black in the entire neighborhood while my car was on the lift and drained of oil, and took a while to restore. Took a long time, but not their fault in the least. To their credit, they offered me a loaner car if I needed it.

They went above and beyond to fix a difficult issue with our Honda Pilot. Highly recommend their services.

I am new to the area and was struggling to find an autobody shop that I could trust to work on my breaks and do maintenance care in the future. Finding Kenny and Fine Tuned Auto was such a blessing. They got me in right away and were very transparent with what was going on with my car. Their technicians took pictures and wrote descriptions of what was going on and sent them to me so I could decide what I wanted to have done and what I did not. They fixed my breaks right up and I will definitely be going back for whatever my care needs are in the future!

I’ve started bringing all of my vehicles not still under factory warranty to Fine Tuned. Most recently, the air conditioning stopped working on my 2013 RAV4. Fine Tuned found the issue, which ended up being a minor wiring problem, and quickly resolved the problem. Their honesty with this issue will bring me back for sure - other shops may have pressed for unnecessary and more costly repairs. Finding a shop that chooses to do the right thing goes a long way with me.

I seen an add on Facebook saying they would fix my air conditioning for $69. The add says %45 off of original price. I take my car in expecting to spend no more that $80 with fees and such or at least maybe a little more. they quoted me for $400.00 after they said they worked on it. i called for my car days later about the status of my car and they quoted me 1,000.00+ to completely fix it. after they said they would fix it for the original $69.00. i said i would be there to get my car and i didnt want them to do anything to my car. I spent $400.00 for them to hold my car and do nothing to it. I am out $400.00 and no air conditioning.

Ive been bringing my 10 year old car (over 100,000 miles) here for the last few years. The service is always great. The owner, Kenny, is wonderful and his staff has been so friendly. Ive always felt they have been trustworthy and reliable. We had them look it over before a road trip last year, they did a few repairs, and we had no trouble at all on the road. I even bring my car here for oil changes. You do need to call ahead of time to schedule it, but they are quick, have a nice little waiting area with free snacks, which my kids love, and the price is better than at the chain shops. And they never try to sell me on replacing things when I go in. They just fix what needs to be done. Highly recommend this place.

Fine Tune auto is a great shop to take your car for repairs and maintenance. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is nice to finally have a shop I can trust for repairs. They do a overview of what your vehicle needs and don’t try to over sell something you don’t need. And they have loaner cars you can use so you don’t have to miss work to get your vehicle serviced. And if you don’t need a car they have a nice lounge to wait in with internet, coffe and snacks.

I always find your work to be exactly what was needed. I have an Old Carwith 216,000 miles on it. It doesnt burn any oil, but has small leaks that are insignificant (now). I keep the area under my car s engine covered with paper towels. With the high milage, I Ilisten for sounds that are new or not normal. You only fix what absolutely needs to be repaired. Its not hard to find things that may need attention on an old car. If i fixed all of them, it would break the bank. I like that you keep it in good running condition. I have never been disappointed with your work. Iam not afraid to take this car on long two-day trips to Arizona or other distant destinations because I have confidence in your ability to keep it it good running condition. I trust your judgements and suggestions. Your inspections give me confidence to make that 3,000 mile road trip.

I was impressed. I was ready to buy new brakes as a grinding sound was coming from my wheel. Turned out it was pine branches from the mountains which they cleared away. They could of told me anything and billed me for it as some garages would. Ill be using them again.

This was my first time at Fine Tuned, and I was really impressed with their high-tech approach to auto care. They texted and emailed me pictures of anything that was wrong with me car with an explanation, and were not pushy when I only selected a couple of the necessary things to repair. This was the first time I have ever left a mechanic with a bill under $500, including diagnostic fees. I will absolutely be back for all of my future care.

I went in with a 2006 Ford F150 that was jerking when trying to drive 60 and had also had started to start really rough. I insisted that I take a mechanic on a ride along to see for themselves, to which they obliged me and of course, it was the 1 time my truck didnt seem to have any problems. Wed had a similar problem with it years ago and somehow the fix was a timing chain then. Thankfully, the mechanic said and then verified it was spark plugs and coils which was a much cheaper solution and I was grateful. Got spark plugs and coils replaced for under $1500. They applied discounts for me where possible to minimize the cost which I also greatly appreciated. The work was done in less than a day which is what they told me. I feel like the people here are honest, transparent with what theyre doing, reliable, and have great customer service. I will ALWAYS TAKE MY VEHICLE HERE!

Searched my local area for a mechanic because I cant trust dealerships and discovered Fine Tune Auto. Went here for my Lexus vehicle service and I was extremely satisfied. I greatly appreciated the level of communication I received on what was replaced, pricing, and actually showing me the actual issue. Very honest and upfront and would recommend to anyone looking for a local mechanic.

I cant say enough good things about Fine Tune Auto & Kenny the owner! Kenny did a complete engine reseal on my 06 Forester & also replaced the timing belt, pulleys, all belts & installed new spark plugs/wires. He even noticed a bad valve guide and replaced it and machined the valve and only charged an extra $100.00, which in my book is a hell of a deal & once again thank you so much Kenny! Kenny even set me up with a rental car free of charge while he & his crew went to work on my forester. After doing a ton of research & getting different quotes Kennys was fair and in the ballpark as far as cost for parts & labor. Furthermore, he had a quote sent to my email 10 mins after talking to him over the phone. Coming from a guy that has dealt with multiple shops they dont do this & in fact seem to try & mask what parts & labor they charge. If the repair wasn’t enough he also cleaned the engine compartment /exhaust system & did a check on everything else in the car. So this tells me that Kenny takes pride in his work & will go that extra step without charging an arm & a leg. So far, after four days of driving my forester is running tip top (engine feels strong) & the oil burning smell is starting to subside & I can actually park in driveways without leaving oil spots!! Finally Kenny wants me to bring the car back after 500 miles to check & make sure everything is sealed correctly & he guarantees his work for 24,000 miles or basically a years’ worth of driving for most folks! Kenny has always been my #1 go to mechanic for anything. Even the stuff he doesnt handle, I let him look at it first. Always honest and to the point. If he doesnt handle it, he will tell you so but always have a follow up person to do the work he normally doesnt do. Never has he been late or over budget with any vehicle I have brought in.
