Ive been going to discount tire for over 15 years they have great friendly service and are very efficient. Will definitely continue to use them.

I came here with a flat tire and they didnt hesitate and offer help in a very friendly and helpful way even they were not doing to charge anything for the repair. I have been to this place many times over the years for flat repair and had new tires installed in the past and they always treated me with professionalism and the staff not just one but all of them that i have encountered were very friendly. I always go here when anything that has to do with tire because its stressful enough to have car issue but at least i know when i come to this place my stress level will be lessen because they treat me right.

I come to this location because, in the past, I have received outstanding customer service and nothing less. Yesterday, 4/27/21, was no exception. Initially, I came in on 4/26/21 to change out winter tires and left quite content on the process and interaction with Andy. However, due to bad luck, I got a nail stuck in the front passenger tire and came in the morning of 4/27/21. Again, Andy was exceptional. He made sure I had peace of mind, and to add to it; Discount Tire still does not charge a fee if the repair is within repairable range. I also met Alonso, who, along with the other staff, are super customer-oriented. Truly experts in this subject matter. As I talked with Andy, I am surprised that this location is not 5.0 on Google because, quite honestly, I give credit where it is due, and Andy, Alonso, and the rest of the staff indeed do not disappoint. I wish you all the best and continue providing the top customer care and service to our community!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I wasnt able to stay and get it fixed, so they added air for me and sent me on my way. A few days later I came back in and dropped my car off to have the leak looked at. They found a screw in the tire, repaired the hole, and again sent me on my way. There was no cost for any of this service, and you can be sure when I need new tires, this is where Im going.

We highly recommend this establishment. They are friendly, timely and do a great job.

I had a flat tire, and it took me longer to put on the spare than it did for them to welcome me, look up my account, fix the flat, put the spare back nicely, and rotate all four tires. Their warranty rocks when so few are worth it, and their sales person and tech were both super friendly and speedy.Quite frankly when they handed me the key I was kind of in shock it was done so fast and affordably. On a tight budget I was worried, but this place rocks. They did when I originally got the tires too, but I think theyve gotten even better.

Excellent service and very efficient workers. I was in the area and stopped in to see if I could squeeze in a tire rotation without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Was told there were 2 cars ahead of me, but should be out of there in about 45 minutes. While I was waiting, I overheard one of the workers tell another customer that they were only able to find 3 of the tires that was being purchased, however, the store would give him an upgrade/better set of tires that was in stock for the same price. Even better, my tires were rotated and I was out of there in less than 40 minutes. This is by far my favorite Discount Tire location to go to. Keep up the excellent service.

No problem getting an appointment,but did have to wait 30 min. Til my car got in the garage. Got tire fixed. Had a small nail imbedded a quarter inch, just enough for a slow leak. They fixed it, no charge! ( Cause we bought tires there.)

The customer service at Brooklyn Park Discount Tire is top notch. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We get all of our tires here. I drove in with a low tire last night at 5:30 pm, expecting they could work on it the next day. Instead they immediately looked at it and had it repaired in 15 minutes.

I seldom give 5 star reviews but this location listened to what I needed and found a great price on tires. When I arrived they took Covid restrictions seriously, key was placed in sandwich bag and poked out so they never handled it, all in all a great experience and thats why I will return in the future.

Had an appointment; was super quick, did the job. Wore masks; all was good. Only thing is they made me get out after pulling in the garage which was fine but I wasnt sure of the protocol because the commercials made it seem like we would just sit in our car well they did their thing.

We have used Discount Tire in the past and always had good service. The last time we needed tires we went somewhere else which was a HUGE mistake! We are now back at Discount Tire to stay! They have friendly, professional service, competitive prices, and it is close to home.

Went early in the morning to have my tires rotated with no appointment. Employees were extremely fast and done in less than 1/2 hour. When they were finished, to my amazement, I was told I had a chunk of metal in one of my tires which was removed and patched up. Great job!! Thank you for taking such great care and keeping my vehicle safe.

Had several issues with leakage of my winter tires after having them installed, they re-seated and checked leaks no questions asked. Manager refunded installation price as well do to all the hassle. Courteous and efficient techs, will be back again.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I went there to have a flat fixed. And they did it without charge. (My tires were bought elsewhere) Ive been a customer ever sense. They tend to be very busy during this time of year, so make an appointment on line.

I feel highly disappointed with the service and timing. What was supposed to be a 30 minute fix, turned into a 2 hour wait.I had an appointment made at 10:30am for a (1) flat tire fix, I brought just the single tire in to speed up the process and didn’t receive my tire until 12:30pm. Turns out they put me on a waiting list instead of honoring the appointment system.

Date of visit - 11/13/20 at 5:39 pm. Had a flat tire on my 2017 Subaru Legacy. I cant remember if its Derrick or Derron, but he was very kind in pumping air into my tire up to 35 psi to save me the trouble of coming back again or to a nearby gas station if my tire goes flat again. Excellent service nonetheless. Thank you.

Great deal on top flight tires for my car. Service was spectacular. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was finished after being there for a little over 40mins though the appointment was for 1 hour. I saved over 100 dollars on the set of with including warrantee.

This location for discount tire had incredible customer service, definitely the type of service to take pride in.I have had, and have heard of other people at other discount tire locations having bad experiences, but this definitely changed my perspective for the better. Being at a location where they genuinely care about their customers, and take the time for their individual care, really means a lot to me.I would give them my time and my business to this place.

I was there on two separate occasions needing a valve stem replacement and Shane stepped away from the desk both times to immediately handle the problem and send me on my way! I could have been made to set an appointment or drop it off and return later. But, Shane took care of it right away! I have been going to various Discount Tire locations for a while and have always had good luck. I will continue to use Discount Tire for my wheel and tire needs.

This has been my preferred Discount Tire location since it opened.The staff at this location are so extremely pleasant and professional to deal with and unlike tires plus they dont try to force extras down your throat.As long as this location continues to be so customer oriented I will always give them my business...Word to the wise bring your own lawn chair and sit over by the unmowed area under the tree if the weather permits.

Pulled into a parking space. I was met at my car to check in for my appointment - no more walk ins. Lobby has seating several feet apart from other chairs. Car keys are pushed into a plastic zip lock bag to keep physical contact at a minimum. They now have customers back their vehicles out of the work bays, with direction of an employee. Rotate and balance took maybe 30-45 minutes.

I made an appointment for 2pm I was late , I arrived at 2:09pm . They fixed my flat for free and went above and beyond I’m pretty sure they plugged , and patched it. Also re assured the rest of my tire pressure and torque values were correct ! Would recommend! Don’t forget to tip!!

I brought my car here today to have some used tires put on my car and they scratched up and cracked one of my hubcaps. They didn’t ask me to remove them for them and I figured they do this all day and that maybe they were skilled at changing tires without damaging rims or tires. They cost me almost 80 dollars and if I want a new one I have to replace them all.

Awesome customer service! I had never been there before and it was the first time buying tires for my car. They explained the quality of each tire and the price with no condescending tone attached. It looked like everyone working was having a good time despite them being SO busy. The only complaint that I have is that the line to be helped was ridiculously long, but there was no way they could fix that. They had all the computers going and all the guys up front were helping customers the whole time I was waiting in line. Definitely will be going back.

When I first heard that Discount Tire tends to repair holes in tires for free, I thought it was crazy. I got curious though and went there to see if they could repair my popped tire. Sadly, in my specific case, the tire was not repairable (had it been, it would have been free). I was impressed with how quickly the staff kept the line moving and then also took care of my tire. I ended up first dropping off my popped tire to get replaced, but then realized that I might also need it installed on my vehicle. They did it the same day.Discount Tire is very busy, but I think its because of how great they treat and take care of their costumers. Im not surprised that virtually everyone I know would prefer to go here.

I visited Discount Tire today and got excellent service. I needed a tire rotation and balance. I made my appointment online the night before and that worked out well. I was very impressed with staff and tire professionals.

Super busy, which I felt was a good sign. Great service and very timely if you have an appointment (which you can make online). Also, very accommodating - I overheard a woman sharing a series of issues she had that made her time fairly inflexible, and the manager was incredibly kind and creative in finding a solution. Another satisfied customer. I took my car there this morning with a large metal piece in one of my tires (see pic). They removed the object, fixed the hole and rotated my tires...for free. What? I left my car as a walk in, no appointment due to tire leaking air.They found the nail/leak in my tire, plugged it, filled and rotated tires, at NO CHARGE. They worked late into Saturday evening! I have had several interactions with Discount Tires. I find them to be HONEST, accommodating, and very hard working!!
