I wasnt happy with the customer service. I went to get a diagnostic test done on my vehicle as the check engine light was on before me arriving at the shop. However once I dropped my vehicle the engine light must have reset. I was called in to pick my vehicle up and was told by the clerk that they were unable to do any testing because my check engine light wasnt on, so I thanked the clerk and he went out in the garage to retrieve my keys as he did, the manager intercepted him before he came to give me my keys and whispered something to him. I immediately knew something was up as the clerk came back explaining a 75 dollar charge that I knew he was unsure of as his body language a voice illustrated BS. I was told were going to charge you 75 dollars and I asked for what you just told me you guts werent able to test the vehicle, I then looked to the manager and asked is this what you were whispering about he replied we have to test drive your car ( lies) and lifting it up on the hoist ( not 75 dollars worth) I told the manager thats a scam as Ive visited the auto shop before for service and he said Im only charging you half and I proceeded to let him know in a professional manner that there was no work done for any charge and he then proceeded to say ok we wont charge you thus proving my point it was scam attempt. Needless to say I will not be returning to this venue again.

Victory always does a great job getting me in right away and making sure that my Yukon is well maintained. Their prices are spot on and reasonable.Recently I had a repair emergency and called them right away. They had a tow truck ready to pick me up within half an hour and my vehicle good as new within a couple hours.I’ve had bad experiences with past shops wanting to charge or make me wait days to have an engine light checked. As a busy mom of three, I appreciate knowing that I can rely on a mechanic that prioritizes my concerns.

I have taken my older vehicle here and had an amazing experience! I recently bought a new car and when the check engine light and other messages pop up, I decided to go where I trusted! I was concerned there may have been more issues to my car than just replacing the fuel cap. They recommended where to get a quality gas cap to replace and let the system clear before running a full diagnostic only to find no larger issues. If it didnt clear, they said to come back for a diagnostic. I recieved a call checking in to make sure everything was okay and that the light had cleared. It was incredibly kind and thoughtful for them to just check in. All is well with my car, and they made sure I was getting the best customer service with the best price, which ended up being nothing during this visit! :) I highly recommend this place for helpful, knowledgable, and caring service.

Jordan and his team at Victory Auto go above and beyond for their customers. I have been stranded in the middle of nowhere and called and they had all of the solutions ready for me. Their concierge service has helped me when I’m too busy to get my car there and needed to work. I cannot recommend Victory Auto enough and refer all of my friends and family to them.

They will rip you off if you go here. Charged $1500 around to install the caliper and did n’t fix the problem. Don’t recommend this repair shop at all. Waste of your time and money.

My battery died on me and I found Victory online. Other positive reviews helped me decide to try them out and Im glad I did!Mike at the front desk helped me understand my options and was very friendly! It didnt even take long to fix. I went back in for an oil change a week later and was delighted to talk with Mike again, who knew who I was when I walked in! I usually hate having to do anything with my car as most auto repair places treat me like I know nothing and try to up sell me on things I dont need. But Victory was different! Did some suspension and other services there on my vehicle earlier in the year.Ran through some rough difficulties.Ended up spending extra on parts and labor that wasnt needed.Wasted additional 8 hrs of PTO from work trying to get issue resolved.Had to bring my vehicle back in 3 times trying to resolve the issue that was not done correctly the 1st time.Service rep was being really defensive and even offer me to take the vehicle elsewhere and they will refund me if issue was resolved.After me getting ready to pull the plug, he finally decided to fold his hands and get his mechanic to get the issue resolved.Just the passed weekend 05/29/2021, I ended up checking my tire pressure due to the tps light keep coming on and notice that air pressure was just tampered with instead of getting the issue resolved and done correctly the 1st and 2nd time. (Alignment).Tire pressure - 40 fr, 40 rr, 20 fl, 30rl.

I experienced a car emergency and happened to end up in Victorys parking lot. Im glad thats where I landed because I was incredibly impressed and will be using them in the future. The total cost was less than the quote due to them finding a deal on a part, and the quote they provided already included labor and tax. No surprise fees or upcharges! They also provided a free loaner car, so no dealing with rentals or extra costs!

Came into the Brooklyn Center location and had no appointment. I was on my way on a 150mile trip. They went out of there way to fit me in , on the spot! I was on my way in about 30 minutes. Didnt even finish a full cup of coffee and I was on my way.

Tim and his team were very professional. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. My mom was visiting and needed to leave the next day. They got the tires ordered and installed by noon the following day. There were a lot of other fixes that were needed, but they didnt pressure us to get them fix. Tim was very honest and told us my mom should make it home fine. She should get it fixed ASAP where she is from so she could utilize the warranties from that shop if anything went wrong. I sincerely appreciate the honesty and understanding. They didnt take advantage of the situation. I would go there again.

Dont Get A Tow Here..Pretty disappointed in the quote we were given for a break line replacement. The breaks on my husbands vehicle went out while he was teaching our son to drive down at Hennepin Tech. It was towed here because of proximity and the reviews seemed decent. They wanted $2,000 to fix the break line.. which is astronomical..LUCKILY, we could afford to get it towed elsewhere and get a 2nd opinion. Not everyone can do that. It seemed like this place was trying to take advantage of a situation, and its shameful.The second place we took it to cost us around $775, a HUGE difference from $2k. I understand that price is mostly due to labor but according to the 2nd shop, we were being charged for 2-3 days labor at this location when this was a 1 day job. If youre in trouble, and need a place to tow for repairs, stay away from here.The only reason its getting 2 stars instead of 1, is because we were allowed to leave our vehicle in their lot while we tried to find a tow (it was during some snowfall and tows were busy, and unavailable to get to us for a day)

My parents have been going to victory auto since before I could drive, and I have now been driving for 12 years and I have never gone to another mechanic. Really dependable service that I trust and they always look over my whole car and let me know of any other issues I don’t notice which I really appreciate greatly.

I’ve taken 2 of my vehicles here already. Both times after looking at my vehicles they were honest about what required attention and what could use attention/wait to replace a little bit later. I’m sure I received great pricing on my services because I trust them to give me their best. They are a Christian-based company and as a Christian myself I feel much more relaxed about bringing my vehicles here for servicing because I trust a company that stands for what God stands for. I’ve brought my vehicles many different places in the past and a number of them I haven’t had great experiences at. So far at Victory Auto I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with Eirn and Brian and experienced great work done by the company. Thank you, Victory Auto! Keep up the great work! I called Victory Auto Glass late on a Thursday to see if they could replace my windshield the next day, I wasnt expecting they would be able to do it on such short notice. They not only got my windshield replaced, but they dispatched a tech to do the replacement at my work. They were provided excellent customer service and great follow up. Great experience overall and would highly recommend them!

Charge me 35 just to lift up my car.Update: so Victory auto told me I needed a whole new exhaust and it would cost about 1300. I took it to another muffler place that would look at it for free and they said I dont need the whole exhaust and only charge me under 200. Victory auto is a rip off and there no victory here. I have had experience with the Ham Lake Victory Auto and had nothing but good experiences with the team there. My newer MINI is falling out of warranty and dealership pricing is too expensive. I had my 2011 Chevy Equinox in today for a bumper to bumper peace of mind comprehensive inspection. I was very happy that there wasnt much wrong compared to the list of things I brought to their attention. Also from what I had been hearing. So pleased with their service that I continue to go back for all my vehicles needs.

I normally work on my own cars but the times I’ve brought my vehicle to Victory they have always been nice and professional. They squeezed me in at the end of the day to vacuum and recharge my a/c and it’s super cold now.

Professional people answered questions that the car manufacturer could not answer

My safety is always their #1 concern. cant beat their customer service and friendly, respectful, caring staff. i know that they will always be there for all of my auto needs and have been able to count on them in emergency situations to put my mind at ease and know that we will safely figure out the problem at a price i can afford with free loaner cars and shuttle service! dont know what I would have done without them at times.... thank you victory auto!!

I asked for an oil change. Victory asked if there was anything else. I responded by saying the vehicle had a starter/battery issue. I drove the vehicle to the shop. Victory said theyd call when they knew more. I called when they closed because they hadnt called me. An hour and a half after closing, I get a call from Victory saying they were going to leave the vehicle on a trickle charge overnight. No mention of the oil change. Noon the next day, I get a call from Victory saying the vehicle is dead and to fix it would be the cost of a starter, battery, and labor. Oh, and the oil change. I said that Id like to get the oil changed and not the starter and battery fixed. Victory said, Do you even want to get the oil changed? I mean, it doesnt even start. I then went to the shop to pick up my dead vehicle that I dropped off with the shop two days prior. $150 bucks for the inspection (a very fair price), and no oil change, I have a vehicle that is dead. My experience with their quality of work was unbelievable, impressive, and amazing. My experience with their customer service was incredible.

Honesty, integrity, respect, and expertise. One will often encounter a shop that demonstrates *one* of these characteristics. If we are fortunate, we might even find a shop that demonstrates two... The team at Victory clearly demonstrated *all* of these traits. Theyre good at what they do AND they do it with dignity. They dont recommend work ($$) if it isnt necessary and they know their craft.We are blessed to have found this shop.

I have taken my vehicles here for a while now, for oil changes, tires, breaks and so on. They are always friendly and professional. They keep me up to date on what needs to be done and when it is going to be done. They are honest and upfront, I will continue to go here for hears to come.

Every service provider there was invested in their interaction with their customers. I was really impressed with how nice everyone was. I overheard a technician offering an explanation to a customer regarding her car issue. It was delivered with care, concern and an obvious tone that he was truly working to solve her issue. I was there for a vehicle inspection--they answered questions regarding my brake pads and tires. They even fit me in for an oil change! Perfect visit. I will definitely go back and hope others who read this will give them a try.

I dropped my truck off to have the brakes redone. My office is only 5 minutes away. I called around lunch time and they said it was in the shop. When I went by 5 minutes later it was still parked outside. That was lie #1. I called back around 2pm and decided to swing by again. They said it was being worked on & once again it was still parked outside. That was lie #2. It was done by 5:30 but I will never go to them again. I would NOT recommend using them as if they can lie twice in one day what kind of work do they do!I noted Victory replied to my story but funny thing is on the day I complained the manager didnt want to do anything but now that it is posted on the web here comes the we can work this out....too funny. I wont be back!Have a great experience at a store you tell 5 people. Have a bad experience and you never stop telling the story!

I have had my vehicles serviced at Victory Auto Service for a couple of years now. The prices are great, I get coupons like once a month, and theyre thorough with their work. Ive yet to encounter any issues with their work, thats why Ive continued giving them my service and refer people to them. Today I got my Lyft inspection which went great, I was thankful to have my inspection where my vehicles had been serviced before. The only recommendation I have is for the staff to greet customers upon arrival versus me greeting them, which has happened on more than one occasion and because I worked in retail thats very important to me.

Steve was great at helping me pick out new tires for my Subaru. I didn’t realize they were due for a change and they let me know when I was in for an oil change and before the winter roads got bad. Great service and everything went smoothly. I love this place.

I went in for an appointment at the Brooklyn Park location on 6/21/19. Mike greeted me upon arrival and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. Mike & Brian listened to my concerns/needs; kept me updated on the inspection. Brian showed & explained to me future vehicle wear and tear needs. I love how they don’t throw things at you to get your bucks. Definitely cannot find this kind of service elsewhere. I was provided a free loaner car to use at the mean time. These guys perform honest service. For a first time customer, I will continue to service with them. I work in healthcare and it’s almost similar in ways. Would have given them 5 stars if they werent so expensive. Example: Changing one headlight on my Chevy Traverse cost $75 at this place and would have cost $25 to change the same headlight at Valvoline.Honest (no. Really.) You know its fixed after they fix it. Ive been going there for over 2 years and they have never given me any problems.

I had a good visit. I went in for a “peace of mind” check. And that’s what I got. They actually told me everything was fine, and that I just needed my battery cables cleaned. That doesn’t happen too often!

Steve was very nice and helpful to me! I came to Brooklyn park for a job interview and right after the coolant in my Audi A4 started leaking and the shop closed in less than 30 minutes. He sacrificed his time effort in trying flush the air out that was sucked in my engine when my car got overheated. I cant be more appreciative of a company like this especially Steve. I went in for a scheduled vehicle inspection check that took 80 minutes! No apologies offered by management. I was presented with a $ 1700 repair estimate instead of the results of the inspection. I had the vehicle checked by two other shops ( suspension, tie rods and oil pan were OK). Total cost of repairs elsewhere was $ 200.00.

I have used Victory Auto for many years now and have been absolutely delighted with the quality of service they provide at the Brooklyn Park Store. Brian and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and are more than happy to discuss the service problem I might be experiencing or the solution to a problem that exists on my automobile. Only once was there a time I had a problem with a fix Victory Auto provided and it was cheerfully corrected within minutes my return visit. First impression was very good; clean, welcoming, and very helpful in asking/diagnosing the issues I was experiencing with my 2005 F150. Brian was clear that the issue may result in their having to keep my truck overnight, but he was quick to offer me a loaner in case that happened.I received a call within two hours diagnosing the problem, and Brian clearly explained options and advise.The repairs came in just under the quote, and I am very happy with the results. Everything was handled very professionally!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. In addition, they checked for a noise that I have been worrying about. At no extra cost, they looked everything over and reassured me that there are no problems at present. Peace of mind--I appreciate that.

Terrible service and they lied they did work to my car, which they did not do. I had to take my car back for them to re do it. The guys there are very rude, disrespectful, and they over charge for services. Do not take your car there unless you want to pay a lot of money for no service completed. I have never experienced such rude and lying car service like this one.

I brought my vehicle in for an inspection and came back to pick it up, and was surprised to hear that I owed $30 for the inspection. I would have been fine with this if I was told upfront that there was a charge for an inspection. I’ve heard that this shop does good work, but I’m not a big fan of being blindsided.

Had a fuel injector replaced in a cylinder. Cost $700. 200 in parts and 500 in labor. The next morning was leaking gas and oil from a seal that was not properly sealed. Brought it back in and was taken care of. Still smelling gas from the engine that was not washed from the leaking and did not replace the half tank of gas and oil that was lost because of the leaking. Just lost my business! Disappoint to say the least!😡

I have had both my vehicles worked on here. The staff is courteous and professional. They dont leave you in the dark on the work they have done or need to do. I will continue to take my vehicles here and recommend it to anyone needing an honest auto shop.
