Seem to be reasonably priced. I tip based on my manicurist making sure to trim my cuticles, doesnt burn me with the Dremel, and massages my hands well. I usually am able to tip well here. I did once have gel color that kept peeling off and they were nice enough to fix it for free.

These people are so greedy, and horrible customer service, I paid $80 for nails for basic design and when I got home I realized the nail color was navy blue instead of black. I called and explained to the man the situation he tells me to come in tomorrow to which I do, the first guy agrees it’s navy and suggest another coat, then they talk in their language and he than denies the nails are navy and says only in the light, they’re not supposed to be navy under any light I’ve had black nail polish before, he tells me I need to speak to the manager and book an appointment with the lady Friday, I live 25 mins away, and I wouldn’t have drove all that way to be gaslighted.mind you it’s every other nail that would have just needed another coat, and they were probably thinking of ways they could lie to charge. Never again, save yourself the headache and go to another nail shop, these people are greedy and have horrible service.

It was alright....I did the smoothing pedicure...nothing special...felt like a basic pedicure, price listed for $45. They dont mention that getting your nails painted is extra. My total ended up being $60. I wish they told me before hand. I didnt bring enough cash.Also beware, they charge $5.00 if you pay with your card. Ill go again, cause its near by.. Plus I do need pedicure every other month. My feet get so calloused. But Im getting the very basic pedicure next time.

I was a customer in this location the owner and mager the young women in her late 30s was rude and disrespectful, two young women where in the shop trying to thier nails, she was rude to them after waiting for an hour. I am taking my money somewhere I am treated better. Very rude

Usually like them but they have not updated their hours in their website, booking site, or Google. I came for my appointment and they said they were closed. One of the male workers said he called me many times, he only called twice from an unknown number with a different area code. They did not leave a voicemail when I missed the first call, and did not state who they were when my screening service picked up the second call, so I assumed it was a scam call. Sad because their work was pretty ok. However with how much he argued with me,and I even had to have him call me to prove he did not leave a voicemail or say who he was to my screening service, it felt too toxic and left a bad taste in my mouth. If I didnt have to go through all of that I would keep going here.

Im not sure if this is normal for a gel manicure but I find it odd that the color started farther down on my nail. It sort of looks like its already grown out? And on some of the nails the color doesnt go to the side. It looks really odd if icould post a photo I would but now sure how to. We made appointments for two people at 11 and they got one of us in right away but the other had to wait 30 minutes. The nail tech also clipped my skin and made my finger bleed.

They never free when you call and make an appointment its still a wait when you get there. I wanted a fill from one powder to another. Whatever tech they tried to Gove me had no clue what he was doing saying I would have to take my nails off. Ive never had an issue getting a fill from one powder to another. Clearly he had no idea what he was doing. So over this place. Ghetto

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went here with my mom to get a gel manicure for us both. We were on time and wanted to look at the colors before getting started. We were looking less than 60 seconds before one of the nail techs came over to usher us over to the chair. We said we need a few minutes to look. She looked annoyed and said take your time in a sarcastic tone. We felt uncomfortable after that but decided to take a few of the samples over to the chairs. We started looking again and not even a few minutes had passed before the same nail tech started tapping the counter obviously annoyed. I looked over at my mom and asked her if she felt rushed and uncomfortable and she said yes. I sat up and told the tech that we were uncomfortable, felt rushed, and decided not to receive services there. They looked shocked which is funny because their behavior and customer service was terrible, so Im surprised they thought we would actually stay and pay them for anything.I dont know how well they do nails here because I didnt get the opportunity, but I can tell you their customer service is horrible. Go somewhere else. I suggest Lady Nails just a little further up north. The techs and even the owner is extremely nice and patient and they do a great job.

I work in health care and I had to wait almost two hours to even get seated and when I was about to receive service , the man took a customer that came 20 minutes later then me, and started doing her nails instead. Very poor service, not professional at all. First time coming to this establishment and last. Worst place , I do not recommend at all. Horrible experience.

I love my dip nails. The tech was very cautious about filing off my previous manicure and asked my preference on how thick I wanted the dip powder. She listened to all my requests and I feel that the price was very fair. My nails have never looked better. I will most certainly be back. Absolute perfection!!

Its really refreshing. Not too intimidating or too busy they have enough staff to accommodate their business levels which is crucial, especially in this neighborhood. Ive been twice and Marcus is who I prefer. They have done a pretty good job, prices are standard. I only give a 4 because they are all around decent but the end result is never perfect, I find myself picking around my cuticles like they paint the entire nail bed so there is a lot of excess polish on my cuticles. I will mention that at my next appointment. I will definitely go back. Best in this area, imo.

I got my nails done on Thursday and in less than 12 hrs they had chipped. So I came in on Friday and they chipped again. I have been getting my nails done here for a while but the past few times I have been unhappy with the service. First things first they juggle one client from one technician to another and rush through the service they are supposed to be offering the client.The customer service is very poor. They are all about how many clients they get in a day than the customer satisfaction.

What this salon has in looks it lacks sooo much more in quality and service. Each time I’ve been here I’ve had poor experiences. I was cut badly on 2 separate occasion and wasn’t even provided as much as a bandaid.I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes before I was attended to.I believe the owners (husband and wife) are genuinely good people, but I think it would serve them well to put more effort into providing quality service rather than rushing through and making avoidable and costly mistakes.If you do decide to give them a try, I recommend going during a “slower” time of day/week, that way you might receive better service.Read and pay close attention to the bad reviews. They aren’t there for no reason.

Quick, efficient service. Having said that, my nails didn’t need much prep for a full set, and I ended paying $45 for white tip, with regular powder, and the only thing I received was 1 coat of the gel clear polish (which is what I’m assuming added to the cost). No price list, so I couldn’t question it and apparently they only take cash?! Oh well, needed something last minute and won’t be coming back.

Been to a lot of different nail salon, but BT Nails & Spa have been the best of them all price wise and service🙂

These folks are extremely nice... I booked online came on time and was service on time .. the Aesthetics of this place is very appealing... Tina did my gel manicure and was very sweet and gentle.. My pedicure was don’t by I think you Pronounce her name as Pa... she was excellent... I’m not very excited about my little toes but they have private rooms and your a tad bit shy...oh yeah and they are CLEANNNN... u can’t beat that .. I highly recommend this place

I had brought my neice here and she got good quality and what she had asked for on my behalf I didnt get what I wanted at all from color or the acrylic nails she just painted mine. I would not recommend Hoang but I will recommend Minh. (At least those were the name tags)

I went to BT Nails yesterday, which was a Sunday. I stumbled upon the salon on my way to another and thought Id give them a try. I am so happy that I did. This salon is BEAUTIFUL!! The decor is amazing and the staff was so pleasant. Marcus worked so patiently and gently with my nails. I had a full set removed and an overlay on my natural nails. He did a wonderful job. This is my new favorite nail salon. Ill be bringing my daughter next time!!

If I could rate ZERO stars I would! Horrible Customer service. Almost like being robbed without a mask or gun ! Kept adding more money as my polish change went on. I was quoted 20 dollars for a toe polish change with regular polish and 22 for a toe polish change with gel polish. . . I opted for the gel polish with an additional up charge for design on two toes for 30 dollars . I believe that was a tad much but I had a event to go to and the service had already been completed. I was charged another 40 dollars for a fill with 2 broken nails and NO POLISH. Outrageous, they started sweeping up around me and my feet, the owner stood over me like a hawk trying to speed the nail tech up. There’s no price list so they can charge depending on their mood I guess. If possible go to LYNN NAILS! Shoot anywhere but here .

Super disappointed. The place is beautiful inside so I expected they did good work. I asked for white and pink ombré nails, with a full set of dip powder. I have never gotten dip powder so I don’t know how the process works so I just let him do his thing. I showed him a Pictor what I wanted before he even started. When he was done putting the nails on and shaping them, he asked what color I wanted, I told him pink and white ombré. He then told me that he can’t do that because he accidentally put acrylic on, and that my nails are too short for ombré, but said he will do a French tip instead. I told him I didn’t want a French tip and that I guess I’ll just pick a color out. I was super disappointed that nothing was done to correct the issue, he didn’t seem to care that I didn’t get the nails I wanted. I was charged $50 (+$10 tip) for nails I didn’t even want. They are pretty nails don’t get me wrong, but they aren’t what I wanted. So now I have the choice of either taking them off and pay more money to get the nails I wanted or keep them on and walk around with nails I dnt want.

For what I spent it wasnt worth it. I went to a place in Edina to reshape and paint and now Im hooked there.

A guy free styled my nails when I went in for a fill in. The look was nice but he didnt remove all of my previous mail polish and the paint was on my cuticle. In my opinion, it was done way to fast and I was charged $50 for this.

Marcus gave me the best full set iv ever had! He took his time and made sure my nails were even and had no flaws and he did not hurt me or cut me AT ALL which would happen atleast 4 times at the other salons iv went to he was super gentle filing. Everyone here was very friendly and i felt very welcomed and comfortable I highly recommend! No other salon will ever see my face again as long as this place stands ❤️

I wish I asked my pedicure tech what her name was because she made it so relaxing. I feel like she really took her time. I came in at 5pm on a Friday and there was no wait which was surprising and great for me! I recommend the #6 pedicure! I will definitely be coming back again!

Got my nails done on the 4th. The guy was very nice but his work was awful. My nails are not evenly done 3 of my nails have like a dent on them. And by the 3rd day I had them my hair was already getting caught on them... im not no nail tech but I think you’re supposed to use the drill after you use the acrylic powder on them which he did not use. The edges of the nails are not even round (by the cuticles) ask for a square shape and did not get a square shape, they are not evenly shaped. His name was Joe I believe he said to me.I tipped him good also so that’s why it’s so disappointing. They started out really good but now they are bad. Always happens when a shop is new tho..

I made an appointment for a pedicure and full set dip and was quoted 33 for the pedicure and 45 for the full set. My nails are ok but I the shaping is inconsistent making 2 nails look crooked. For my pedicure my feet soaked in the water for about 30 minutes before they asked which service I wanted. I said the $33. 20 min later a guy came to start my pedicure. He pushed my cuticles back and I had to tell him to cut the nails. He quickly rubbed the loofah thing on the bottom of my feet, painted my toes and was done. He worked for literally 5 min on my feet. I do more work to my feet in the shower. Then I was told my total was $98 and they wouldnt take my debit card so I had to use their in-house atm with a $4 fee. Needless to say I wont be back.

The pedicures were quick. They did NOT tell me that the polish the girls chose was extra. Feel they should have said something before applying it. Staff nice, quick and polish looked great.

My Halloween nails are the best ever

Today was my first time visiting here and I had a wonderful experience. The salon is beautiful and everyone was friendly and kind. They were up front and clear about their pricing. Marcus was a pleasure to chat with he did an awesome job on my nails! This will definitely be my new go to place for nails!

Very disappointed with the service. Previously they followed guidelines for social distance. Today not alt all. I felt extremely uncomfortable (and I work in an ICU with covid patients). Plus I asked for rounded nails, the girl did what she wanted and made them square😩

4/6/19 Today was m first time coming into BT nail and spa and I must say the moment I walked in Tim the owner greeted us very warmly told me to make myself comfortable. The nail techs here care about you and your nails etc the place is very clean and sanitized they don’t do rush jobs or rush to do your nails do get to the next client they treat all clients the same and equal it’s a very zen place to go to pamper yourself I recommend this shop to all ladies who love pampering themselves. I got a soothing pedicure even tho my pedicure was over an hour long the service was immaculate this is a shop you must go to..

I got Dipping powder and my child got full set. The experience was amazing. This will be my new nail location to go to. Suggest everyone go. My sister went yesterday and got some rhinestones and she said they have a great selection.

I went in for a fill. Both of my thumbs bled out because the lady filed too close to my cuticles. I mean, wouldnt you think to stay away the second time? Or place the acrylic on further away from the cuticles? She seemed like she was in a rush and kept looking at her phone the entire time. No apology or anything.

My nail color is pretty but I will not be going back to get my eyebrows done it’s a waist of time and also it seems like I was being rushed to find a color and the guy was in a hurry.

I just left this location and they do good nails but be aware of prices and how they are not on the wall for a reason. I was told full set 30 then extra 5 for Coffin shape and at the end he told me 50 is what I owe him. I was charged for the color the shape and using gel nail polish I will never return.

Tim did my mom nails and the pregnant girl and some other guy did my mom and I pedicure! All that was great but the lady who did my eyebrows was horrible and a waste of money! When my mom asked if she could arch em she said no just regular! After paying well over 130 for everything I would expect for 12 nice eyebrows not straight eyebrows! Besides her I woulda given 5 stars but she was so rude my mom just declined her eyebrow waxing and we left! BT nails thanks for nails and feet I wish I never chose to get my brows!

First of all they are too high they charge 40 for a regular fill. I didnt get anything extravagant just a fill. My friend got a regular pedicure with gel polish they charged her 45. They are over priced like they are in Beverly Hills I will never go back.! This was my first && last time going. Their prices are ridiculous.! Its not worth it.! They kept telling me to go sit in different chairs to get my nails done. Then she piled on a chunk of acrylic for my fill. Right in the middle she gets up to and goes to do someone eyebrows.! I like the layout but for them prices baby GOODBYE

This is how your feet look after a $40 pedicure the customer service was HORRIBLE the lady rushed through my pedicure so fast others who started at the same time were still getting cuticles clipped. No one showed us to our chair or showed us to the drying station nothing ive been getting manicures and pedicures since I was 15 yrs old and this just made the list of the worst. I never felted so unwelcomed or received such poor service so disappointed. Then the lady looked at me crazy as I only left a $4.00 tip do you see my feet I should not have even paid. I wish i could give them less then one star.

I went here about a week ago and I had an amazing experience the guy that did my nails was friendly and very detail oriented and made sure my nails where just how I wanted them. I was just sitting here and decided I wanted to look at other reviews and noticed the only had a 3.8 rating and was confused because of the good experience I had and it seems everyone is having a issue with the pricing in all reality if you went in for there grand opening and got 30% off of course when you go back for a fi you going to be payi g the same price for your fill as you did for your full set because you got a discount the first time. As long as your happy with the job and the way your nails look it should not be an issue. I paid a total of $55 with tip and I was happy to pay that for my full set because he did an amazing job. There always one or to people on a nail solan that do not do the best job it all comes down to who you have do your nails. I will definitely be going back. Even my husband didnt mind the price because its the best job I have had done on my nails out here in over a year. I hope people see this review and try and go back and give them a second chance.
