I have been a tenant here for some years and love the new ownership group! The changes made to the building have been fantastic and it has already improved on a tremendously strong location! Vacancies where they come up in this highly desirable spots. If youre thinking about it come out for a tour!

My husband and I have our business here and love it. The ownership group, who are very nice and easy to talk to, has poured a lot of time and money into fixing everything up and I have ZERO interest in moving. Great place to be highly recommend!

High quality office space at fair to slightly below-market prices. Tons of parking! Decent location too; very close to The Corners and a quick drive to the Moorland corridor. Cant complain at all!

This location is fantastic. good freeway access, even during rush hour, golf courses not too far away, and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the immediate vicinity. Lease rates are reasonable as well.

The facilities at Hanning Group are very professional and welcoming. The view cant be beat! With ample available parking and easy access to local restaurants and I94, this location is an excellent value.
