Buyers Vantage is an excellent business. My wife and I used them FSBO as the brokerage for listing our home. They are very responsive, polite, and helpful. They helped me navigate something I had no prior experience with and kept me on track up until closing. I highly recommend their services for Flat Fee Listings as well as other services that brokers provide.

Trey has not been professional and didnt present an offer in a timely fashion. Sold his own property and wouldnt present any other agent offer. UNETHICAL

There simply is not a better realitor than Joe Barone!!! His character, attention to detail, and genuine interest in finding the right home for you is not compromised. I was fortunate enough to witness these qualities as he helped people even when there was not anything in it for him. He brings integrity, honesty, and knowledge to the industry.

Had used them in the past already, and thought I would give them another go. This time I was told I couldnt list a property for what I wanted, and was basically told to go elsewhere from the get go!! Even though I had already spent the entire morning filling out all their documents, signing, scanning and emailing them back!! Had just listed another house with them too!! I think their broker was having a bad day and had no idea how to handle herself more professionally, and so I told them to delete everything, and want nothing more to do with them. That was UNHEARD OF!!! Mind you their packages have quadrupled in cost!! Not getting my money.... Just so you know, they expect you to get an appraisal done before you even list with them, and they dont accept any less than 2% commission for buyers agents. They run things THEIR way or the highway in other words.

I’m at my house closing right now and we just saved $9,000 in seller fees by using Buyer’s Vantage. We worked with Nicole and she’s absolutely phenomenal!! Lighting fast response times and super nice and sweet. I’ve used traditional agents in the past and found Buyer’s Vantage to be much better since they aren’t pushing us to sell as quickly as possible. They don’t receive the high commissions of traditional agents so there is no pressure to push you to accept an offer you are not completely satisfied with. Just keep in mind the buyers agents are truly the individuals who show your house. BV truly acts as the event scheduler, advisor in a way and does your end of required paperwork as time requires. It all works but I was given the impression BV agent was also going to bring cliental through the house for showings. Not the case with our house...In my opinion, for the actual time and work BV puts forth they make pretty easy money.

I have been using Kim Sahin at buyers vantage as a buyers agent. She is great! As a difficult customer that does not want to settle she is very patient with all of my stupid questions and lack of desire to settle for just any house. She is helping me find “the perfect house” can’t wait until this tedious process is done! I know one thing, without Kim to help me it would not be nearly as palitable.

I would avoid working with the Deutsch team. My home sold because of the strong market, not because of his skills or attention to details as a realtor. Ive shared this feedback with the owners of Buyers Vantage as well. That team makes the discount realty business they promote feel like discounted service. I do not feel that they earned their commission and I would have done just as well of a job by going it alone. Do yourself a favor and pick a different realtor.

Kim Sahin assisted us in selling our duplex in Milwaukee (close date 9/29/2018). Prior to the sale, she went through a market evaluation of the home (providing different strategies and pricing for the home, talking about competition in the area) and provided recommendations on small improvements that would bring a higher selling price. Her market evaluation was spot on. Her experience and feedback made the sales process easier.Additionally, Kim is a trained photographer and took beautiful pictures of the home (professional camera equipment and great eye highlighting selling points in the home). This was a huge plus given some of the photos I saw of other houses in the area! We listed the house at the mid point of the range she suggested and had at least a showing each day! In a little under 2 weeks we had an offer. The house sold for $3K above asking.Kim guided us through the offer and the counter offer process, she was easy to reach (phone email or text) and made the process seamless.Being completely honest, I worried a bit going with a reduced fee agency (like Buyers Vantage) versus a ReMax or Shorewest- fearing that the service and experience level would not be as good. Having completed the process, I can say with confidence I received better service, advice, and support than I ever expected with any realtor. We recently sold our Brookfield home with the assistance of Buyers Vantage and the Fazio team. Both Trey and Robin Fazio proved to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. We purchased the “Enhanced MLS” package for $495.00, but felt that Robin dealt with us with the same commitment and degree of attention that would have been expected had we used their “Full Service” option. Robin helped us to price our home, reviewed offers, and gave us some much needed guidance when a couple of tricky situations arose: a withdrawn offer; an inspection issue. Robin was very accessible and we found communication to be frequent and timely. The bottom line is our home sold within 72 hours of listing and for $1,000 above our asking price.
